wiki software

So I need to set up a private wiki for my own personal endeavors.

Does anyone know anything that might be able to help?

It doesn't need to be "the wiki" it just needs to be something that can be installed and used on a personal computer to keep track of a good deal of information in a reference-able encyclopediea format.

Any help and suggestions would be apprecaited!

I looked up 'Personal Wiki Free' and came across something called 'TiddlyWiki'.  I haven't used it, but this guy has.
