Semi-random idea for an RP

Real life makes it a bit hard for me to log in with any regularity... but thinking of the following scenario, looking for 1-2 people..
Basically thinking of a scenario with a solitary female warrior who's been banished to a distant land, befriends a male water dragon, and gets enslaved by a crazed minister who lives just outside of the forest... said minister is lusting after the warrior and is a bit of a Claude Frollo type (from the Disney film)... the minister's community is a real backwater one that relies on him for all leadership...

Any takers?

I am game, i can play either of the two open spots. 

I have never played a dragon but the crazed minister part I could do with no troubles.  lol....
