Mixing Business with Pleasure [m/m]

I'd like to start up a roleplay around this basic idea:

A young man works day and night for a company, and has just recently gotten transferred to the big-city branch because of his hard work. Cunning, young, and extremely good looking, his work ethic is the stuff of legend. His boss, though, has taken a liking to the young man...and not in a platonic way.

It's not very fleshed out yet, but I'd like to play the young man. It could either be a typical boss/younger worker type relationship, or could include bondage and domination, etc. Also, if you'd like to, there's always the possibility of there being mob ties with the company. Obviously the idea isn't terribly flushed out.

I'm looking for someone to play the boss.
