Log in issue

Having problems logging in to the forums on my laptop. Win10 upgrade wiped my cookies and I forgot my password, i have password sent to my email which just is a link to the secret question which is not accepting my answer.

Is there any way to reset the password if we also forgot or secret question?

I'm currently typing this on my phone. Thanks
