Physical Description: Hui is a bit on the thinner side due to her lack of nutrition but despite that, she is in good physical shape. Her bright, white hair accentuates her sky, blue eyes,and is tied off in braids that come down to just below her chest (C-cups). Hui is also capable of running very fast as well as being very flexible. She is 5'6" tall and 130 lbs. She usually wears your typical peasant clothing, doing so to remain out of the attention of the secret police, but she also has a water bending outfit that she wears on rare occasions. No matter what she is wearing though, she always has something blue on her.

Psychological Description: Growing up with her mother most of her life, Hui is very womanlike despite her living on the streets. On top of that, she has spent most of her time reading and learning, making her very knowledgeable in many subjects. Whenever she has a chance, she reads. She has an intense hatred for the Avatar and the Earth Kingdom, mostly in part at what they did to her village. That is mainly why she is part of the resistance and why she fights whenever she can. Hui is somewhat of a serious girl, but she still knows how to laugh and have a good time. As far as what she is attracted to, intelligence is a big one although she is still very shy when it comes to anything relating to love.

Ons: Voyeurism, foreplay, pregnancy, having sex in public, embarrassment, breast play, facials, creampies, teasing, submission, dominating, piercings, sex toys, slapping, sex apparel, vaginal, anal, mild pain/abuse (scratching)...

Major Traits:
Water Bending: This special technique of water bending was passed down from her foster parents great-grandmother. It's main goal is to hit the enemy without being seen and if you are seen, take them out fast. Using small amounts of water at a time, Hui can create small, barbed pieces of ice that propel themselves at blinding speeds towards the target, or she can create larger spike shaped pieces for increased penetration. This technique is especially deadly at close ranges because the barbed ice can be shot much like a pistol can. If Hui is spotted, she uses a steam spray which is used for cover. She can also blind targets by using a splash of water to the enemies face and quickly freezing it or heating it.

Intelligence: Due to her obsession over reading, Hui has learned a lot about the other nations. Because of this, she knows the basic bending skills of every major nation (although she can't perform any of them except Water). This is very helpful for her if she has to fight anyone but any individual who has a special technique is usually exempt. She can retain information very well as well as process information very well, making her very good at guessing where a person is going to attack next.

Blood-Bending: When Hui discovered that Water Benders could control blood, she instantly became interested. So, she began practicing her blood bending skills just as much as she practiced her water bending. Although she still considers herself a novice, only managing to control small rodents that live in the many alleys around the city, she continues to practice. She feels confident that her blood bending skills are getting better because she managed to force somebody to hit themselves. Since this technique is outlawed, she keeps it a secret and vowed not to tell anyone at any cost.

Minor Traits:
Book Worm: Hui loves to read and will stop and read something if she hasn't read it before.

Good Food: A good meal for Hui is rare. Whenever she has a chance to eat, she'll take it especially when the food is amazing.

Flexibility: Due mainly to how thin Hui is, she is very flexible and is very good at acrobatics. This comes in very handy in the city when she needs to get away by climbing walls or jumping gates.

Dislike: Although her trust can be altered, Hui generally is a bit hostile towards people of the Earth Nation and anyone who supports the Avatar.

Loner: Hui has always been a solitary person, so she is used to pulling off tasks by herself. She is not accustomed to fighting in groups, although she is in the resistance, and will often try to track off without being noticed.

Umm... I don't want to be that guy, but... Isn't Blood Bending a little too powerful for a freeform RP, at least at the beginning? I mean, I'm not saying a character shouldn't be powerful at the beginning, but Blood Bending has to do with controlling another person's movements against their will, and they cant do anything about it... Kind of like God-modding (or is it called power playing? I get those two terms mixed up...)

I dunno. If Shadow Fox thinks it's okay, than fine. Just ignore me then.  :P

I can be very heavy handed when it comes to reigning in problems in the game, I like keeping everyone within a fairly equal balance and if it's pointed out to me that there's a large power gap, I'll take steps to rectify it.

Was blood bending always restricted to a full moon in the show? I forget...

 It was. I'm not going to spoil Legend of Korra (though it's been a year), but the ability to bloodbend and control a person without a full moon present will always be an NPC only ability.

Speaking of NPCs, I need to get those worked up.

 Order of the White Lotus is indeed around. They are regarded as terrorists by the Authority of the Avatar, and are to be taken into custody if possible.

Name: Kasai Tomi (Goes by Sai)

Gender: Male

Age: 26

Physical Description: Kasai stand at five feet, nine inches inches tall and has a slightly muscular frame although most people would never notice because he tends to wear loose fitting clothing. Most of his wardrobe consists of colors that blend in with the people of Ba Sing Se. He wears a hood a lot because his eyes change colors between dark green and grey and it could identify him among the Dai Li.

Psychological Description: Kasai is mostly quiet around people that he doesn’t know. He likes to watch, listen, and learn people before opening up to them. Once he opens up to a person, he’s fun loving and likes practical jokes. Kasai often tries to take different routes when he goes places to avoid a pattern that the Dai Li can follow. Kasai has worked very hard on his anger and has control of it most of the time but he hates injustices, no matter the size, unless the greater outcome will benefit all. Kasai’s biggest weakness is a pretty face who catches his attention. Once he becomes close to a woman, especially a woman he is sexually interested in, he will do anything for her.

Ons/Offs: All apply for Kasai

Major Traits: Kasai is a skilled warrior in Fire Bending, Hand-to-Hand and with his Staff. He tends not to lean on bending if possible because he feels like he stands out.

Minor Traits: Kasai is good at sneaking around and blending into crowds or environments. He is resourceful, wealthy, and athletic. On the opposite side, he loves women and alcohol and can sometimes let the two get the best of him.
