Vague sort of concept... a human Operative or dex-based Soldier, a mix of guns and close combat, or a sniper... something like the Dirty Pair or Totally Spies, with a reputable job at an important intelligence agency.  But on one case, she was captured by a mad scientist type and  had her biology altered, sensitivity and sex drive enhanced, maybe even turned from female to futa.  Too perverted to keep doing her own job, she's ended up on the Pouncing Blue Moon.

Anyways, remind folks that you can spend only 1/3 credits to single item (ofc not including modules what you can add into given item). Modules are bit like 'enchantments' for magical armor and weapons and such in Starfinder (but also not necessary).

Sain: Lazzar looks shaping up good :). Also okay with her background albeit exact ship/crew roles need decided once have idea what sort chars we got in.

Briefly on ship/crew roles: Now following ruling on ship control, minimum crew for a cruiser (as your in one) is 20 and max crew capacity is 100. So assume you got 20 people living there (or bit more) and rest space is reserved for cargo or guests and such. Anyways the PC's cover key 'leader' roles (so they have subordinates who follow their command and any skill checks for ship combat are rolled by PC's and assisted by NPC staff).

Considering the size of the crew I allow players generate/run any number of NPC's they are comfortable with. No stats are needed to be made for NPC crew (and if need to I assign them). Just pic and name is enough run NPC in a scene and such. Overall though the crew indeed is heavy focus on erotica and provide live erotica entertainment, but also they are talented/gifted some other ways as well (and have healthy sexual libido and loose morals regarding sex :P).

Anyways the roles are;

Captain
Besides taunting enemies you can give encouragement and orders on crew. Overall make everyone better at their jobs basically with captain crew skills which include; Demand, Encourage, Taunt and Orders (spends resolve point for giving extra action for crew member, rolling skill check related to given crew member). Max 1 per ship and only if vacant.

Engineer
Divert power to systems, repairs and overall help push ship on and beyond it's limits in given circumstance. Can have any number of engineers, but only one engineer action can be taken per round despite number of engineers. Engineer actions are; Divert, Hold it Together, Patch and Overpower (spend resolve point to divert power to 3 targets instead of one target).

Gunner
You handle ship's weapons (and ship will have some). Your the one handling offensive on enemies in combat and there can be one gunner (or gunner team) per weapon mount in a ship and any ship's weapons can be fired only once per combat turn. Gunner's actions are Fire at-will, Shoot and Broadside (spend resolve point fire all weapons in one side of the ship, including turrets, on any enemy vessels in given side).

Pilot
You handle where ship is going and moving, but in ship combat can have actions which pushes ship's mobility beyond norm and it's limited by how maneuverable your ship is. Max 1 pilot per ship and can only taken if vacant. Pilot actions are; Fly, Maneuver, Stunt and Full Power (spend resolve for extra speed for a turn).

Science Officer
You handle spaceship computers, scanners and other information gathering instruments to identify hazards, enemies and help targeting foes. There can be any number of science officers in the ship. Science officer actions are; Balance, Scan, Target Systems and Lock On (spend resolve point to make computer check to add additional bonus to gunner's attack rolls for a round).


Now below are technical details on Pouncing Blue Moon spaceship, base is cruiser but Smikey is 12th level char so that serves as 'limits/frame' how ship was modified and improved on. Smikey overall covers no crew member roles unless on emergency (or absence of individual in given cast). Smikey class wise is Mechanic 12 with ace pilot theme (he gained galactic fame some point as top racer and was original pilot of the ship but also functioned as engineer at times naturally and has done most mechanical upgrades on ship himself).

Also through linked computer system both port and starboard micromissile batteries can be activated same time by single gunner than just two (also have dual monitor/targeting screens). Also said batteries have broad arch property (which it usually does not have). Also 90% interior of the ship (minus smuggle cargo room and couple other rooms) are constantly monitored both as security system and also for live holovideo feed on audience through transmitted signal (which is send misdirected from actual location of the ship so ship cannot tracked by this signal but only know certain it's in the system or local area).

In terms of the role she plays on the ship, she fits well into the Engineer role, but can cover Science Officer just as well. On missions, she loves to fight alongside her walking, punching sex toy Angel.

Background

Radokama Komerinskiss was born on Vesk Prime into the noble house of Kirilenka, a family of weapons designers and manufacturers that was part dynasty, part corporation. Her mother's second cousin was the head of the house, so while she didn't quite grow up in decadent luxury, she was surrounded by both wealth and exciting weapons prototypes. She was quite popular at school as a young teenager for her ability to bring interesting (and violent) new toys to show off.

Growing up in such an environment, it didn't take long for Radok's technical expertise to display itself. She was taking apart and rebuilding weapons and other gadgets by the age of six, and was helping her parents in their workshops long before she finished her formal schooling. Her keen mind was matched by a powerful body, but what she lacked was business acumen. If she worked for her family business, she would spend her life chained to a workbench, and at sixteen, she wasn't ready to make that choice. So, instead, she signed up for a tour of duty with the Vesk peacekeeping force, hoping to use her strength and skills to make a name for herself, and make a difference in the empire as well.

Military life worked out well for Radok. She served a tour of duty on Vesk-6, fighting to put down an insurgent group of catfolk that sought to establish independent rule. She lost her left arm to a bomb planted by the feline terrorists, but her custom-built cybernetic replacement just gave her more places to integrate new gadgets. She built her own combat drone over the course of her tour, patterning it after the angels that were often revered in the temples she visited, and occasionally witnessed summoned in battle.

Vesk-6 was also where she experienced her sexual awakening. She lost her virginity in a threesome with the catfolk couple who housed her as she recovered from her injuries, and her appetites only grew from then on. She found the company of her own species to be lacking sexual excitement, and when her tour of duty was over, she departed the Veskarium, with no ill will towards her people and their empire, but with a desire for new experiences and new adventures that could not be sated while orbiting a single star.

Radok became a mercenary for the next few years, jetting between planets and systems to sell her military and technical expertise to the highest bidder. Between jobs, she kept herself busy by entertaining a string of lovers who found her bloodthirsty vesk personality arousing, or who would pay for a threesome with her and her combat drone. Smikey found her in a bar on Preluria, performing a live sex show with Angel in front of a hundred Vorlath mercenaries. Between her impressive physique, her excellent skills and her insatiable, shameless sexuality, she was a perfect match for the ship, catering to an audience that might not be interested in smaller, less aggressive women.

Personality

Radok has a strong sense of military discipline from her childhood on Vesk Prime and her tour of duty in the Veskarium military. Now that she is out in the great wide galaxy, she is free to conquer as she sees fit, and has chosen to act as a mercenary and take what she wants from life. She is loyal to her friends and obedient to her employers, and fights as hard as she plays.

Looks promising HopeFox, albeit you could find different pic for your char if you like :). No need stick with official vesk art for this game anyways. In regards why I listed Black Lagoon anime as inspiration, well, could explained by this scene (and dozen others in anime). Overall point being even if the girls in ship are sexualized heavily and they provide entertainment for crowds, you should not fucking mess with them any fashion. Or mess with the ship what they call home or else you declare galactic war upon yourself :P.

I am still working on the sheet/background, but I am currently leaning towards an Outlaw Mystic Mindbreaker.  The general thought is that she has worked as something of an assassin or similar, or maybe is just a worshiper of Urgathoa, either way she is on the ship to avoid being arrested.  She uses her appearance to put people off guard, I gave her Antagonize and Distract as feats, and probably isn't great in combat. 

Though I just noticed Muse made a Mystic, so can switch though I am not sure if any classes are still open.  I guess maybe Techomancer though I will have to see if the concept can be redone.

Sylvi signed up with the Pact Worlds ‘Military out of a desire to see the galaxy, and maybe shoot some of its residents.  A thrill seeker, she quickly grew tired of the rules, regulations, and boredom.  She spent most of her free time working out or pushing for a transfer to somewhere more exciting, and most of her work time staring at a screen waiting for something to happen.  A pilot in title, but a button pusher in reality, she eventually managed to sleep her way to a transfer to an infantry unit.

The assignment was to a corrupt outpost in the ass-end of the galaxy.  The local officers were using the unit as mercenaries for the highest bidder, and many of the soldiers lost in combat had been replaced by criminals so as to hide the true casualties from scrutiny.  With few support staff, the soldiers had to take up ‘secondary’ roles when at base.  At least that was how it was explained to Sylvi.  The result was, while most soldiers scrubbed floors, Sylvi was an Entertainment Liaison, or as she liked to call it, an Involuntary Stripper. 

If she was going to do dirty work, she was going to be paid more than a soldier’s wage to do it.  Sylvi went AWOL, and eventually found herself on the Pouncing Blue Moon.

I'd be comfortable doing Ship Gunner or the Ship's Pilot/Astrogator. Is either taken or anyone working to those? Because whichever is left, I'll build around. Or failing that, whichever ship role is currently left I'll make a concept around.

Science Officer can be covered by anyone with good computer use skills, which can be acquired with feat, theme or class. So could be hacker example (and could make custom theme if need some specific class skills and such).

The only ship's skill I'm really good at is pilot.  I'm pretty good at taht one though.  :)

Under Equipment, page 212, "Personal Upgrades."  You can buy a level 3 item for 1400 credits that gives you a permanent +2 to an ability score.  You can have an 18 ability score with regular character generation in this game, and that upgrade would take it to 20.  My question is, is that OK, or too unbalanced?

  Where it talks about leveling up your ability scores, it says that personal upgrades dont' coutn agianst that total.  :) 

  But if that's going to mess up game balance for you, Zaer, et me know and I'll put my upgrade somewhere else.  :)

I would think that would be fine - I'm certainly planning on a Mk. 1 upgrade for my Intelligence.

Remember that you can only have one Mk. 1 upgrade, of course. I've seen sheets with more than one.

I shall have a look for new, more interesting and sexy lizard lady pictures! Although, Zaer, I should ask, since xenophilia is obviously going to be a big part of this game: do vesk have breasts in this game? That will affect my choice of artwork.
