Kay...I'm a little lost here. This is supposed to be a puzzle, part of a play by post role play from another site. The only "puzzle" I can see is that all the inks lead to the same site. What am I missing?

It must have been the lack of coffee. After talking another look, hovering over the word "hope" toward the center brings you to a unique link that describes what the GM is looking for. Thanks anyways folks!!
