I live off coffee a lot of the time. It's great (though probably bad for me).

I try to keep a balanced 'for every cup of other stuff I drink one of plain water' ... it doesn't always work, there are days that I mainline coffee or tea :P, but it keeps me reasonably well hydrated and healthy.

The next person has clothing that they've been holding on to for awhile which they don't wear but that they refuse to get rid of for sentimental reasons.

Nope. Plenty of clothes that I should get rid of; but not for sentimental reasons.
