Ooo, sounds interesting; I can't wait to see!

Agreed, Midna is awesome

@BlueNova: How hard would it be to get some of Giovanni's clone balls? I was thinking of storing some of Muffet's spiders in them as time goes on.

Since you are under him, not very hard at all.
Just as lightsabers will come easy for Darth Isabella
Final Fantasy Materia will come easy for Sol Badguy
Spells for Morinth, etc...

Getting a hold of things from someone who is not your master is the hard part, as they need to come from another one of their people, or are very expensive.

Oh! By the way Barbara, I think you missed Embrace's appearance in her Bio!

Princess Midna
MASTER: Sylvanas Windrunner

HOMEWORLD: The Twilight Realm, a shadow of Hyrule inhabited by twisted beings with dark sorcerous blood, and despite recent shakeups, ruled by Midna.

APPEARANCE: Midna is tall- estimates range anywhere from 6' to 6'4" depending on her headdress. Her body is long and lean, with skin a ghostly ash, patterned with lines of blue plasma where her power pulses, from elbow to wrist and at her right thigh. Night eyes amber on yellow are always smiling, impish and clever, crowded by fiery orange hair made all the more vvid for her natural lack of color. She's fond of impressive headdresses, sensual cloaks, and diaphanous shadowstuff leaving it ambiguous whether she is clothed or not.

SEXUALITY: Lesbian.

PERSONALITY: The Twilight world is governed by fear as much as the world of light is governed by love; it moves and motivates a woman like Midna like hot coals under her heels. An ever present sense of humor masks this insecurity, making her aloof, quick with a quip, a shadow player. At heart she is still a spoilt princess, wiser now with her methods but no less pleased to bring the powerful to heel and have her way. Beyond this, Midna is a gossip, a schemer, a cruel mistress, but also fiercely protective of her own- protective enough to sacrifice her happiness, her freedom, and her life.

HISTORY: In the end, there was no redemption for the Twilight Princess. Everything she'd learned and experienced outside the Twilight Realm, all of her growth as a person was undone in a bittersweet moment when she returned through the gate into Twilight and shattered it completely, forever separating the two worlds.

It had been no small journey to cross that threshold. Usurped from her throne as sorcerer-princess of the shadowy Twili, her powers had been stripped from her, her beautiful body diminished to the form of an impish goblin, and she had fled to preserve her own life over the fate of her people. In exile she had met a hero, and shared his hopeless defense against the world of Hyrule. She came to see its people through his eyes, and one by one to care for them until her cowardice shamed her. The hero's bravery she had twisted to her own ends grew in her heart, and when the final conflict between hero and villain came, Midna laid given her life to protect her friends.

Then she was resurrected, unshackled, a greater person and more glorious creature both light and dark, a piece of Link, a piece of Zelda, a true leader for the Twili. Why then had she shattered the gate?

Perhaps there's no changing the heart of a woman, and for all her understanding, only raw power and ambition spoke to Midna. Perhaps she realized the only way to unite her wicked people was through conquest. In darkness, in secrecy, in isolation, a mysterious man from beyond the Veil came to her with stories of a damned Banshee Queen fueled by loss and hatred, a beautiful, tragic creature who alone could complete her. Midna's heart was stirred. With all of the dark magics of the Twili at her command, Midna once again sought to breach the shadow world and enter another- this time not neighboring Hyrule, but beyond the Veil, into countless worlds yet unknown.

POWERS:
Shadow Magic, allowing Midna to meld with or alter shadows in different ways, such as traveling along unbroken shadows like an electric current, animating shadows in semisolid shapes, and appearing as a shadow herself.

Levitation, holmes.

Endless Knight, a contingency which allows her to resurrect after death within the Banshee Queen's castle

SKILLS: Ambitious, Cunning, Beast Empathy, Natural Camouflage

FLAWS: Ruled By Fear, Sardonic, Vulnerable To Light

INVENTORY: Nothing yet, but just you wait!

Dunno! Silenced pistol, maybe? An uzi? Something sleek - possibly muffled - so midna can quickly pop out of a shadow and fill a suprised enemy with daylight darknight.

Vergil1989

Lol nice, and I agree, she should be the sexy assassin type of character if you ask me.  Midna's powers certainly match up with the idea.  ;D

Look at all these beautiful people! ... I'd kidnap them all. Or at least throw my hat into the ring?

BOWSER KOOPA
MASTER: Ganondorf, Lord of Power

HOMEWORLD: Super Mario World. With Mario the first of the heroes to fall after the Lifting of the Veil, Bowser and his Koopa Troop were finally able to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom. Their victory was short-lived, however, as Ganondorf and his dark armies soon fought them for control of their own world. The King of the Koopas has since lost his throne to Ganondorf, and has been pressed into his service.

APPEARANCE: Bowser is a perhaps best described as an anthropomorphic turtle-dragon. He possesses a massive, muscular body protected by a large, spiked turtle shell. A shock of red, fiery hair crowns his head, sharing space with large horns, and a snout not unlike that of a snapping turtle's belies a mouth filled with sharp teeth. His eyes are blue when he is calm or at ease, but become red when he is made angry or feeling aggressive. His hands and feet are clawed, and his long, thick tail is spiked like his shell. He is comfortable in any sort of clothing, or when wearing nothing at all; though he is frequently found wearing at least a spiked collar and spiked arm bands to protect the major, vulnerable arteries on his throat and arms.

SEXUALITY: The King of the Koopas takes whatever the King of the Koopas wants. Although he's partial to princesses and other dainty-looking things, as far as he's concerned anything that arouses him is worth a screw--and he's sired many children as a result of this charming outlook on life.

PERSONALITY: Bowser is impetuous, reckless, self-centered, and arrogant. He believes himself the rightful ruler of not only his Homeworld, but all of the worlds beyond it. He takes pleasure in "being the villain," and makes no pretense of being a good guy. That said, he is not without his virtues. He values the Koopa race, and views himself as the protector of his people, as well as those peoples who have allied themselves to the reptile nation. He has repeatedly worked with other villains, and even heroes, to achieve his ends, and is the picture of pragmatism in this way. He also seems to value "love" and the institution of "marriage." Indeed, perhaps the deaths of Mario and Princess Peach Toadstool are half the reason he despises his "master" as much as he does?

HISTORY: After robbing him of his nemesis, Ganondorf conquered Bowser's Homeworld. Let it not be said that the King of the Koopas went down without a fight, for the struggle was prolonged and violent. Eventually, though, Ganondorf prevailed, largely destroying the Mushroom Kingdom and the armies of the Koopa Troop. But seeing in the massive, powerful reptile that was their king a useful tool, Ganondorf elected to leave Bowser alive. A magical collar, it was thought, would keep him loyal. And for a time, it did.

Fortunately for Bowser, his age-old friend and ally, a powerful magician named Kamek, was able to reverse the spell and unbind his collar. But as his armies had been scattered, and his castle and kingdom destroyed, Bowser had little choice but to carry on playing the role of Ganondorf's loyal servant and enforcer. As such, he for now bides his time, waiting and watching for a moment to strike back against his "master," and to take from him all that is rightfully his--the Mushroom Kingdom, the armies of darkness, and the power to rule the multiverse.

Ganondorf presently underestimates Bowser's intellect, seeing him as more of a monster than anything else, and relies on him to act as the brawn for many of the plots of the Dark Council. Given the freedom that comes with being seen as "the big, stupid one," the once and future King of the Koopas plans, for now, to build alliances and a network of informants and resources that will, one day, allow him his coup.

POWERS:

"What A Beast!:" Bowser's chief power is that he is, well, extraordinarily powerful. He is enormously strong--capable of breaking through walls and manhandling creatures many times his own size--and resistant to damage. He has survived electrocution, being engulfed in magma, all sorts of explosions, falls from great height, and other nasty things that might well destroy a lesser being. His shell in particular is impervious to most types of damage, but even his unprotected body resists hurts. His clawed hands and feet are useful for slashing and slicing, but his powerful punches, tackles, and body slams are no less efficient at putting down threats.

"That's Pretty Hot!:" Bowser is able to breathe fire, and he is extremely proud of that fact. Depending on his intentions and the placement of his foes, he can either ejects balls of fiery plasma over long distances or produce a shorter-ranged but continuous blast of flame from his mouth (which lasts until he runs out of breath). For the most part he has control over his fiery breath, but when throwing a tantrum or otherwise excited he will sometimes breathe smoke or emit sparks as he stomps and shouts around the room.

"Collared and Claimed!:" Ganondorf's gift to Bowser was unintentional, but rather useful. When Kamek unlocked the collar that Bowser wears, he did so by making the magic recognize Bowser as its owner instead of Ganondorf. As a result of this, the collar itself is still perfectly useful when placed on others--it just binds them in loyalty to Bowser instead of Ganondorf.

SKILLS: Bowser is terrifying for most people, regardless of their Homeworld, and is perfectly capable of intimidating them with his size, his force of will, and his frightening appearance. He is also a strong military leader, a surprisingly good poet and singer, and a skilled close-quarters fighter. He understands magic and technology quite well, and has frequently utilized both to change his shape (in particular his size), to allow him transport (he is especially fond of flying machines and airships), and to arm his allies (with cannons, magic potions, mechanized robots, and more).

Bowser is a very good swimmer, utilizing his powerful tail and clawed limbs to maneuver through water much better than humans and their ilk, and the capacity of his lungs not only serves his fire-breathing but also allows him to remain underwater (or out in the vacuum of space) for minutes at a time. Finally, Bowser has a hearty and lasting constitution: He resists poisons and fatigue, and can keep himself going at any physical exertion long past what would leave others exhausted.

FLAWS: Bowser's great size and protective shell comes at a cost, and he's a bit slower and less agile than most. He's not easy to take down, but he sure is easy to hit. His distinctive appearance also makes it difficult for him to be inconspicuous, and stealth is not really his "thing." His berserk rages can also have unforeseen collateral damage if allies aren't there to rein him in, such as accidentally bringing down buildings or bursting through life-sustaining airlocks.

Mentally, Bowser is easy to seduce, trick, and incite. Flattery gets you everywhere with him, and despite his pragmatic outlook and occasional cleverness, he still seems to fall for the "oldest trick in the book"-style gimmicks. He can also be taunted into breaking rank and rushing on in, potentially springing traps and ambushes--though more often than not those who utilize this strategy against him find that they've bitten off more than they can chew.

INVENTORY: When not fighting with his bare hands, Bowser likes to utilize a Chain Chomp as his weapon of choice, spinning it and hurling it at his enemies like some sort of sentient flail with snapping jaws. He also tends to carry several Bob-ombs on missions, for when his brute force just isn't enough to break down barriers.

Yes, I could change it to where Batman died and Joker went even more bananas! Though would it be alright under Shao Kahn? I am open to allowing others at this point, but if you pick Shao Kahn that makes it perfectly matched. It could be "Killing Joke" style, or it could be that Joker killed him with his own hands, or someone else messed up a "good thing" he had going.

I was really hoping someone would play Bowser! Now for the Collar, that is a great idea, however, it will not work 100% of the time. Like for boss fights and stuff, but most of the time it will. Use against Player characters would be risky, because it would be 50/50 and others may not like whats going on... or like it too much LOL!

If you are okay with  that addendum, Bowser is approved!

This sounds interesting... Would you consider Catherine (from the video game of the same name) a villain? And which master would she serve?

It was a bad idea, watching the Genocide run before I went to sleep last night lol.  It was both utterly depressing and frightening, seeing that from start to finish.  Still, I enjoyed the story immensely, and now I get why you love Sans so much that you play him.

Quite OK with it! I think we're all used to bosses being immune to most of the really good status effects. ;)

And I would never use it against another player without their out of character go-ahead.

Bosses are indeed notoriously strong against status effects, so I'm not too surprised Bowser's no different.  That and I've been a long time fan of Mario like most people I'm sure, so I'm all for having the big guy around.  However, while I am totally cool with the collar idea, Morinth wouldn't be so happy with it I think if he tried to use it on her.  She might skip her usual foreplay and go right for the buffet.   ;D >:)

If I read Blue's FAQ correctly, anything naughtier than "Rated-R" material should be hosted in a separate thread outside the main story. I think the focus is more mission-driven sandbox-style roleplaying?

That is what I figured. I do think that this is not meant to be GPaW too, noted in the recruitment thread.

It may be best to keep smutspiration in PM? Rather than it being the focal point that people discuss in the recruitment thread? May give the wrong idea.
