A biochemist was doing research on some of the medicinal uses for the exotic and rare plants and roots in south america is framed by a cop for dealing drugs.  He knew he was an american and with what he saw he recognized a few plants which the man was possessing could be altered, filtered, and purified to be sold as street drugs but he was more interested in shaking the American down for cash.  The man pays him off but soon realizes every person in  authority will shake him down further as once the cop is paid another arrests him as he did not realize the first cop did not remove them thus setting him up again.  Taking his chances he goes to trial and is found guilty.  Jailed for twenty years.

All of the guards were cruel.  Tormenting him in one way or another but one seems kind to him.  She offers to protect him and she also tells him how good looking he is and wonders if he feels the same way for her.  His loneliness and her kindness has him replying without hesitation an immediate yes.  She tells him when and where to meet him.

He comes on to her as she said she wanted and she slaps him laughing at the fact that he thought she could possibly want anything from him other than distance.  She then blackmails him into doing some of the unpleasant menial work that in this part of the work were required to do such as cleaning the offices, mopping floors, typing out her orders to her subordinates and for extra fun humiliating him by having him kiss her ass and feet and addressing her with the title "My Queen" two name just a couple.

The prison yard is overrun with wild weeds and vegetation and one day he discovers a couple that have narcotic affects.  The plant needed to sedate simply has be pulled and the roots crushed and dissolved and consumed as a tea.  The hypnotic must be finely crushed and inhaled which will be easy to have her do once she is sedated.

He serves her tea every day and the day he planned his revenge was no different.  She drank the tea and dropped off quickly to sleep.  He kept her mouth and nose plugged so when she began breathing she would inhale suddenly and vigorously taking up the crushed hypnotic.  He then commands her awake and videotapes what follows the same way she videotaped him hitting on her in order to humiliate him further by showing the other guards.
