Went to Home and Saw Source Code for simple machines php.index

Just wanted to let you know that when I accessed the site via my thread's bookmark and then clicked on home, which I've done since I've been here without incident,  a source code for simple machines php.index popped up and I could not access the site.
I then typed in the https//elliquiy.com in the address bar and was able to access the site.

Malware?
Prank by a disgruntled rejected applicant?
Some computer fluke?

I thought I'd let you know. Not sure what to make of it.
