Corruption of Champions Games (transformation, extreme)

I'm looking for a Corruption of Champions Style game, where my character wakes up in a strange land and is forcibly given potions and had magic spells cast on her that transform her into some sort of Succubus, who needs pleasure to survive.

The story would be focused on the Succubus and what she does to survive. Does she make it back home? Give up? Find someone that can help her completely transform into a demoness?
