From the web page:

The rules were written by Dave "Zeb" Cook, so these rules are collectively referred to in this document as Zeb's Fantasy Roleplaying System, or ZeFRS.

My review and after playing it is this is a GREAT feel sword and sorcery game that is not overly complex and makes magic flexible yet limits how much one knows with drawbacks. Like a mage might know Alchemy and when learning it become deformed (player chooses from a list). And all die rolls are resolved on a single chart based on your skill level so character development is important. They had to strip out the Conan elements due to licensing but who cares this baby is fun.

Just have a look they are free and well I have to admit TSR had some genius designers that knew how to keep games simple and playable. And if you love those chessy sword and sorcery movies from Deathstalker to Barbarian Queen to Conan this system is for you.
