Maybe a New Feature?

I find myself needing to contact all my writing partners more often than I thought I would.  Any possibility of adding a script that:

1.  Accepts a list of threads from me
2.  Finds the names of any poster in those threads besides me
3.  Eliminates duplicates in the list
4.  Sets up a new message with all those names in either the "To:" or "Bcc:" fields

I'm an IT guy and an accomplished programmer.  I volunteer my time to make this happen if I can help out at all.
