The problem is that they'll drag down a whole bunch of us with them in the process, though.

Not gonna be seen in any news site or anything, but Ernie Gygax Jr. is currently in the hospital for health problems. He was just in the ICU last night, don't know if he got out. Hope he recovers, the guy is generally just fun to hang out and talk with and play games with :(

It seems that in Utah, porn is a "public health crisis!"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2016/04/19/evil-degrading-addictive-harmful-utah-officially-deems-porn-a-public-health-crisis/

"The state proclaimed as much Tuesday after Gov. Gary Herbert (R) signed off on a resolution that deems pornography “a public health hazard” that can result in wide-ranging harm to individuals and society at large."

LOL ... All I can say to this is:

"That guy is a local politician,
None of those claims have resulted in conviction;
Games and booze and hookers and crack
He's a walking heart attack
Who? That guy, the local politician..."

I wonder if this carries any legal weight?
It looks to me like it's just the governor's opinion made official, but what does that mean?

No porn for U ?

Three separate cells? Two showers? A treadmill? AN X-BOX? And protective isolation from a general prison population who would undoubtedly shank his ass at the earliest opportunity? What the absolute hell is this loser whining about? Granted, I suppose I'm judging it relative to what American prisons would consider 'solitary confinement', 80 square feet with a bed and maybe a personal toilet.

Although in solitary confinement, the inmate has access to three cells, equipped with two showers, a television with a DVD player, an X-box, a Playstation and a treadmill. Breivik can move freely between the cells, though they’re separated from the rest of the institution.

So a mass murderer who shot and killed multiple children at a summer camp gets a dvd...a playstation...xbox....I wonder what I would get for flying over there and setting him on fire inside of his own cell.

eerrr I want to scream 'Fuck his human rights'. But...dammit they have a point...I guess....ughhh I sometimes wish Judge Dredd were real. Would make this so much simpler.

I'm with you there. They should let him go to general population and suffer being gang rapped in the bathrooms and then shanked.

Despite what people think, even inmates have standards and their own codes. I wonder how they would feel when they found out he killed more than a dozen children.

Yep, it's absolutely bizarre. The guy committed the gravest crimes in the post-war history of any Nordic country, in a single day he made himself a unique figure of unlimited terror who dwarfs every other act of this kind that's happened in this part of the world in modern times. In Sweden you'd have to go back five hundred years to find anything like it.  >:( And it wasn't just on the spur of the moment, he's a coldblooded and calculating bastard. He should be grateful that he's being protected from the risk of getting killed by some other prisoner.

Sometimes I just wish they'd send him working in a salt mine on Spitzbergen (a Scandinavian meme for brutal and primitive confinement).

This typo is hilarious, I sadly have to point out. Though being 'rapped to death' might genuinely constitute cruel and unusual punishment...

So apparently Prince died, i feel kind of odd about it. I have listened to a lot of his music growing but a lot less so recently

Really unexpected and sad to hear; he was such an amazing musician, songwriter, performer - and a really tight and innovative lyricist much of the time (no, he didn't write exclusively about sex). It was good to see how he got out of a life situation that seems to have been very turbulent when he was around thirty and at the height of his fame, much like David Bowie at the same age - he took control of his career and got out of that place alive and in one piece (the Batman soundtrack and some of the Black Album always sounded to me like they're coming from a personally dark and overheated space). I never got around to seeing him playing live but I know people who did, and their impression is that he seemed at ease with himself and at a stage in life where he could do what he wanted musically, and that's pretty much what I get from listening to some of his later albums and watching live footage on Youtube and the like. R I P.
