Yeah, it was delayed, and is still a few months away, but Rockstar gave a 90 minute session to a few publications, including IGN.

Sounds very promising :) been looking forward to how the new Dynamic Motion Synthesis is going to play out, and the preview had Niko getting drunk and putting it to good effect.
