Gods, immortal beings responsible for taking the chaos of the universe, and shaping it into the worlds and planes of the multiverse we know today, have always ruled from afar in a council of 'elders', overseeing their creations but otherwise remaining distant, if caring, concerned observers.  They had created countless worlds, races, and wonders across them all, yet of all of their creations, humanity was the only one that gave them reason to pause.  To wonder if they had made a mistake because of their propensity for violence, bigotry, and worse.  They became so upset and worried that they would destroy the world they had worked so hard to create, that it was decided that they'd need to be erased from existence.  But one of the gods thought they simply needed a more direct and gentle influence in their relatively short lives.  Intrigued, the other cosmic beings listened to the 'youngest' of their order as he laid out his proposal, suggesting that one of them go down to this world in question, and become the living embodiment of a god among them.  Despite knowing full well there would be some, even with proof of such divinity among them, that would do all in their power to destroy him, to subvert and corrupt his attempts to be a force for good and gentle change for the better, the other gods were convinced to give their youngest a chance to steer humanity towards a better path than the one they seemed so intent to follow by giving into their harsher, darker natures.  An agreement was eventually reached, rules were set down, and the young god was allowed to leave their otherworldly home to be 'reborn' into a mortal, yet cosmic being the likes humanity and the other mortal races had never seen before.

Found by a compassionate, young human woman who had just set out from her home, the newly 'born' god that had fallen from the skies was put into the woman's pack and carried away.  She learned much from him as they came upon a village, that would later become a grand, sprawling city, where he was allowed to carve out a home beneath their feet.  From there, he grew, he grew to such a size that he carved out a massive network of tunnels, caverns, and more so that his miles of tentacles could come up from any point among those that worshiped him and the religion he had begun with his human companion and consort.  And it was through her that the first of the now legendary god born, were given life.  Immortal protectors, guardians of the city he now resided beneath, the immortal god that had chosen to become a being of flesh watched as their children grew to become unstoppable warriors, mages, sorcerers, and more, all of them driven to protect that which he and his first high priestess had created.  Militaristic, disciplined, and powerful beyond almost all imagining, few threats could stop them, and for those adversaries that proved too much even for their combined might, their tentacled god was there to provide his own power and might to the defense of the world he had given up so much to see stave off the divine judgment of his peers.  Demon Lords from the Nine Hells and the Abyss both were left shattered, forced to return to their home planes in battered, bloodied pieces, dragons of an evil nature often found themselves hung up and mounted in the Hall of Heroes, and entire conquering armies have been shattered like so much glass.  Whatever the threat, one thing is known for certain, the god born will always be fabled heroes and immortal guardians, favorites of the people and protectors of the just and the innocent, and absolute nightmares on the battlefield against those who would dare to ravage their world.

Pertinent details

1:  God born are immortal, but all of them are born sterile.  Futa or female, it doesn't matter, nothing can impregnate or be impregnated by a god born.
2:  God born aren't invincible.  While rare, there are those that have fallen and died throughout the long centuries that they've been alive, either through sheer misfortune or they were defeated in battle.
3:  The god born are only born through the union of the god's chosen high priestess and himself.  While he will not fail to successfully impregnate his high priestess, the normal length of time for a standard pregnancy is still required, and it takes as many years for a newborn to mature, as it would for whatever race they were born from.  (Humans are about eighteen before they reach maturity, elves are about a century, etc etc)
4:  God born are either female, or futa/herms, but never male.  In addition, they are more prone to sexual acts, often engaging in passionate, pleasure filled orgies before they go out into the world to stop monstrous threats, breaking apart criminal organizations, and so on upon the order of the high priestess and the war matron, with their god's blessing guiding their arms.  Sometimes they simply take each other before such missions, all too happy to invite their high priestess in such cases, but many enjoy the attention of their tentacled 'father' and living god.  Whatever the case, everyone knows well that the god born are powerful warriors, with the lascivious demeanor of nymphomaniacs.
5:  There is only one high priestess, just as there is only one 'god' that she serves.  Even so, he is not a jealous deity, and he cares not for what race a person is.  He only cares that they are kind, compassionate individuals at their core, even if they are militant against those that would threaten the city and those that reside within.  Because the world has grown used and usually accepts help from the god born and thus, the city they call home, their 'children' are often a welcome sight against those things that would otherwise run roughshod across the world's surface, or below it.
6:  The high priestess is given an extended life span through their god's power, and the ability to telepathically speak with the entity wherever they are, but once they feel their time is ending, she and the guardian will seek out a replacement.  Once one is chosen, the old high priestess will often pass away in her sleep that very same night.  It is not unheard of for the funeral procession that takes place to last for several hours, easy, such is often the love and generosity they are known for towards those they have protected for so long that those they have affected are all too happy to honor and immortalize her in their own small way.

City of Ivalice.
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide

The city of Ivalice, where countless individuals across the racial spectrum, (elves, tieflings, aasimar, humans, etc), reside.  Ivalice is a beautiful, sprawling city with countless wonders and sights to behold for even the most jaded traveler.  The arcane academies are rumored to be the best in the world, the historical archives and museums housing artifacts from the ancient past are maintained with care and are often full of eager children and old explorers alike, and the number of restaurants, bathhouses, brothels, top class inns, and more promises excitement and more for everyone.  Simply put, no matter your tastes, there is something to do for everyone.  The dozens of prayer wells, despite being devoid of water, are often the first stop for many of the city's more faithful residents.  It's not unheard of for the guardian deity to poke a tentacle out on occasion, either to scare off would be bullies of the young, or to simply bring a too curious child back out of the darkness if they should fall into one such well.

Guardian Diety's central temple
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide

The high priestess resides here once she has been chosen, often times called to serve through the previous high priestess who hears their god's words through their telepathic bond.  On occasion, the god will speak a promising priestess's name himself, but whatever the case, those that are brought into the fold are blessed with an extended life and all of the authority with all of the resources that come with her station.  Control of the god born and the armies at Ivalice's command are but one part of their office.  They are ambassadors to the world, mothers of the god born, teachers of the young, and protectors and voices for those that have no one else to turn to.  And of course, they often find themselves willing participants of the sexual escapades between the god born themselves.  When they aren't otherwise 'busy', they spend time with the god himself, who also has his own needs and desires, but despite what some believe, he has never taken someone against their will, and he is a very attentive and caring lover.  The temple itself houses a number of shrine maidens, caretakers, and teachers that maintain the temple grounds themselves, but also care for the homeless, the orphaned, and in-firmed with the generous donations and offerings that are brought to them.

Hall of Heroes and Training Academy grounds
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide

The god born call the Hall of Heroes their home, when they aren't otherwise....engaged, either on missions around the world, or with their fellows in arms.  Whatever the case, the Hall of Heroes is both living space for the god born, and training grounds for up and coming warriors of their supernaturally gifted prowess and might.  While there are exceptionally gifted warriors that can stand toe to toe against them, the god born aren't the best on the merits of their births alone.  They're the bests because they've been disciplined and forged into instruments of war, diplomacy, and more.  Still, they are allowed a certain level of....latitude, given their unique physiologies and the needs that come with them, but overall, they are powerful, wise from the decades, and unrelenting against those that would threaten their world.  It's not uncommon to hear the sounds of steel clashing against steel, of training dummies being beaten into submission, and the slap of flesh against flesh as full contact sparring and....'sparring', takes place throughout the large stone structure.  Throughout the long halls and large, stone chambers, many artifacts and wall encompassing murals tell their stories through various historical documents, and at times grisly trophies from the enemies they've slain.

Source material between myself and Mannik.  Feel free to ogle to your heart's content.  ;D  For now, this is merely an interest thread, and while I'm hoping to get a couple of Co-GMs to help run this little insanity, I hope this will become a Big Group Game given enough time and effort.  This WON'T be a sand box, despite what it might appear to the contrary, at least, there will be somewhat mandatory Events and story relevant plots thrown at you guys on occasion.  Beyond that though, I'm interested in character development and the like over pages of endless smut.  Still, here's hoping you guys enjoy this idea that Mannik and myself have brought to life.  See ya!

-----------------------

Quick rules/tidbits to consider.

1:  Character creation might be geared towards the god born themselves, but I'm more than happy to accept males and the like into the game.  If you'd rather play a servant such to one of the god born, the high priestess, or something else altogether, that's fine as well.
2:  Magic is known and generally accepted.  While there are some forms of spellcasting that would be frowned upon if not outright feared and hated on sight, (necromancy, blood magic, etc), overall it simply depends on how one uses their power rather than what that power happens to be.  Since this is a high fantasy world with a measure of magi-tech such as Final Fantasy styled airships and the like, pilots, mechanics, etc would be viable options for the Ivalice's trade convoys and armed forces alike if that's more to your speed.
3:  Save for those large settlements and long established kingdoms, most of this world are wild forests, large desert wastes, and expansive, island dotted oceans.  Your character can come from anywhere, for any reason, even if that means you came from another plane of existence altogether.  If you're playing a god born however, you'd be from Ivalice, but what you do from there is up to you.  ;D
4:  As for the world itself, the little that's been established is that there IS an Underdark where generally evil dark elves and worse call home, but otherwise myself and Mannik have been fairly vague thus far in terms of what else is out there save for cult happy slavers and the like far to the north that are protected by some of the less moral of the kingdoms that dot the mountainous regions, while the southern reaches are desert wastelands where nomadic barbarian tribes live and fight against giant scorpions and other such threats on a regular basis.  So, this simply means that you're free to come up with your own character information and the like.  ;D

IMPORTANT!

1:  As I said once before, I will not be accepting just anyone in the high priestess spot.  Therefore, I won't be accepting the first person to show interest in the role.  The War Matron, provided we get one, will be less important, but I'd prefer someone who'd be good for the role rather than just the first person that comes along.
2:  Males ARE welcome for this game, but they can't be the god born.  If you want to apply for the War Matron spot, that's more than fine, just make sure your character is a certifiable badass in some way so you can stand up to the magical/physical rigors of fighting and training the rightfully named god born.  Although the same goes for a female applicant for the job as well, so meh.....
3:  Characters can be of ANY race and ANY gender, and barring the high priestess, can fill any role you can think of.  Character limits will be 2 to start, but later, if enough interest is shown and those involved stick around long enough, I'll probably open that number up to 4 tops.
4:  As always, please leave any drama at the door and be respectful to each other, as well as their O/Os of course.  And just because there's an obvious fetish for tentacles and futas doesn't mean that has to be what happens to your character specifically.  It's just there for those that WOULD enjoy that aspect of things.  I'll be putting together a tag that WILL be mandatory for each and every post so that people can see what's happening in terms of content and the like in a post without accidentally stumbling across something they'd rather not see, but otherwise it'll be business as usual.
5:  HAVE FUN!  Lol that's always been the goal of any game that pops up though, mine included, so please, enjoy yourselves guys and I'll hopefully see you soon.  See ya!

Here's an example of the kind of character I'm hoping for if you guys want to start thinking up ideas while we wait for hopefully more people to pop up.  This is actually one of the god born myself and Mannik have running around in our solo story.  Enjoy!

Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
Name:  Vex
Gender:  Female
Age:  610
Sexuality:  Bisexual with a preference for her futa/herm 'sisters' as well as the guardian diety's tentacles, naturally.
Race:  Half drow (dark elf)
God born:  Yes
Class:  Ranger
Preferred Weapon:  A seemingly mundane long bow made from the bark of a black ash tree.  No one knows for sure if her bow is enchanted or if it's just her power alone that makes her so dangerous, but no one's willing to try her bow for themselves to find out for sure.  (It's not but she isn't about to tell people that.)
Power:  Shadowstep:  Vex can rip open shadowy holes in reality, which she can fire her arrows into to make them appear in another place she can see at virtually any angle she so desires.  Her arrows lose none of their momentum, allowing them to strike with the same speed and force, which allows her to maintain her concealment.  When push comes to shove, she can use her own portals to re-position herself, or to allow her to gracefully dodge about the battlefield, becoming a dizzying blur of perfectly placed shots that burn right through anything they're fired upon.  Even the hardiest of foes find themselves easily dispatched as their very souls are shattered under her darkness wreathed arrows, piles of ash and their empty armors and weapons falling to the ground the only trace of their passing.
Weakness:  While her Shadowstep makes her quite formidable, not counting the fact she's had centuries to master her ranger craft, allowing her to hunt and track across nearly any environment she has experience with, Vex cannot use her power without consequence.  It wears her out quite quickly, and since she has to be covered almost completely in shadow just to even initiate it, she's severely limited when in daylight.  Not only that, but she has to be able to see where it is she wants to either fire her arrows or to 'jump' from point to point, and any momentum she has behind her or her shots means she cannot stop once she steps through a portal, making fights on mountainous terrain or areas covered in ice quite dangerous for her.
Appearance:  Dark, crimson, artfully tousled locks falls across her back and her front in uneven but beautiful waves.  Pale, crimson eyes peer out from her ageless, flawlessly pale gray skinned face with a pair of slightly rounded but still elongated elven ears.  While she prefers to dress in simple traveling leathers, often in dark greens, blacks, and browns from the neck down so as to better blend into the background of the forests and the like where she often finds herself, Vex is nearly at home in the cities of the world as anywhere.  Tall and slender as a willow wand, Vex is agile and quick footed as any elf, and since she was born a half elf from her half elven mother when she was made the next high priestess centuries ago, her light sensitive eyes aren't quite as effected by light than her full blooded drow counterparts.
Personality:  Mischievous, playful, compassionate, yet ruthless and without mercy against the wicked and unjust, Vex is dedicated to the cause of protecting the people of her world with her every breath.  She has no qualms about killing those that have purposely set about preying upon the weak, regardless of where they originally came from, or what they are for that matter.  As far as the common man and woman are concerned though, she tries not to let their opinions about her nature, or the fact her mother was a 'bastard' half breed herself, but upon those days that the years of her immortality catch up with her and she feels the weight of her impending years press upon her, coupled by the fact she's always been 'alone', despite the fact many of her fellow god born love and treasure her presence, Vex often seeks solitude in the deep woods of the northern forests, far from Ivalice's walls.  Most days though, she's all too happy to play harmless pranks on her fellow god born, and for those high priestesses she's seen come and go since her mother's reign, depending on their general personalities, even they might not be exempt from her playful nature.  As for her sexual appetites, those to have led Vex to warming more than a few beds with gusto, but she is normally a sensual lover, one that prefers to attend to her partner's needs first before indulging in her own.
Background:  One of the three that slayed Ironscythe, formerly a black, acid spitting ancient dragon that had terrorized the eastern kingdoms for decades until it made the mistake of trying to take Ivalice into its domain, Vex stood against the winged nightmare, her unerring accuracy one of the keys to its downfall as she effortlessly blinded the monster, ensuring its destruction in the fight that unfolded afterwards.  It was simply the start of her legend, which can still be found on the wall length murals within the Hall of Heroes, the skeletal remains of the black dragon on prominent display, suspended from the ceiling to this very day.  Before she was the legendary ranger she is today however, Vex was born to a half elf high priestess by the name of Zokur.  Her mother's rule, alongside the tentacled beast deity of a 'father', wasn't the best Ivalice and the world had ever seen, but it was far from bad either.  Part of the problem stemmed from the simple fact her mother was dark elven at all, but Vex had a relatively good childhood among her fellow god born.  Those that were her senior, often by many centuries, were happy to teach her what they could, while those that were either her age or younger looked up to Vex and the other, older members of their small but elite order.  But most important of all, Vex learned early on that their shared 'father', for lack of a better word to describe the guardian deity that had given her and her 'sisters' life, was a very kind and compassionate figure throughout her life.  While only the high priestess could ever, truly communicate with the being that called the underground expanses home, Vex learned early on that he cared immensely for all of his progeny, and often was the time she curled up on his massive bulk when she was still a child, innocent and in need of at least one if not both of her parents so close at hand.  A habit that many of the god born could attest to since even the oldest among them still, on occasion, made it a point to make their beds on top of the deity's warm flesh....when they weren't otherwise engaged with the tentacled beast.  But despite what some, misinformed people would suggest or outright yell to the contrary, their father wasn't in the habit of forcing himself upon anyone, and neither did he engage in his desires when one of his still too young children were around to see such a thing unfold.  He preferred to protect their innocence for as long as possible, even though many willingly trained to become deadly warriors without equal.

Whatever the case, Vex grew to be a strong and capable woman, but the weight of the years that passed caught up with her when her mother, already considered old by elven standards, finally passed away even though the guardian had extended her life considerably.  Even his power has limits however, and Zukor, when she deemed it was time for her to go on to the next plane of existence, began to seek out her replacement.  The fact her lungs were failing her along with her heart only spurred her decision onward, and Vex was there to help her to the pit when the day came for her to close her eyes for good.  After she recovered from the loss, Vex's demeanor changed.  She became quieter, less prone to laughter, and she spent far more time out in the wild places of the world, seeking the peaceful solitude of the forests and plains over the crowds of the city or the sympathetic words and gestures that always seemed to follow her around.  It took many decades for her to return to any semblance of her former self, but she still chooses to remain out in the woods more than some would consider safe or wise.  And when times get too tough for her to handle, she'll isolate herself for weeks at a time once the trouble blows over.  Still, even now, she does what she can for the youngest of the god born, just as was done for her when she was such a young girl herself, while offering what aid she can to those she calls 'sister' and friend.  Even though she was an only child, despite many attempts by both her mother and 'father' to conceive more god born between them, Vex considers most of her fellow god born as her family, and she would die to protect them and Ivalice itself if that's what it took to see them safe and whole.

IC kinks/preferences:  Hunting, reading, bardic performances (especially if it's from one of her god born 'sisters), small intimate gatherings, playful partners, harmless pranks, walking through the woods and plains around the city.
Sensory play, light to medium BDSM, tentacles, blind folds, snuggles, love bites, and orgies.  (See O/O page for the rest.)
IC offs/dislikes:  Fish, too much hair, evil in general with a particularly strong dislike against slavers, stupidity, morbidly obese individuals, lazy or undisciplined people, and wasting good food/drink.
Verbal/physical abuse, bathroom, incest (not counting her 'father' and her sisters since she isn't technically related to any of them), heavy BDSM, collars.  (See O/O page for the rest)

Rules:

1. Ivalice and the world at large might have guns, but they're hard to come by, and they use blackpowder packets like the rifles and their like from the old days.  As long as you don't pull out a bazooka or anything, we should be fine with anyone playing a tinkerer or gunslinger type of character.  If you DO insist on something far more magically powerful/advanced/etc, just run it by us first.

2. While sex is a thing in this game, the consequences of it may only apply if both characters are in approval of such.  Just ask before knocking up another person, (if that's even possible), or anything else for that matter.  :P

3. Player limits must be observed AT ALL TIMES. We will not tolerate bullies, underage characters, or meta-gamers. Anyone breaking these rules will be warned, then removed from the game. In serious offenses, the offenders will be reported to Elliquiy administration.

4. Face claims can come from real people, but the obvious fantastical elements of this game make it reasonable to assume pictures from anime, art work, etc, are acceptable.  If you want to use a Face Claim, that's fine, just make sure you label it as such in your profile and let us know so we can get a list going.

5. All posts should be made in the third person. It just helps with the flow of the game, making it easier for all.

6. If you are going to be absent for an extended amount of time, please just tell us. Any characters that go silent for three weeks without notice will be struck out on the character thread, and their characters considered moved or deceased.

7. Meta-gaming kills the game for everyone. Remember this when playing in combat roles.

8. This game is in the Extreme thread for a reason. This is an adult game, that will be having some very dark themes at some point.  If there is something that is a possible trigger, please let the GM staff know so we can properly warn in advance of upcoming events. All events will have warning tags though.

9. Common sense is king. Use it when your characters react, or at least as much as a fantastical game like this would allow anyway.

10. Above all, this is a game. And games are about having FUN!!!!  ;D

11. Players can have up to two Characters at a time, but they must have suitable play time on each other character before applying for a new one once we open up for a maximum of four.

12. Please keep characters within a reasonable human size range. No one under 4 foot or higher than 7. And be reasonable with anatomical changes

13. Futa are allowed, Hyper-Endowment is not. Again, please be reasonable with sizes.

14. Please keep track of the scenes you're in.  Two scenes are the match for the time being, but it might be upgraded to 4.  Planned scenes though are another matter, just be sure you get to them eventually.

Envious

This looks really fun and I'd like to make a character! Do you want us to post profiles here?

Vergil1989

OH!  O-of course I'd be happy to have you Envious, and yes, by all means post your profiles here if you would.  Thanks for dropping by.  :D

If you want to try for the high priestess role, you might want to have a backup character handy, but otherwise it's up to you what you put together.  Thanks for your interest though in any event!

#3
Name:  Ellesia Zathro
Gender:  Female
Age:  2, 328 and still young
Sexuality:  Definitely bisexual
Race:  Human
God born: Yes
Job Title:  Loremaster of the Hall of Heroes
Class:  Sorceress
Preferred Weapon:  A seemingly innocuous quarterstaff made of unadorned red oak.  The red, crystalized eye of a demon that adorns one end is the true prize, the trophy turned magical focus allowing the seemingly young woman to cast spells that only masters of the arcane could hope to match in a single lifetime.
Power:  Mirror Image:  Look into her eyes long enough, and many people find themselves seeing double as she draws forth their darker natures.  She needn't dirty her hands when she can simply have her opponents fight themselves in a literal sense.  Once the offender has been disposed of, their dark doppelganger simply disappears, leaving the sorceress to go about her business.
Weakness:  Eye contact must be held for a period of no less than ten seconds, otherwise Ellasia can't call forth a doppelganger of her opponent's most darkest and hidden desires, thoughts, and more.  An opponent must also have eyes in the first place for it to even work, and if they somehow acknowledge their darkness made flesh, they are left unscathed.  Worst case scenario, they become stronger as a result of her meddling.  Animals, inanimate objects given magical life or purpose, creatures without a soul, or a will of their own are completely immune as well.  Only one doppelganger can be called at a time, making her gift a last ditch effort than anything else.
Appearance:  Despite her girlish appearance, Ellasia Zathro has seen more than anyone in Ivalice to date, save her god of a father and her fellow, surviving sisters of course.  Artfully tousled burnished bronze hair rests atop her head, with bangs hanging just past piercing reddish brown eyes that hold the weight of her very long life and more knowledge and experience than most people could begin to imagine.  Coming in at about 5'3'', a 132 lbs, Ellesia is well rounded in all the right places despite her short, seemingly youthful, spritely appearance.  Having spent most of her life surrounded by books, save for those times wanderlust gets the better of her, Ellesia's skin is pale, if beautifully so.  She favors simple red leather over shirts, gray or white under shirts, and tan or dark brown, comfortable leather pants and boots as she walks the fabled halls of her archival library, a stack of books or scrolls never far from her hand.
Personality

"I am what our divine father made me.  I make no apologies for that."

Despite initial appearances suggesting otherwise, Ellesia carries the weight of her years and countless experiences like treasured if heavy armor.  She's seen so much and done far more, although some of it wasn't by her choice, that very few things surprise her anymore.  Highly intelligent, a fact she knows and isn't afraid to make sure others know it too, the well traveled sorceress can come off as arrogant and full of herself, an illusion she doesn't care to shatter anytime soon.  For those that are young and full of bright eye, innocent wonder and curiosity though, it's not an uncommon sight to see Ellesia with a young child on her knee as she recites to them one of the many tales she has at her disposal or stored away in her memory.  Despite being unable to have children of her own, there are few things that make Ellesia smile than satiating one's desire for knowledge and understanding, and educating her younger 'sisters' in all manner of subjects is what she's good at.  Everything from the arcane, to the planes of existence, to simple ballroom dancing, chances are she knows something about it.  Or a lot of something about it as is often the case.

Getting her to share said knowledge without her speaking to said student like they were a village idiot is the real trick, but her capacity for ofttimes rude remarks is a byproduct of her far less joyous beginnings.  She rarely speaks of that time, when she herself was far less experienced and knowledgeable, but rumors suggest that she was intellectually abused by those that should've been trying to educate her, guiding her, instead of degrading her for being more open minded and smarter than they were by far.  Pride and the fall that comes with it is one of her favorite cautionary tales for that reason, because she had the last laugh when it was all over, or so it's commonly said.  The truth though has been lost to time, but she remembers it well.  Too well...

Background:

"I hoard knowledge like a dragon hoards treasure.  Unlike the winged handbags in question, I actually share my wealth to anyone who would seek to better themselves."

It's strangely ironic that her own, formerly innocent pursuit of knowledge was what began her down the path she'd take later in life.  Even the ancient Ellesia had been a child once, simply seeking to understand the world as well as her very own existence, but times were so much simpler back when she was born, in far too many ways if you were to ask her opinion and she actually spoke of those days with some persuasion.  The argument had been made she was born ahead of her time, to being made too intelligent for her own good, which Ellesia would heartedly argue against if anyone had been brave enough to say so within earshot.  Whatever the case was or the truth might be on the subject, everyone can agree on this much, Ellesia Zathro is a survivor.  She had to become strong, because she asked a question of the wrong person, and paid a hefty price for her naivety, unaware at the time of such things as religious fanaticism and the lengths some will go to ensure their way is the only way.  Words like belief, zealotry, faith, and their ilk were not known to her child self at the time of her asking her question, which under normal circumstances would've led to other questions, but she had asked the wrong person a perfectly logical question.

Why did they worship a god that wasn't technically a god any longer?  Those who had been present at the time hadn't thought anything of it, seeing it for the innocent musings of a child simply wanting to understand, but the priestess that had been the target of her inquiry hadn't been prepared for someone like Ellesia, who despite being seven years old, had already gained a reputation for being far smarter and insightful than she had a right to be, at least those who didn't like being questioned by her had said as much at least.  Her then naysayers had been wise enough to let it go at that though, but the priestess, a low level scribe for someone of higher importance, at first simply tried to spout the dogma associated with the guardian deity, but Ellesia shut her down, saying quite eloquently, that the classical definition of a god meant they were not only distant observers of mortal affairs, but that they were invincible and all knowing.  As much as she loved her father, and still does to this day, Ellesia knew for a fact that the entity that lived beneath Ivalice's streets were none of these things and went on, in a perfectly logical manner, to back up her claims.

That was a mistake, Ellesia would find out later, because while she'd left the priestess utterly flat footed and unable to find a way to refute her logic, once she recovered, she devised a plan to get back at the child.  Behind her mother's back, Natasha Zathro having been chosen as the high priestess seven years ago despite being a no name daughter of a small town inn keeper far north of Ivalice, the priestess with thoughts of bettering her own rank while also putting Ellesia in her place, went on to inform her fellow fanatical sisters and brothers of the faith, despite the guardian's faith being geared towards acceptance, understanding, and being open to most things, that Ellesia was spouting heretical questions, undermining the sanctity of their good work in their god's name.  One of her cohorts just happened to be one of Ellesia's instructors, and while he was subtle about it, he made it a point to crack down on her the more she questioned him and the 'truths' of the world he left her with.  Upon realizing she was given ultimately false information, she was forbade from the library when he took the stack of books she'd borrowed and threw them in a nearby brazier before claiming, with 'witnesses', that Ellesia had done the deed herself.  Not only was she forced to copy every word from each of the books she had 'destroyed', but even her own mother didn't believe she was innocent of the deed, having put her trust in the wrong person.

It got to the point Ellesia ran from the temple and into a world she didn't understand, but at least she was free of the priestess's machinations.  While the truth of the entire affair would come out shortly after she left, the damage had been done, and Ellesia would forever hold resentment towards Natasha for turning her back on her when she needed her the most.  Even when her time was up and the guardian's power could no longer sustain her, Ellesia didn't attend her own mother's funeral, two hundred and some years later.  As for the guardian, it took many years to see he hadn't wanted this to happen, that if he'd known he would've stepped in a lot sooner, but at the time Ellesia made it a point to stay far away from the dozens of empty prayer wells that dotted the city, knowing his reach was long, long enough he could stick one of his many grasping tentacles out and bring her back to the main temple if he could but find her.  But someone else beat him to the punch, and at first, neither knew what to make of the other.  But despite their vastly different appearances, and in his case, state of being, Ellesia eventually returned of her own accord with a floating, chattering skull following her around.

It's funny the things a person learns when they have someone like Morte driving people barmy with his vast array of cutting insults.  The priestess, who was still in some minor position of authority despite her conspiracy being revealed, made the mistake of trying to get her hands on the skull, deeming 'it' a foul demon Ellesia had brought with her to darken the temple's halls, (and in a way she wasn't wrong), but not only did Morte bite several of her fingers off for trying to do anything of the sort, but he then proceeded to verbally flay her alive.  The strange part was that something in either his tone, the way he moved the various muscles of his face, or the way he rolled and scrunched up his eyes in obvious disdain of her very existence, drove the priestess to attempted murder of not just him, but Ellesia as well.  Later he'd admit that it was what he was good at, that his unique magic worked through hair raising insults, much like a bard and their Vicious Mockery, but however it worked, Morte's Litany of Curses put the final nail in the priestess's coffin, and she and her remaining accomplices were thrown out of the temple.  Needless to say, despite the often heated arguments they quickly became known for, Ellesia and Morte are beyond inseparable, and the debt owed would soon be repaid when she'd save his life in turn during her first mission out as an officially recognized god born of Ivalice.

Having long since figured out Morte wasn't a mimir despite his initial claims, but rather a condemned soul trapped in the skull which had formerly resided on a Pillar of Skulls on the plane of Baatar.  In life, Morte had been a consummate liar that had led others to their deaths with his willful embellishments, a fate shared by all of the skulls on the pillar, and in death he wasn't much better, but he had learned his lesson long ago.  Whatever the case, Ellesia hadn't thought much of it at the time, until a simple search and destroy mission of an encroaching monster den full of ravenous kobolds took a turn when one of the lizard headed shamans summoned a demon to aid his falling tribe.  The demon took one look at Morte, shouted something in its infernal tongue, and immediately smashed Morte's skull into the side of the wall.  Wounded, weakened, and missing his powerfully enchanted teeth that might've otherwise torn the demon's flesh apart, Morte would've been returned to suffering on the Pillar of Skulls he'd once escaped if not for Ellesia's obliterating his would be tormentor.  Summoning every bit of power she had left, Ellesia shattered the demon, saved Morte, and promptly passed out in the blood soaked remnants of the tribe of kobolds they'd annihilated together.  And together they'd remain for almost three thousand years, with Morte driving her almost as crazy on more than one occasion.  But despite their admittedly odd relationship, one thing is clear.

Ellesia and Morte's bond is the stuff legends are made from.

IC kinks/preferences:  Trying new and exotic foods, engaging in heated, intellectual debates with a worthy adversary, games of the mind such as chess and the like, and long walks through forgotten ruins and her library, naturally.
Kinks:  Despite appearances or the power she has at her beck and call, she's very submissive and enjoys those rare moments someone's able to shut her brain off with mind numbing pleasure after being teased, denied, and possibly even made to beg for it.  Otherwise, her tastes, while she's experienced near everything one can think of, typically run vanilla albeit quite sensory heavy love making.  She has an especially fond weakness for oil massages and sharing a steamy, relaxing bath with her lovers, of which she's had many.
IC offs/dislikes:  Willful ignorance, stupidity, bigotry, fanatics, hypocrisy, and making a fool of one's self.  Cats, those who would dare destroy, dirty, or desecrate her library in the slightest, and enemies of free thought or expression.  Rain also isn't something she enjoys, along with poorly prepared meals.  And for some reason even she can't explain, the taste of fried rice makes her violently sick to her stomach.
Offs:  She absolutely cannot stand verbal abuse of any kind, dirty talk, or even simply foul language.  Anything that belongs in a toilet can stay there as well.  She's definitely not interested in beasts either, or being forced into a sexual situation for that matter.  (See O/O for the rest.)

Extra Notes/Info:  The incessantly chattering skull that follows her around is more of a nuisance than anything, but when the chips are down, there are few more loyal friends than Morte.  His VERY extensive travels across the planes, along with the fact he was allied with a pseudo-immortal individual that had no name, makes Morte a literal font of knowledge across countless subjects.  The trick is to get him to speak the unblemished truth regarding those subjects, and without his....admittedly colorful slang he still insists on using from his time in Sigil, the City of Doors, a nexus point that connects countless other planes of existence.  Ruled and protected by the mysterious Lady of Pain, Sigil is as dangerous as it is mysterious, and Morte is as unique as traveling companions can get.  How he got to Ivalice is a tale unto itself, but one worth hearing, provided you can get the truth out of him....

(Morte is from Planescape Torment, a VERY amazingly written game from the era of Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, and many others I've recently discovered in the past few months.  Despite his lecherous, lascivious nature however, he WON'T be participating in any erotic scenes.  He'll offer the occasional snarky comment before and after though lol.)

IMPORTANT UPDATE as of October 6th 2016 in A/A page

Envious

#4
Name: Selador
Gender: Female
Age:  594
Sexuality: Bisexual
Race: Elf
God born: Yes
Job Title: Healer
Class: Priest
Preferred Weapon: Magic Sceptor
Power: Radiant Light is a spell that allows her to heal minor wounds or, with limitation, turn major wounds into minor injuries. Binding Fortitude is a spell that temporarily immobilizes her opponent for 10 or fewer seconds. Holy Smite is a weak offensive spell that blasts a beam of golden energy at an opponent.
Weakness: Three minor heals = 1 major heal. She can cast a minor Radiant Light up to 6 times in one battle or a major Radiant Light 2 times (or any combination thereof). Binding Fortitude has a diminishing return of 2 seconds each time she uses it. Holy Smite lacks much bite unless the monster is particularly weak - Selador just doesn't have the conviction to really make it hurt. She needs to be within 10 yards of her targets for the spell to work. The use of her spells does not physically weaken her. Once she runs out of "mana," she simply cannot cast on her own anymore.
Appearance: The first thing people generally notice about her is her height - she stands at an even six feet. Everything else is left to the imagination. Selador prefers to wear modest, comfortable robes that cover everything below her neck. Long sleeves, toe-length robes, stockings, gloves; she likes being wrapped up tight. She usually accompanies that with a hooded cloak. When traveling, she adds another layer in the form of a traveling cloak to keep her relatively clean. She is tall, thin, and pale. Her creamy, white skin easily turns pink when she becomes emotionally invested in something. Her dark, gray hair is highlighted with silver and white and is usually worn in a pony tail. Her eyes are blue and striking only because of the contrast against her pale skin.
Personality: Selador is fast-paced. She is quick to laugh, quick to anger, quick to forgive, and quick to forget. She doesn't think long or hard and it's been debated if she thinks at all. She is a defender of what she thinks is right and has a soft spot for people she feels (correctly or not) are being oppressed. Her bleeding heart often gets her into trouble. She will heal the ally as quick as she will heal the enemy which leads to problems and arguments. She is trying to even out her quick temper and become a better peacemaker. Nearly 600 years on the training grounds has made Selador a capable combatant, but her heart isn't in fighting - it's in healing. Her lack of commitment often leads to hesitation on the battle field and that is a liability. In comparison to her fellow God born, she is not particularly fast or strong, but she's a mighty-fine medic. Please do not ask her to navigate. You will become lost.
Background: Selador is envious of mothers. What she wants the most in the world is something she can never have - a baby. She tries to itch the scratch by becoming a surrogate mother to orphaned children, but it is not the same. She has been known to go through sulky bouts of resentment and take a hiatus from her duties of teaching children or helping those in need. Although she has sisters that go through this also, she finds it more comforting to seek solace alone. This way, she is able to throw herself a pity party, but no one else is there to add fuel to the fire.

Selador loves to travel and meet new people. During this time, she ministers to those in need and tells tales of the good deeds and hopes of her father. She loves her family and speaks highly of the good they do for the world, even if she disagrees with bloodshed. For the past hundred years or so, she has attempted to become a better diplomat and strengthen her skills of persuasion, but she often falls back into the pitfalls of "because I said so" as if it is a valid argument. Her hope is that if she tries hard enough, she can talk her way out of combat situations and create resolutions before conflict even arises.

Although not a great combatant, Selador's compassion has earned her a reputation as one who is capable of making peace between the most bitter of enemies. She is most known for her role in the what is now referred to as The Last Battle between two rival forest clans that had been fighting for eleven generations. Their terrible disputes were famous for their violence and brutality. Over the generations, the story had been polluted beyond recognition, but it's generally agreed upon that it was some sort of lovers quarrel. Selador happened across the battlefield on one of her adventures and found the leaders of both clans dying next to each other. Each had inflicted a terrible wound that surely would mean death. She spoke with them. She listened to them. They slowly died in front of her, being asked to rethink their life choices and reflect upon their decisions. Was it worth it? Were they happy with the bitter ending of their battle? They were prompted to think of what they had left behind to end a quarrel started eleven generations past and they saw the error of their ways. Dying as a way of allowing a unique perspective to enter your thoughts and Selador took advantage of it. She offered redemption in the form of healing and not only raised those men from their injuries, but she healed more bodies on that battlefield than she had ever healed before. The people of the those forest clans praised Selador for her healing skills and she stayed with them to help broker in a new age of peace between them. She became known locally as the woman capable of doing the impossible.

IC kinks/preferences:  She likes gardening, trying new things, going off on adventures. Kinks: This character leans towards taking charge and talking dirty. Surprisingly, she likes a bit of roughhousing in the bedroom.
IC offs/dislikes:  She dislikes combat, rude people, and being alone. Kinks: Bathroom, blood.

Let me know if any corrections need to be made. I'm happy to make changes so that the character fits into the world.

Vergil1989

That's not bad actually.  ;D  My only thing you'd need to edit is her power, and the weakness directly attached to it.  She's a cleric or healer as you call her, so that's more than fine to describe some of what she's capable of as far as all that goes, but take a look at Vex's and my girl's updated profile for the kind of power I'm hoping to see more of.  :D

The only other thing I can think of is what kind of person her mother, a no doubt former high priestess by this point, was like.  What Selador's relationship with her was, if she was even around long enough to have a relationship with her, does Selador have any sisters, (unnamed so others could potentially join as her direct blood relations if they choose), etc etc.  The last thing is what kind of things Selador has done, in terms of possible heroic feats.  She might not be a fighter, but all god born are still legendary for some reason.  ;D

Just a few things to think of.  Beyond that though I like her Envious!

Huh...didnt realize a group game was being made off our story. You might have mentioned something about it, it just slipped my mind with all the ideas and such for our solo story...while I am tempted to join in, not sure that's the best idea...I have a horrible track record when it comes to group games. :P

Seems like you already got the 'adventurer with a weird dark companion' neiche filled, so Mel'dolyn isn't needed here :P

Vergil1989

Ah crap, I didn't even think about saying anything Mannik.  I'd meant to, but by the time I got everything together it'd just slipped my mind, truly.  I'm sorry about that though, and you're more than welcome to still include Mel if you like, especially since this is as much your idea as mine.  Hell, I'd make ya a Co-GM since this wouldn't even be a thing if not for you, but also because you're a pretty amazing writer in your own right lol.  Seriously though Mannik, if you're up for the job or simply want to join, I'd be happy to have you.

To everyone else, Ellesia and Morte are complete beyond any minor edits and the like.  Feel free to take inspiration and the like from them, but hopefully their info will answer a few questions as to what I'm, hopefully WE, are looking for.

Morte:  Says you chief, personally I think you're plum barmy.

Shut up Morte....

I probably need to adjust her age. How long do you think an Elf with a prolonged life would be a High Priestess for? I think it would be easier to choose an age if we had... like, a high priestess list? Daughters of HP1 would make them [race] between age x and x. Daughters of HP2 would make them [race] between age x and x. Does that make sense? Otherwise, we have characters like yours and mine that have less than a 20 year difference between them on a timetable that doesn't add up if your character was an adult when her mother passed away.

If the God has enough Godborn children to have a formidable army and those children are immortal heroes, how many would you say he has? Like, is he birthing a nation that has a body count cap or is he churning out an army to "defeat evil."

Is the High Priestess popping out babies left and right, or do they only have a few (I suppose relative to whatever the normal child count is for their race).

I don't mean to over complicate things!

Vergil1989

Lol you're fine Envious, and honestly we hadn't given it a lot of thought beyond a few vague comments thus far.  But no, at last count, at least in the solo between myself and Mannik, there were only eighty still around.  While we haven't specified an exact time since he came down and Ivalice and its long standing traditions were established, one can safely assume a few thousand years easy.  But no, he isn't breeding an army, both because that'd be taking his rights with the high priestesses too far, and two, he'd rather the world's various races reach peaceful realizations than be forced into anything.  The god born are, despite being trained to fight, are more a result of his bond with his high priestesses over the years than any overarching plan to push his ideals on the world.  Each high priestess lallows him different experiences, different viewpoints, mindsets, etc, and they do their best to pass on what few tenets he's set down.

But to answer your question more directly, there isn't a set timeline or set list for the very reason people aren't limited in that sense, but I can least hash out a loose idea for one if nothing else.  Human HPs probably live around at least three centuries on average, the various elven races closer to two thousand years, barring any untimely deaths or illnesses or something of course, which would be true for any of the races.  Dwarven HP, while not common, about a thousand.  Tiefling and aasimar, dragonborn and tabaxi, a few centuries if not a bit more.  Anything else, just ask.  ;D

Also, there is the guardian's own involvement in the process. While it keeps its high priestess alive beyond their natural life span, if she's past that when it chooses another, she starts dying the moment the bond with her replacement is forged. So...there is some variation as to how long it actually extends their lives...some humans might hold the title longer than particular elves....just depends on when in their life they began service as high priestess and how long it takes him to find a replacement.

Just thought I'd point that out... <.<

Vergil1989

What was that about having no luck with group games Mannik?  :P  But seriously, thanks for the helpful input my friend and again, your assistance in running this or simply adding your own gal would be quite good in my less than humble opinion.  Still, just having you here at all is awesome.

But yes, so even our rough estimates might not be accurate, depending on a number of factors, as Mannik has clarified that I hinted upon.  Hope that helps though Envious and anyone else that's interested in joining the fun.

#14
Indeed Vergil! Looking forward to a good time! >:) So I just threw this together quick, why don't you read it over and tell me what you think? :P

Name: Kendra Hellborne
Gender: Futanari
Age: Stopped counting after three millennia
Sexuality: Omisexual
Race: Tiefling
God born: Yes
Job Title: Guardian of the Infernal Gate
Class: Bloodrager
Preferred Weapon: Her own body
PowerObsidian Carapace - Kendra is able to call upon the ancestral powers of the Nine Hells flowing through her veins to encase her body in infernal obsidian as both a form of armor and a weapon. This obsidian is supernaturally hard and comes to a razor edge, allowing her to punch with force other's require a mace to achieve and call with edges sharper then enchanted steel. Infernal Legacy - Kendra is able to call upon her ancestral power to cast spells or empower her strikes with mystic might.
Weakness:  Kendra cannot fly when fully encased in obsidian, and is badly slowed even on the ground, so she rarely encases her whole body unless defense is the only consideration, preferring instead to coat her hands and feet, with smaller patches covering her vitals. The infernal power in her bloodline wakes only with strong emotion, be that rage, lust, love, happiness, or any other passionate feeling, this means spells to suppress emotion can also suppress her magic and prolonged casting can leave her emotionally drained. Because of the means by which she draws her power, her magic is unsuited to prolonged or complex casting, being more suited to combat magic or impulsive castings.
Appearance: Dark purple skin, large curling horns, broad bat-like wings, and glowing runic 'birthmarks' give Kendra a highly demonic appearance, far beyond even the average Tiefling. Her dark hair, glowing purple eyes, and massive sheathed cock complete her appearance.

Personality: Kendra is even more lusty then the average God Born, and exceptionally mischievous, as such she greatly enjoys playing the 'demon' and seducing her partners to 'steal their souls'. This play is not as assumed as she would like, as Kendra's Tiefling ancestry truly does trace back to a succubus, as well as some lesser abilities, such as the fact that anyone can take her massive shaft with pleasure, no matter how oversized it would normally be for them, or to accept almost any object inside herself with similar pleasure. She is also obsessed with pregnancy and breeding, deeply regretting her own sterility, and often has other futas or males in the harems she forms to impregnate her other 'wives'. A favored form of play is to find a drider or other incectoid mate to fill her womb with eggs for her to incubate and birth.

When not engaged in debauchery Kendra is a passionate woman, pone to violent emotions, who opposes all who would dominate others against their will. She is so dedicated to this cause in part because her own urges in that direction are so strong and is so extra careful to insure her partners are fully willing before mounting and dominating them. Her hatred for her 'cousins' in Hell is legendary, though she also shares their disgust for the denizens of the Abyss and has been known to aid the Infernal against the Abyssal before turning against it as well.

Background: Kendra was born the youngest of seven daughters but soon became the middle child, she had a close relationship with her mother, and all her siblings which remains to this day with those that remain. During her mother's pregnancies Kendra loved to sit beside her and cuddle up close, stroking the belly swollen with her newest sister. During her childhood She would often speak of having just as large a family as her mother and didn't understand why this saddened her mother so. The day she truly understood what her sterility meant was among the most heart wrenching of her life, only match or exceeded by the deaths of her siblings and mother as what family she has steadily dwindles under the inexorable march of years. Despite this she was a deeply loving child whose love quickly became physical after puberty, she believes her strong attraction to pregnant women and love of incest grew from those early days and loves any chance she gets to add siblings or a parent and child to her harems and see them bred. Her relationship with the Guardian Deity is a rocky one as her deep and abiding love of family draws her to her 'father's' embrace, while that same love continually spawns resentment of her own inability to sire or bare children. She therefore went through cycles of withdrawal and avoidance crossed with repentance and a desperate desire for the renewal of their relationship. In more recent years she has slowly begun to accept the other God Born as being 'family' as well, if more distant, and has managed to stop resentment of her father from poisoning her heart. To say that she forgave him would be a stretch though as she has simply managed to prevent her most grievous spiritual wound from interfering with her relationship with the only member of her family she is not almost guaranteed to eventually loose. Despite her hot tempered and impulsive nature Kendra has become quite an authority on health and healing magic as she spends what free time isn't devoted to sex or fighting on the on-going research for a cure to her condition, she has yet to find even the smallest of leads but her desperation to find a means only grows with every death among her kin.

Kendra was born with an exceptionally strong connection to her Infernal Heritage and ancestral 'home plane'. As such she suffered exceptional bigotry during her childhood and developed the seething hatred of 'bullies' that stays with her to this day. It was not until a demonic cult managed to infiltrate the Ivalice while she was in her teens that she came into her own. The cult kidnapped and sacrificed people to open an Infernal Gateway in the city, and many of these deaths were blamed on Kendra. She was actually in the middle of being linched when the demons burst forth and invaded, at which point the beaten and bloody teen Tiefling stepped out in front of the crowd that had been stoning her and unleashed her full power for the first time in public. She held the demons at bay long enough for the city guard and other God Born to arrive and contain the assault, before fighting her way through the throng to the portal itself, which she proceeded to tear apart with her bare hands and consume in full view of everyone! To this day all magical investigations show an Infernal Gate in her stomach, but rather then harming her it seems only to feed her powers more.

In the time since that fateful day Kendra has developed her own 'unarmed' combat style and learned to shape her innate magic into actual spells, as well as devising a form of 'meditation' that allows her to boost her emotions, rather then suppress them. She often travels around dealing with planar incursions and smashing cults, in between long bouts in the City building or enjoying one of her famous harems, membership is often eagerly sought out and often given to the children of former members. All of her fellow God Born are freely welcomed by default and she has rarely needed to exclude one.

IC Preferences: Enjoys spicy food, sensual flights, nudity, and open sexuality. Kinks: Stomach bulges, groups, incest, inflation, impregnation, oviposition, harems, and massages with a 'happy ending'.

Well, she's definitely pretty interesting.  ;D  I'm alright with her being a bit more rowdy than the rest of the god born, but I'd prefer more of an actual story/character to her there Saric.  You don't need to have half a book's worth of stuff like I've done for both of my characters lol, but a bit more thought on her personality/background and likes/dislikes that reveals more about Kendra herself would be appreciated.  Also, does she actually wear clothes even though she's obviously related to succubi/incubi?  Ivalice might be very open about things but again, less smut, more actual person would be ideal, thus clothes/piercings/etc.  Basically, see what I sent to Envious if you need more ideals for stuff to include in her profile Saric.

Overall though I like her, she just needs more 'meat' to her is all lol.  God that sounds perverted as hell doesn't it?  Ugh...

I'm afraid I'm kind of blanking on more story just now, suggestions would be welcome. :P

She does wear a loin cloth and breast wrap when out and about, as well as a belt with a pouch, but she tends to strip when in private or away from civilization. :D

Well as I asked Envious, did Kendra have a relationship with her mother at all before she eventually passed away?  Does she have any fellow tiefling sisters, does she have any people that have influenced her in some way, things like this and more if I can think of them would be good fillers Saric.  A good idea would be to glance at Ellesia's background actually, although again it's rather long and a bit winded I'll admit lol.  Still, I did my best to answer all of the same questions I asked Envious to 'fill out' for her gal, which she's not done just yet but we're still getting things sorted out, people recruited, and all that so there's no rush for her or you by any means.  Just some ideas to consider is all Saric, and if you need me to suggest anything else, I'll do what I can.  :D

I ACTUALLY might add a bit to the profile and make it an optional thing for people to make connections to their characters.  Either they're just friends, lovers, rivals, whatever, but getting people talking about developing ties to their fellow characters have worked pretty well in other stories of this nature.

Well I've expanded her background somewhat, but to be honest I can't even finish reading Ellesia's background yet, it's just such a massive block of information dump that I have to keep stopping and coming back later. So, I think it's safe to say that you won't be getting that no matter how long I take working on this sheet.

Part of the problem is I only really make an outline for my characer's personalities and then let them fill in the rest as I play them, which in turn changes how they'd react to things and affects their background. So I rather hate pinning down a solid 'point by point' background and prefer to give broad summaries and high points that I can build on and expand as I play the character.

Ah, gotcha, and it's cool Saric.  As long as Kendra seems more like an actual person rather than a sex hungry NPC, I'll let it go regarding your sheet.  :D  Lol and sorry for the info dump, but when I hit my stride for Ellesia, I couldn't stop until half the page was filled with stuff for her.

EDIT:  Question Saric, but you mention that most of Kendra's siblings have died from what I believe you said was to the passage of time.  God born are immortal, meaning as I'm sure you know that they can't die of old age, and while there's no rule saying the high priestess can't have a much more mundane, mortal lover capable of giving her children just as mortal, I'm just wanting clarification as to how that worked out is all.  :D  Thanks in advance!

Well...technically speaking, an immortal being, given enough time, will eventually do everything there is for them to do...including die. So...an immortal dying of old age would pretty much be when they get bored and off themselves just for something different :P

Vergil1989

Huh...I hadn't thought of that before honestly lol.  Vampires I can see doing something like that, but not honest to gods immortals.  Although, come to think of it, Dorian Grey, the guy who had his picture painted and thus his immortal soul captured within his painting, had a similar issue with intense boredom after a few centuries.  Huh, never mind Mannik, you be smart lol.

Also welcome to the chaos Solistair, we're happy to have ya.  ;D

And on that note, good night everyone.

Oh no. She'll look like a sex hungry NPC when people meet her, because that's the obvious part, but anyone trying to get to know her or forced to spend time around her, for a mission or something, will quickly start to notice more to her. Like her side job as a pimp that she uses to protect some prostitute friends from pimp 'bullies', or her regular contributions to assorted orphanages, etc.

I've officially stated that 'a lot' of her siblings have died, not necessarily most. But more importantly you stated that God Born can die in battle and I don't see any reason they couldn't die in accidents or be murdered, even leaving aside the whole 'bored of life now' thing, not to mention simple depression or choosing to leave this life with a mortal loved one. So while 'old age' may never claim them, more and more pass on without her given the simple passage of time.
