Blondies are brownies without cocoa and with brown sugar instead.  I mean they ain't bad but not what one wants when wanting a brownie.

Caramel though gets my approval.

I prefer double fudge brownies. If I am eating a brownie I want chocolate.

Peanut butter is better in cookies. I always find it turns things dry when baked and brownies are usually dry enough.

Peanut butter is overrated, except in the case of peanut butter sugar cookies. Though I know a guy who puts peanut butter on his burgers...

Also, I've seen places that have peanut butter on burgers as well as jelly... no thanks.

I'm from St. Louis we invented the Slinger. Two eggs, hash browns, and a ground beef patty, all covered in chili con carne, and generously topped with cheese and onions. Hot sauce optional. Sounds awful, but it is THE best late night dinner food.
