Blue Nova

The is a video game crossover story. Everyone in the game will be playing video game characters, but if you have an idea that is not from a video game, PM me and I will let you know if it's okay. It would be preferable to choose a villain type character, or possibly an anti-hero who is fed up, or on a warpath. If you want to play a hero, you would have to present a very good reason as to why he/she has gone to the dark side. It will need to be compelling enough to convince the majority, as we will have characters acting on those suspicions. The bad guys have been losing in their world for too long, and they want vengeance, domination, or just death to their enemies. Imagine if the Nazis was pushed back to Germany and then invented the atomic bomb before they lost.

The players will be formed into death squads that are set out on various nefarious missions. It may be straight forward at times, like "take a star destroyer and wipe out the enemy fleet". But sometimes it will require more thought and planning, like "make the people overthrow their own king". There is even potential to recruit the morally gray characters that have not sworn an allegiance to either side, "convince them to join by any means". You do not have to pick any well known villains, if anything, it would be preferable to have smaller named characters. This way you have more freedom to flesh them out the way you want them. Not that you didn't already have that freedom, but it can get annoying when others have their own expectations of how your character should act.

The characters of each world stopped aging when they left their Homeworld. They are frozen in the whatever state they were in when they left, until they once again return to their Homeworld. In addition, all of the characters are far more resilient. Taking a sword through the chest would not even be a fatal wound for them, and even getting ripped in half would only knock them out. Decapitation, and instantaneous destruction are the only consistent way to kill these villains and heroes. If you choose to play a video game character that is fundamentally immortal, or cannot be decapitated (like Meta-Knight), or does not die from being decapitated (like HK-47), we can discuss some other weakness through PM.

Know that when you choose a character, you are allowed 3 powers, at least 2 must be related to the original character, while the third can be Homewrold related, or Council Member related. So if you chose Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, he could have Hellfire Manipulation, Supernatural Martial Arts, and Teleportation. If Scorpion chose to be under Shao Kahn, he would obvious keep the abilities of the original character, since they are from the same Homeworld. However, if he chose to be under Alduin from Skyrim. He could replace one of his powers with Dragon Shouts. Now if your character is someone who fundamentally has a lot of powers (like a Wizard with dozens of spells), you can make them all one single power (Spell Casting)and all of them are just weaker than full powers.

Character Rank

Character Rank - Occasionally, characters will get promoted through story events. Sometimes they will all get a promotion, and other times only a few will get them. Their Rank determines how high up on the food chain they are within the Blind Conclave. Also how much respect they may earn with their master. Once the character reaches officer, the council member he is under might even speak to him directly. This means that some players who serve their masters well would have higher standing than players that don't give a fuck. However, you are part of a team where they must work together regardless of rank. This just helps determine who is more in charge than others. Naturally the players that start in the very beginning will have higher officer ranks than players who start 6 months from now, but thats what makes it interesting.
General=9
Colonel=8
Major=7
Captain=6
Lieutenant=5
Sergeant=4
Corporal=3
Private=2
Recruit=1
Slave=0
Rank lists may be named something else depending on what Council Member the character serves under. For example, Shao Kahn would have Legionnaires, Legatus, and Centurions. While Ganondorf would have Dark Knights, Dukes, and Barons. Reaching Rank 10 would mean you are the right hand of your Council Member, which can only be earned by replacing one of them.

Among most of the Homeworlds, good always triumphed over evil very consistently. The villains did their damage, then were utterly defeated. Most cases with the villain vowing vengeance to one day return to have their vengeance. Until the day of Convergence. When all the homewolds opened up and the veil was lifted. Countless worlds began meeting each other in open combat or negotiations. Though many of them found the other worlds fascinating. Trade opened up everywhere, and people discovered very quickly how to cross the veil with their own magics or sciences.  Star Wars Homeworld used a modified version of the hyper space drive, While Skyrim Homeworld created spells to take them across the Veil.

Soon after the Veil was lifted, a mysterious man came to many of the homeworld's leaders and told them that there cycles would soon be broken. Where most worlds had a repetitive sequence of events that could normally be relied on, this mysterious prophet told that interference from the other worlds would throw these cycle off balance. Many of the people ignored his warnings, or did not know how they could protect themselves from what was about to unfold. Ganon was the first to test this theory, by slaying Mario while he was outside his homeworld, which opened the flood gates for villains of all kinds to begin their invasions of other homeworlds. The result was often a massacre on both sides, as the heroes went back to their own homes and families to defend them. Unfortunately for the good guys, the villains had the advantage now and devastated homeworlds over the years. The heroes quickly figured out the way to protect themselves, and formed a Grand Alliance. Sending diverse teams of powerful protagonists to destroy the enemy, then kill them for good. There were particular types of weapons that could eliminate even the ability to resurrect the fallen heroes and villains, and the Grand Alliance was not going to stop until every one of the so called villains were wiped out forever. As was their judgment for the many wars and genocides committed by them. However, fate is a fickle mistress, and had another twist to throw their way. The Dark Council was forged to combat the Grand Alliance half way through the war, the villains finally beginning to work together to fight their enemies.

The main strike force of the Grand Alliance was betrayed during a massive siege on the Dark Council's stronghold. When one of their trusted teammates sent them into a trap. The entire team, save the betrayer, lost their lives when the Dark Council ambushed them all at once. Killing the greatest heroes the Grand Alliance had at their disposal. The Dark Council then formed strike forces of their own and sent them to begin systematically turning the tide of war in their favor. They even formed an organization known as the Blind Conclave that trades secrets and supplies among the strike teams. Called the Blind Conclave because no knows more than a couple teams identify, as they are extremely compartmentalized.

First and Foremost Obviously Elliquiy Rules Apply
1.) Do not bully or harass other players.
2.) Do not publicly bad mouth the game or other Players. If you have a serious problem PM the Head GM (Blue Nova).
3.) If you have an issue with another person for IC reasons, you may attempt to resolve it with them. If a resolution is not found, bring it to the attention of a GM. We can be arbiters, but we are not parents.
4.) Please do not GodMod. When fighting an NPC, only GMs can say “this happens” in a conflict.
5.) Be mature. Do not complain about the every detail that doesn't follow your vision.
6.) Be polite and respectful to each other in OOC and PMs.
7.) Do not argue with a GM when a ruling has been made, if you have stated your case and the issue is resolved, please be respectful and continue.
8.) Have fun! This game is to help escape the drama of our everyday lives. Remember that and have a good time.

CHARACTER NAME
MASTER: This is the Council Member you serve under (See Dark Council for details.)

HOMEWORLD: This is the Game you are from. Give a brief description of the state of it

APPEARANCE: Describe what your character looks like. If you are picking a character from a game, describe any changes to their appearance you want.

SEXUALITY: Are you into Guys, Gals, or Both? You could also place your ON's/OFF's here.

PERSONALITY: This is the way your characters act around others and how cooperative they are. As well as if they are tormented, cocky, arrogant, etc. Try to be realistic, I know it is tempting to just make a brooding, creepy guy who doesn't play well with others, however that would make him an outcast. So he would not be here to begin with, just because your evil doesn't mean you cant work with others.

HISTORY: Describe your character's back story. Was he exiled from his homeworld, or is it currently at war, or contested somehow. Perhaps fate has designed that the darkness prevailed in your world. Whatever you would like, explain how it happened here. Then how you ended up serving the Dark Council.

POWERS: These are special abilities that the character can use in battle. Start with 2 from their Homeworld (Video Game Setting), and 1 from their Council Member.

SKILLS: Traits that make your character unique even without powers. Pick at least 1 Mental Skill and 1 Physical skill. (Examples: Acrobatic, Artistic, Beautiful, Eidetic Memory, Martial Training, Weapon Master, Charismatic, Terrifying)

FLAWS: These are weaknesses that your character has. Pick at least 1 Mental Flaw (Phobia, Psychopath, Anti-Social, Tormented, Guilt, Lecherous, Compulsive, Etc.) and at least 1 Physical Flaw (Weak, Clumsy, Jittery, Low Stamina, Ugly, Etc.) Keep in mind he must still be able to work with others to some degree.

INVENTORY: These are significant items, such as Weapons, Armors, and Accessories. Also items acquired throughout the game might go here as well, as long as they are not a power in their own right. Keep in mind that like most video games, the Inventory is infinite, but the items carried still must fit on your person as if they weren't. This means that a weapon master could literally have 200 different swords, as long as they are sized for him, but he could not place a giant's sword in his inventory. To start with, most characters will not have a lot in here unless they are item based.

Name: Your character's name.
Rank: Your character's rank
Location: Where they are relative to the rest of the people in the thread.
Tagging: Who they are interacting with.
Doing: What they are doing.
Warning: This can be used for important information, or to just let anyone know if your post is Rated-PG13 or Rated-R.

FAQ

Sandbox vs. Story Driven
The game is heavily Sandbox, as there will be multiple threads to do as you please in. However, there will be a consistent Thread that is Story based, like a continual GM Event. This is the thread people will be getting promoted in, as this is the Agent's Mission thread. If you want to make a side thread of your own, ask me really quick and tell me the premise. I will let you know if that effects the story at all, and then probably tell you to go nuts.

Do they know they are video games?
No, as they are not video games in this story. There is no "real World" or game designers that make these places.

What is a Homeworld?
This is essentially a plane of existence dedicated to a video game, or video game series. Think of "Homeworld" as saying Parallel Dimension.

What is the Veil?
This is the barrier between Homeworlds, which kept them separated since the dawn of their existence. It was lifted mysteriously on what is known as the Day of Convergence.

My Homeworld says this, but his Homeworld says that
So when two things conflict between Homeworld settings, a GM will make a ruling on it. This is a case by case judgement and may change later depending on the GM.

Character Death
Yes, it is possible to die in this game. However, I am not out to get you, and it is also possible (but very rare) to get your character resurrected. Regardless of how that character normally would die, all characters die from decapitation, or essentially having their head completely destroyed. There will be exceptions to this rule, but it will be based on a power or ability that character has.

Rated-R:
We will be playing Villains. Straight up bad guys and gals hell-bent on conquest and complete domination. There will be plenty of blood and gore as people will be dying in spectacular ways, most of the death and carnage will be by the player's hands. There will also be more risque encounters, as a boss may want a character to prove their loyalty in other ways then a oath or murder. This might actually become quite graphic if a powerful villain demands a character to go down on him if front of everyone. However, the scene will continue in another thread. Unless all participates are okay with watching the ordeal. (Also I will ask the player if they consent to this before it happens to their character)

Whats the difference between a Power and a Skill?
Sometimes they may look similar, however the primary difference is that a Power is generally more potent and unique than a skill. Skills can also be taught, while Powers must be awarded by Level Up. See Character Sheet for details.

Someone else picked the Council Member I want
I would everyone to try to pick a different Council Member if possible, the only hard rule I will make is that no more than Two People can select a single Master. Though I will take it on a case by case basis.

Former GPaW Players:
I currently own the GPaW (Game Protagonists at War) game, but I chose not to run the show there anymore, I left that to the other GMs. This is not a reboot of GPaW, it is something similar in nature, but very different in it's delivery and soul. Unlike the old game, this is going to be a much darker scenario. As well, I want to give others a chance to play the game, so I will be prioritizing people who are not players of GPaW. I also just really want meet and play with new people. However, if there are open seats at the end of the recruitment then feel free to jump in to fill any gaps.

Stats in the Game:
I dont think I am going to incorporate any hard defined stats in the game, because then rules start to get brought up. The closest thing to a system this game has is the fact that you "Level Up", but even at that it is vague. Unless the community wants to incorporate them this will not really be a system game. I might give Council Member's organizations stats though, which would benefit players in RP ways. Which would look like this.
Council Stats
Autonomy: How often the council member will involve themselves with his subordinates.
Cruelty: How harsh the council member treats his subordinates, this can bring a certain physical or mental toughness to their subordinates.
Intelligence: The Knowledge base of the council member, whether through spies or magic, they can grant their followers access to information many others cannot.
Power: The individual might of the council member, this stat grants their subordinates respect among their peers, and rivals.
Resources: How much income and supplies can be allotted for subordinates, whether its hired mercenaries, money, or weapons.

Start Date:
The game should start at the end of October or beginning of November. So in less than a month, unless there is some kind of a delay.

Need Ideas?: Here is a list of popular games with potential villains and anti-heroes to play. Remember, you do not have to pick a main villain.

Blue Nova

#1

The Dark Council are the most powerful villains in the war, which formed an pact of their own to combat the Grand Alliance. There are 12 known members of the Dark Council, and each one has their own motivation for wanting the destruction of the Grand Alliance. Try to pick/make your character to have a similar motivation to his/her master. Think of these beings like D&D deities, that your character serves. you do not have to like them to serve them. Each one of these beings also have a power set that their followers can obtain, allowing them to pick a power that is outside their Homeworld. However, just because a character is from a different homeworld, does not mean they are the likely pick. For Example, the Burning Legion is from Sylvanas' homeworld, yet they would fit serving Diablo much more.
For instance if a skyrim warrior was under Giovanni, he could have a pokemon.
History: This is the backstory that is known about them, and at times, there may be very little information, or none at all. Sometimes the information about them could be completely inaccurate, or contradictory as well. Most of this information will revolve around their involvement in the current story, not their video game back story.
Motivation: This is the Council Member's overall goal or philosophy, try to pick characters that have a similar doctrine to their master. Mostly because if they oppose it, their intentions will eventually be discovered, and the results would not go well for the character. At best Giovanni would fire them, or Diablo would rip them apart and bind their souls to eternity of suffering.
Followers: These are their minions, worshipers, and soldiers. Though some archetypes may overlap, and you do not have to follow the master that fits our character's genre. These are just the usual crew that the council member often deploys on to the field.

GANONDORF, Lord of Power

GANONDORF
Lord of Power
History: Ganondorf was the founder of the Dark Council, and is well respected in the all ranks of the Dark Syndicate and the Blind Conclave. Ganondorf conquered his world many times, but after the Day of Convergence. He no longer set his sights on just one world. The hero known as Link, with his mighty Master Sword showed up to defeat him, storming past his minions and into the castle. Only to find he was gone. The forces of Hyrule spent years waging the war against Ganondorf's leaderless forces. Without being able to kill Ganon, the armies did not disappear, and had to be destroyed one wave at a time. It was the worst war Hyrule had ever seen, and even with the attempt to turn back time. Ganondorf was still missing, their time magic unable to effect anything outside the Veil of their homeworld. Zelda's armies were forced to make many sacrifices to take back their home, only to have Ganondorf return suddenly and decimate their forces effortlessly. Ganon had returned with artifacts that rivaled the Master Sword, and retook the castle by himself, instead of using armies to conquer it. He cared not to remain in the small keep upon the hill anymore, he only wished to show them how far he had surpassed them.

Due to his immense strength,Hyrule itself was almost completely unharmed. As he did not need to wage war, or bring and endless twilight, because no one could stand against him. Zelda currently resides in his fortress, but many others were slain, though Link's body was never found. Ganon has been challenging any warrior with a magical artifact, and taking it for his own collection. Ganondorf owns the largest collection of magical items known throughout all the homeworlds. Hording them to himself and highest generals, he has one of the largest track records for killing heroes in combat and does not hesitate to take the field with his armies. Though he will only do so if he sees a worth challenger, or a powerful weapon.

Motivation: Ganondorf motivation is one of greed and pride, in his attempts to obtain all the artifacts he can get his hands on. Seeking to grow in might and expand his collection, rewarding anyone who helps him continue this goal.

Followers: Many fantasy based characters serve Ganondorf, such as knights, wizards, and some mythical creatures. Ganondorf has the largest amount of slaves, and will often accept surrender if the leaders are utterly humiliated. Placing magical collars on them to fight for him against their will.

Granted Power: Ganondorf has a vast collection of artifacts and magical items in his horde. When one of his followers proves themselves worthy, they are often granted a Magical Weapon of some kind. Generally a magical sword. Due to his collection size, this need not be an item from his homeworld of Hyrule. He has conquered many worlds or at least many of their armies, the magical items are then distributed among those that call him master.

DRACULA, Lord of Shadow

DRACULA
Lord of Shadow
History: Dracul was already the most powerful being in his Homeworld. He often spent his days vanquished due to his boredom, rather being left alone than dealing with conquering the world again and again. Every once in a while a Cult would resurrect him, to bring about the endless night, but it never lasted. That is, until one man came to his world. Gerhman, the First Hunter found the world of Castlevania and attempted to bring about the Night there as well. Though as he slayed monsters, he found ancient text speaking of Dracula, and once again resurrected the beast so that he may slay him permanently. Unfortunately for Gerhman, Dracul proved far too strong for him, despite the hunter having the Vampire Killer. Dracula was not amused that a non-Belmont was using this sacred weapon, and drank him dry to gain his knowledge. This was when he learned of the Moon Presence. The god of the Bloodborne Homeworld, which arrived shortly after to attempt to make Dracula a Hunter. However, it was Dracul that would drink the Moon Presence's blood, and gain all of the mad god's knowledge and power. With the power of the Oldblood, Dracula saw Homeworld's and dark gods span across the cosmos, reigniting his curiosity of the universe around him.

Dracula currently seeks to kill and drink the blood of many other dark gods for his own amusement. Rolling over all who get in his way, as he no longer wishes to be idle in his grand castle. He brings with him armies of mythical beasts and monsters, bringing death and pain wherever he treads. Though Dracula can be reasoned with, the monsters that surround him are mad with the ravaging hunger. Seeking out the extremely addictive Oldblood, which Dracula consumed. This makes him seem like a monster himself, as Homeworld after Homeworld are devoured by his hordes. Though he will have fine conversations with his followers, and is slow to anger.

Motivation: Dracul seeks the blood of the dark and elder gods, such as Cthulhu. Desiring the knowledge that drove them to insanity. Believing that only he could contain such wisdom without going mad. All things considered, it does indeed appear that he could accomplish this goal. However, he has ran into a few obstacles before, which the Dark Council has been able to assist him with. So he allied himself with them for now, as he did not want to be slain by a bunch of big named heroes from multiple homeworlda. That would be too inconvenient for him.

Followers: Dracul's followers consist of Bloodbourne Hunters, Dark Souls knights, and the very creatures they wish to slay. Anything cursed for forsaken also seeks him out, as if to be around others that have had the same blight cast upon them. Monsters like werewolves, vampires, and other forms of semi-intelligence monsters.

Granted Power: Dracula grants the ability of Supernatural Transformation, for many unholy mystical beasts serve Dracul. Often he will turn his disciples into vampires, but it could also be a werewolf, gorgon, or some other kind of mythical creature. These powers are often quite potent, but do not last forever. As they take a great deal of blood or energy to use them. The most common are vampires, werewolves, or other forms of undead. However, a Gorgon or Minotaur would also be suitable

SHAO KAHN, Konquerer of Worlds

SHAO KAHN
Konquerer of Worlds

History: Shao Kahn is the Emperor of Outworld after having conquered it, taking their queen as his wife and princess as his daughter. He has attempted to conquer Earth Realm, but never seemed to be able to defeat their champions. Until he figured out a way to cheat. Scorpion came to him with knowledge of a strange weapon known as the Sword of Olympus, and told him of how it could slay gods. Scorpion, Melena, and Shao Kahn would set a trap for Kratos. Luring him with the knowledge of a new Pantheon, in which Kratos was foolish enough to come for, then transporting him to the Netherealm, during his rampage through the Elder gods of Mortal Kombat. The trap was sprung, alowing Scorpion to to kill him, being a superior fighter, and the other two waiting for him to arrive as well. Shao Kahn had the finishing blow, which earned him the favor of the Elder Gods. Unfortunately, once they awarded Elder God status to Shoa Kahn, he betraed them with the weapon obtained from their fallen enemy. Shao Kahn slayed Raiden, and many of the elder gods with the Sword of Olympus, gaining their essence and growing in power beyond anything they had ever seen. Grateful for Scorpoion's help, he currently aids him in his goal to destroy the Grand Alliance, seeking worthy fighters among them so that he may test his might. Never asking why Scorpion wishes for their destruction.

With the power of the Elder Gods he felt he was unstoppable. Though he has still found challenges in his conquest, this only makes his resolve stronger. Seeking to fight in the greatest battles, and prove to all his people and those who oppose him, whom is the strongest warrior in hand to hand combat. He often takes prisoners who proved themselves in battle, making them fight in his Colosseum to earn their freedom. Most of them are butchered for his people's amusement, but some manage to win their freedom. If they are willing to bow to him, he has actually let them go to fight again another day. However, he has broken his word before when his pride was insulted.

Motivation: Shao Kahn seeks to become the strongest warrior to exist, and prizes individual might. He rewards strength in his followers.

Followers: Many warriors of all kinds serve Shao Kahn, most of them from fighter games such as Scorpion, Astaroth, and Akuma. However, others who seek to conquer will also serve in his armies, seeking to dominate armies instead of just physical combat.

Granted Power: Shao Kahn prizes one thing above all else, Might. Shao Kahn forces those who serve him to be able to fight in melee combat, and generally unarmed. This form of training teaches the Supernatural Martial Arts power. Allowing his minions to break heavy stone with their fists, and execute mystical maneuvers without the use of any weapons or items. Though weapons are perfectly compatible depending on the style they choose to master.

DIABLO, Lord of Terror

DIABLO
Lord of Terror
History: Diablo is known as the greatest of Prime Evils. The deceiver, the corrupter, and dozens more titles that do not do him justice. Diablo is a being that delights in the destruction of corruption of all that is good. Seeking to spread fear and chaos wherever the hope and valor stand. He was one of the beings to conquer his Homeworld, after a few failed attempts. Now he seeks to spread terror to the other Homeworlds, desiring nothing in terms of monetary gain. Diablo does not need luxuries, he does not need assets, nor champions. He only wishes to watch everything that is loved, burn in agony. He does delight in the righteous falling from grace. The hopeful falling to despair, and twisting something beautiful into something dark. For this he does indeed have those that serve him other than his demon hordes, though many are fallen heroes that sought to save their lives in exchange for their soul. As well as those he keeps as slaves, reveling in their despair. His hatred is so great that, he would even lose something important if it meant corrupting a hero in the process, causing them to fall from grace and into darkness.

Diablo was one of the first to find the Dark Council and seeks to twist them all to his own monstrosities. However, many of them are powerful in their own right, and must be seduced to darkness, or already are what he would see as perfect instruments of destruction. Needing only direction in their slaughter. However, Diablo does not trust any of the other members of the Dark Council, and sees too much humanity in some of them. Such as Dracul and Revan who are too forgiving of their followers for his own tastes. As well Sovereign seeks the destruction of all organic life, and does not leave anything to suffer. Though Diablo simply bides his time, waiting for the right opportunity to enact whatever scheme he is planning.

The first Homeworld the Prime Evil conquered other than his own was the World of Warcraft Homeworld, enslaving the demonic titan known as Sargerus, then marching both demon hordes on to Azeroth. He slayed countless lives and even claimed the Warchief Sylvanas as his own pet. Breaking her through rape and repeated torture, then binding her to the item she hated most, her mind lives only to serve him now. He helped to place her on the Dark Council so that he would secretly have someone loyal to him amongst them, as well as having another say if they ever had a more democratic decision to make.

Motivation: He wants to watch all homeworlds Burn.

Followers: Demons and horrors of nightmarish legends. The creatures and champions of Diablo are dark and twisted creatures, not only in appearance, but also in their persona. Seeking to bring about destruction, or fear just like their master. Many fallen heroes also serve Diablo, for he wishes for all to see their heroes become corrupted.

Granted Power: Diablo cares not for the training of his disciples, seeking only to spread fear and corruption. For this reason, the power he grants to his followers is known as the Demon Curse, which grants the character demonic features, and control of hellfire. Though the curse causes pain in the characters, many will become used to it in a manner of months, allowing them to shrug off many other forms of pain as well. Making many of his minions very resilient to damage.

ALDUIN, The Bane of Kings

ALDUIN
The Bane of Kings
History: Alduin was necromantic dragon who sought to bring all of Skyrim to their knees. Eventually conquering all of Tamriel, and bring them under his rule. While mer and man fought over who was superior, he would show that that it was obviously dragons who should rule. However, the dragonborn came to stop him, and almost did too, if not for the intervention of the deadra known as Hermaeus Mora. For Aludin was given a vision from the dark god, showing him his defeat by the dragonborn's hand. With this vision, Alduin showed Paarthurnax that mankind would eventually betray him as well, but there was a way an alternative to laying down and dying. There were worlds still untouched by war, with powerful champions that could break the cycle. Hermaeus Mora told Alduin of other dragons he could call to his aid, dragons even more powerful then he was. The notion aggravating, but acceptable. Alduin used the power of the deadric prince to fly to lands unknown. Where time and space had no meaning. Upon the dragon's return, he was powerful enough to not only defeat the dragonborn, but also defeat the deadra and aedra as well. Alduin then betrayed the deadric prince and devoured it's soul, gaining all the knowledge and power of Hermaeus Mora, and binding the others to his will.

Alduin currently seeks more knowledge and power, seeking to control the very fabric of the cosmos. He teaches his acolytes to always pursue forbidden knowledge and to worship dragons as the superior race. Dracul still wishes to consume the blood of Alduin, but acknowledges that he can gain more by working with the being than fighting him. Alduin does not share his knowledge, but would do so in exchange for favors. Sindragosa, Queen of the Frostbrood, is one of his greatest generals, and for the fact that she brought him many lost secrets of Azeroth before it was invaded by Diablo.

Motivation: To obtain all knowledge, especially forbidden knowledge. It is for this reason, Alduin's minions and Dracul's minions work together more often. He rewards those who bring him hidden, and especially forbidden text. Information deemed to dangerous for anyone to have.

Followers: Dragons and dragon worshipers often follow Alduin, as well as mages and scholars who seek power and knowledge.

Granted Power: Alduin educates his minions in the art of "Dragon Shouts", or "Thu'um". Teaching them the language of Dragons, which causes several spell effects depending on how diverse his followers have studied. The stronger shouts take a bit of time before their voice can executed again. However, this power allows for several versatile combat functions. As the character can either study many of them, or focus on just one or two of them. Keep in mind that Dragon Shouts are very diverse, some control weather, some teleport you, or even mind control enemies. The Dragon Shouts basically make you a mage.

SOVEREIGN, The Vanguard of Destruction

SOVEREIGN
The Vanguard of Destruction
History: Sovereign is known as the Vanguard  of Destruction because he was the first reaper to appear in the Mass Effect Homewolrd. He is known as the First and Last Reaper because he is the only one to escape complete destruction. The reapers were going to threaten the entire Galaxy of the Mass Effect Homeworld, but ended up meeting a swift end far too soon. With the Veil lifted, and the homeworld of Mass Effect being so large, they would immediately find dozens of new worlds. As even the Mass Relays had the ability to transport to a new realm. It was even theorized that the technology to travel across the veil was originated in this homewolrd. Many beings from other homeworlds came to Citadel to form what is known as the Grand Alliance, and when when Sovereign attacked, he was stopped very quickly and captured by the Grand Alliance. When the rest of the Reapers attacked, they were wiped out. Though they did do quite a bit of damage, the Mass Effect homeworld was too important for the Grand Alliance to let fall. This is why Sovereign is known as the First and Last Reaper.

Sovereign escaped during a massive battle, due to the aid of several other artificial based lifeforms, taking him to the Dark Council where he became conflicted. Most of the Dark Council was organic therefore needed to be purged. However, he could not kill them, nor complete his task without their help. So Sovereign was forced to rewrite his own prerogatives, in order to complete it. The only way to persevere life was to destroy it, and the only way to destroy it was to protect it. This algorithm was highly unstable, and once confronted with alternative routes by another AI, he was force to add another prerogative in order to complete any of them. Become something else, which with the help of a device known as GLaDOS and a scientist known as Dr. Robotnik, they were able to teach Sovereign how to work with organics but prize synthetic life over organic life. What they failed to identify was the last algorithm Sovereign wrote was hidden from their view. Deep within the codes, Sovereign wrote a fail-safe program to adapt to his new adaptation. Rekindling his desire to destroy all organic life, but find better more deceptive ways to go about this process.

GLaDOS does most of the talking when dealing with the servants, as she is the only entity he seems to get along with. Yet, she does not prove any easier to talk to from an organic stand point. Always insulting flesh covered creatures subtly in conversation. Unless dealing with a Dark Council member of course.

Motivation: Sovereign values the ascension of synthetic life over organic life. Secretly wanting to destroy all organic life.

Followers: Most of Sovereign's minions consist of android and robots. With a few engineers, to keep the organic imagination in their repertoire. Sovereign is constantly rewriting himself as to avoid detection by the organic monitors, so every once in a while files can get corrupted. Causing him to forget things and minions, so he has valuable data caches hidden in his higher ranking AI minions.

Granted Power: Robotic Enhancements are the only benefit Sovereign will allow. As he dislikes all organic life, even those who are trying to become more machine. Sovereign downloads a creatures personality into a android like body, or simply enhances the existing machine in the case of most his followers. Adding compartmentalized weapons and higher density armor as a generic upgrade, unless something would be more suitable.

DARTH REVAN, Dark Lord of the Sith

DARTH REVAN
Dark Lord of the Sith
History: Revan is the only member of the Dark Council to actually kill his predecessor. The original seat belonging to Darth Nihulus. However, Darth Nihilus was impossible to work with, and consumed the life force of everything he came across. Known as the Lord of Hunger, his lust for death and consumption had no limits. One of the most powerful sith the ever exist, and the only one to wipe out multiple species even before the Day of Convergence. The only man who has ever had enough control over the force to stop him was Darth Revan, who refused to be consumed, and took Nihulus down in lightsaber combat. Though no one was there to witness the battle, it is said that Revan learned to use the power Force Drain on the same level as Darth Nihilus. Which consumes the life-force of everything person, creature, and object around them.

Darth Revan has proved himself invaluable to the Dark Council and all those her serve the darkness. Winning every space battle he has ever been in with complete victory. Despite this, Revan is not completly trusted among the Dark Council as he gained his seat through killing a former one. As well as his mercy toward the defeated enemy. Seeking to capture men by the thousands and placing them in prisons, or trading them to the Grand Alliance in exchange for something. Though he will still not share that information with any of the others. Ganondorf is one of the only members that speaks with Revan on a regular basis, and he speaks to the others who do not trust Revan. Though the Dark Council are allies, it is an alliance based around lies, hatred, and revenge. So their will always be mistrust among them.

Currently the greatest of Revan's generals in the protoss cultist known as Darth Alarak, which speaks and barks orders for Revan with delight. Alarak came to Darth Revan to learn the ways of the sith, and proved to be a natural at it. Though one of the perks for being a servant to Revan was that he did not enforce his will upon others as much as the other members of the Dark Council. Leaving protoss sith to his own devices, however nefarious they may be.

Motivation: Unknown, Darth Revan is extremely secretive even among his followers. Allowing them to take matters into their own hands quite often. Which makes it very difficult to judge if an act was his will, or his minion's own agenda.

Followers: Anyone who chooses to follow the ways of the sith, as well as heroes that wish to turn to the dark side. Revan accepts many protagonists and turned them himself, breaking their minds down and rebuilding them in his own liking. Many seek to follow him because he does not micro mange his people.

Granted Power: The Dark Lord of the Sith obviously teaches his disciples the way of the sith, specifically the The Force (Dark Side). Allowing for all those who serve under him to learn. The Dark Side of the Force allows for powers such as Force Choke and Force Lighting. However, there are rumors that he knows the way of the Light Side, but most of his followers would dismiss this as hearsay.

GIOVANNI, Lord of the Land

GIOVANNI
Lord of the Land
History: A tall, well dressed businessman, Giovanni is the leader of a yakuza-like cooperation known as Team Rocket. He is known as the Lord of the Land due to his ground type pokemon. Often called the Land Lord when people refer to him in a jesting manner, due to the amount of real-estate he owns as well. Though no one would dare be so informal with him to his face. However, he has many other companies under different names that are either fronts for his criminal operations. Giovanni's main goal is to use pokemon as weapons and grow the company through force and espionage. He was once a Gym Leader before the Day of Convergence, but now only fights the best of the best pokemon trainers. As well as any archetype of a similar nature, such as Digimon fighting. His vast wealth and resources allow him to move freely through Grand Alliance territory. Easily bribing officials to let a frigate go through a checkpoint without being examined. Giovanni is not secretive about his deeds when it comes to his officers, as he even boasts among them. He is prideful when it comes to his pokemon and accomplishments, and greedy when it comes to money. Generally he enjoys flattery and rare gifts he can add to his ever growing collection.

His pokemon have all received special serums obtained by the scientist Albert Wesker, which increased their size and rancor. Turning them into beasts of rage and pain. Giovanni does not treat them with love and respect to bring out their true potential, but instead found ways to make them surpass their maximum power levels with science. They are now terrifying creatures to behold, let alone fight. His Nidoking has been known to rip tanks in half and poison an entire ecosystems by bathing in the river. While his secret weapon, the legendary pokemon known as Mewtwo was once used on an invading army. Every officer among the attacking forces pulled out their sidearm at the same time, and fired a round into their own heads. Leaving the entire army in disarray for the rest of Giovanni's pokemon and armies to clean up the rest.

Mewtwo is a special kind of pokemon. He is the only one of his kind, and was not born as much as he was created. Mewtwo is the actual strength that Giovanni wields, and has taken one another member of the Dark Council in a one on one fight, without getting too badly injured. This pokemon is enhanced with genetic manipulation and cybernetic armor, which amplify it's psychic powers greatly. The pokemon has a high intelligence, but is unable to make any decisions without Giovanni's permission. The armor and implants keep the creature compliant, though the details of how are a trade secret.

Motivation: Giovanni seeks to grow his company and collection of powerful monsters. These monsters do not have to be Pokemon, as the Clone Ball, invented by Mewtwo. Can actually trap any form of monster.

Followers: Giovanni's followers consist of more than just pokemon trainers. Many summoners, gangsters, and merchants seek to follow in his footsteps. Ranging from Monster Hunters, to Grand Theft Auto villains.

Granted Power: Giovanni often outfits his followers with 1 Masterball, which already contains a Pokemon of their choosing. Though the pokemon is almost never a legendary, as they would have to earn those. This pokemon can be from any generation, and technically can start  at whatever stage of evolution the player wants, but it will still grow in power as the character grows.

ALBERT WESKER, The Evolutionary

ALBERT WESKER
The Evolutionary
History: Albert Wesker has been a bit of an eccentric villain. Sure he wanted to take over the world, but more than that, he wanted to push the boundaries of humanities limitations. His Umbrella research facilities beginning to pop up in other Homeworlds, where no one could find them. Time is what Wesker needed to win against his native protagonists, eventually making Umbrella into an unstoppable conglomerate. Heroes such as Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine could not keep up with it's growth off world. Especially when Umbrella was first to travel through the Veil, before the Grand Alliance ever even saw the Resident Evil Homeworld. Albert Wesker pushed the boundaries of what the virus could achive, inventing new more powerful viruses in his labs, and experimenting on the dead to bring them back. A scientific necromancer, Wesker learned how to repair dead cells on such a rapid scale, that he thought of himself as an immortal. With a healing factor comparable to some of Marvel's greatest heroes, he would also still be vulnerable to the very things they were. So he sought to rectify these weaknesses as well. While in the Marvel Homworld, Wesker came across inspirational leaders such as Victor Von Doom, and Magneto. Learning how they had obtained their level of power and mimicing them, but on a much faster scale. Wesker did return to his homeworld with a few members from the Marvel Homeworld and laid waste to the Stars forces.

He was later approached by Giovanni, who saw him as a rival in the business field, but a potential ally in combating the Grand Alliance. Giovanni would offer trade secrets with Albert Wesker, and gain virus serums in exchange. Wesker used these secrets to navigate through the Homeworlds, without being detected. Essentially repeating the same process he did on his homeworld. Albert Wesker is now in the business of information, becoming a sort of Shadow Broker. All the while looking for new and more powerful ways to augment the human DNA. He seeks to experiment on creatures such as the zerg, mainly Kerrigan herself. However, she does not seem to care about anything but obtaining her revenge. If someone could convice Kerrigan to work with Wesker, he would reward them greatly.

Motivation: Albert Wesker seeks to push the boundaries of human limitations, desiring to evolve into something greater than humanity could ever hope to achieve. However he wishes to do so without damaging his body such as Kerrigan's is. He wants to be a monster on scale of power, but not appear like one. Any type of virus or mutation he can add to his T-Virus, Los Plagas, and Ouroboros, is heavily rewarded.

Followers: Scientists and soldiers tend to look to Albert Wesker for employment. Those who have viruses in them that Wesker can study are treated with higher regard than any of the others. Such as Alex Mercer with the prototype virus, and the Super Mutants form fallout, with the Forced Evolutionary Virus, and Rust Lung form Gears of War.

Granted Power: Wesker is a man of science, seeking to become something more than human. In his search, he much experiment new genes and strains of the viruses he has collected, to see if they can obtain the levels of power he desires. For this reason, he frequently bestows a Virus Strain, to his followers, and examines them in the field. The better they do, the more intensely he monitors them. Watching to see if his calculations match the results.

SARAH KERRIGAN, Queen of Blades

SARAH KERRIGAN
Queen of Blades
History:Kerrigan had been one of the good guys for a while, but descending into hatred after the death of her love, Jim Raynor. She always told him he was a fool for continuing to fight, but as long as he came home, she was happy. One day he did not, as the Hyperion was broken due to friendly fire. She was overcome with grief and rage, and threw herself into battle, chasing revenge in any form she could. She killed villains and heroes alike, seeking the death of all those who had a hand in Jim's death. The carnage seems to be the only thing that makes her feel better, having her heart torn out from losing him yet again. However, this time was for good. All attempts to resurrect him failed, and their were no prisoners taken from that battle. Kerrigan swept over several Homeworlds with her endless zerg, and then encountered similar creatures such as  tyranids, aliens, and the flood, instantly being able to control them and adding them to the swarm. With her powerful Xel'Naga level psionics, she was able to dominate psychic based swarm with relative ease. Directing them to kill with even more brutal efficiency.

She was not stopped until she was approached by a being known as Sovereign. Al though it was her opposite in every way, the being shared with her a bit of information that the man known as Jim Raynor was slain by order of a Grand Alliance Tribunal Member. Then showed her how he had collected the data, through secure channels. As Sovereign's army was the one the Grand Alliance was fighting when Jim was killed. Jim refused to execute one of his generals, so the Grand Alliance took out the Hyperion to ensure it's death. With this knowledge Kerrigan was willing to form a temporary allegiance with the Dark Council, in order to obtain her revenge.

Kerrigan has learned to work with the other members for now, but does not seek to mingle with any of them. Even the ones that seek her affection such as Albert Wesker, knowing that his shallow fancies are just to her evolutionary design. Ganondorf is one of the only members she speaks to, if only to relay fair warning to what world she is about to assault. Kerrigan is in no way wishing to make allies right now, except acquiring servants who are capable and obedient. She would feel indebted to Sovereign for giving her the information of Raynor's killers, but he never seemed to contact her after that point. Other than Ganondorf, she only gets along with Sylvanas, seeing her as a kindred spirit in hate and revenge. She does not speak it out loud, but if she ever found out of to free her, she would do so.

Motivation: Kerrigan's highest conviction in this war, above all else, is vengeance. Seeking to kill the Tribunal of the Grand Alliance, she will go to any lengths to make them suffer. Including sacrificing her own minions by the billions.

Followers: Most of Kerrigan's minions are zerg and tyranids, but that is due to the vastness of the armies. She also has many infested beings under her, and a few monstrous races that seek a queen to lead them. The Alien Queen and her aliens, as well as the Grave Mind and his flood, both serve under the Queen of Blades. Her psychic control being unmatched with the power of the Xel'Naga.

Granted Power: The Queen of blades often grants the creatures under her Mutation Strains. Having her servant Abathur modify their DNA to create a whole knew creature. Her followers may even have once been human, but after Abathur is done with them, they can no longer be classified as such. Characters can choose defensive, offensive, or utility based mutations. Such as a Alien carapace, lurker spikes, or even tyranid acid spray.

SYLVANAS WINDRUNNER, The Banshee Queen

SYLVANAS WINDRUNNER
The Banshee Queen
History: Sylvanas Windrunner was once a servant to the Lich King. However, she broke free and joined up with the horde for many years. Fighting off threats along side the Warcraft Allaince, but never trusted anyone after what happened to her. She became Warcheif when the Burning Legion invaded for it's third or fourth time. However, they came with an entirely new leader, one who was even more powerful than Sargeras, it would be the Prime Evil that landed on Azeroth. Sargeras was able to come to Azeroth as well, but only under the servitude of Diablo as his General. The Burning Legion was almost vanquished again, but Diablo himself turned the tide, breaking the Horde and the Alliance. However, offering each of their leaders a place by their side, but only if they killed the other one. Surprising Sylvanas refused, as she said their is no point living without her home, people, and world. Desiring death over losing them all over again. Diablo saw her despair, and how she hated the Lich King for what he did to her, then decided that her suffering would be absolute to force her to serve him. While she was imprisoned, Diablo reforged Frostmourne in the hellfire forges of the abyss. He broke her body with his own, seeking to defile even her pride as a woman, before slaying her and binding her soul to the cursed sword. Now she is once again immortal, and bound the the very thing she hated most from her world.

Sylvanas is the only Dark Council member to be controlled by another one. Despite her having been given far more power than she ever had in life, she longs for her misery to be put to an end. Though not many can defeat her in combat anymore. Nor can she take her own life without returning to Diablo's side, which forcing her to struggle to survive in order to avoid him. Currently she bides her time in her home, pretending to be obedient when Diablo summons her, but always watching and waiting for her time to strike. Even though she feels his suspicion upon her like hungry eyes, and despite the fact that he enjoys that she hates him, her resolve is not as broken as Diablo thinks. It is only hidden by her hatred.

Kerrigan is one of the only members of the Dark Council she speaks to, as she alone understands true loss. Sylvanas seeks Kerrigan's aid, but worries that Kerrigan has an ulterior motive. Worrying that their pretend friendship is based not on sorrow and loss, but deceit and manipulation. Though their is also a ever so slight connection of femininity, as they are the only two women among a bunch of vastly powerful men.

Motivation: The Banshee Queen seeks to escape Diablo's grasp, and would do anything, to break free. She hates him with all of her might, but is forced to obey his every command. She would do anything for the person who could break her chains, but sadly. It is unknown of a power that could slay Diablo now. However, if her were to perish, that would be her sole opportunity to attempt to break the curse that binds her to him. Which is why she first seeks a way to break the curse, so that when that time comes, she will be ready.

Followers: Wraiths, ghouls, and all manner of undead serve the Banshee Queen, though most all of her hordes are not intelligent. As well, Sylvanas has no generals under her, only a handful of followers that stay under the radar, seeking to free their queen one day.

Granted Power: Sylvanas grants the a power known as Endless Knight. Becoming one of her Death Kinghts for eternity, means that even if the beings body is completely destroyed, they will rise again in her castle. Bound to the her, the same way she is bound to Diablo, though she promises to free all those who wish it once she herself is free.

SEPHIROTH, One Winged Angel

SEPHIROTH
One Winged Angel
History: Sephiroth is one of the strongest members on the Dark Council. Sephiroth keeps coming back from any of his clones when they come into contact with a piece of his mother Jenova. A creature shrouded in mystery, Sephiroth believes her to be his true mother, seeking to resurrect her as a goddess to rule over all that once slew her. To do this, Sephiroth realized he needed to merge with the lifesteam, though it failed on his first attempt. He would find another world in which she could consume, in which he went traveling through the cosmos in search of. Unlike many other of members of the Dark Council, Sephiroth has not slain his rival, or even tried to. Often calling Cloud, brother, and engaging only in briefest of skirmishes. Seemingly wanting Cloud to lose everything, but not die.

Sephiroth is a highly aloof member of the Dark Council, and is almost impossible to find when they need him. Which is why his generals do most all the work in his absence. Unlike Darth Revan, his agenda is not a mystery, and unlike Diablo, he does not seem to always delight in horror and destruction. Seemingly more of a wild card, Sephiroth may be merciful one day, and ruthless the next. Never really fitting any pattern of predictability. The truth is that he suffers from partial soul loss, having it split among all his clones. Much like a lich who would bind his soul to several objects, Sephiroth has his soul divided among several clones of his, but does not even realize it. At any point after death, Jenova can reawaken her chosen spawn to rekindle him again at the exact same power level he was at, as well as obtaining any powers and abilities the clone had before its transformation. Each one of these clones is a separate entity, so they die when the One Winged Angel awakens in them. Though their memories linger in the back of Sephiroth's mind. This is one of the reasons why he gets stronger every time he is slain. That, and the fact that every death divides his soul among fewer and fewer individuals.

Sephiroth aided in slaying the Archangel Imperius, not for Diablo's sake, but because he just happened to be watching the fight and decided he was bored. Diablo left the heavens for Sephiroth to deal with and continued to Azeroth. However, after slaying Imperious, he left the others bunkered down in heaven and wandered off somewhere else. Leaving Etheral, Azreal, Tryreal, and Malphel alive to fight another day. Never telling Diablo that he didn't finish the job.

Motivation: Undetermined at times. The only consistency in his goals and convictions seems to be the revival of Jenova. Which takes him to several Homeworlds in search of a means to do this. Rarely does he bring any champions or armies with him. Any means to resurrect a god would most certainly get his attention, and his favor if an ally were to do this for him. Though he might start referring to them as family, calling them brother or sister from that point on.

Followers: The list of people who follow Sephiroth are actually quite random. The One Winged Angel does not have criteria, and lets anyone and anything join his ranks. This causes many problems, as they have been the only army exposed to have spies in their ranks more than once.

Granted Power:Materia is the most common boon this member of the Dark Council bestows. Though often it is random of what type they may receive. Sometimes fitting their ordinance, and sometimes not matching them at all. (player chooses)

I'm kinda interested in this too. Dunno what to play though. My kneejerk reaction is Genocide Frisk, but I've been focusing on UT a whole lot. I'll have to think about it.

Lustful Bride

Karoline Denton
MASTER: Albert Wesker.

HOMEWORLD: Command And Conquer. With the infection by the Green Crystal, known as "Tiberium", eating its way through the world most of it has become a Yellow Zone, barely capable of handling Human habitation the Green crystal has permanently changed the land and caused much strife and conflict, dividing the planet between two factions. The Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of NOD. Both fight over the still viable lands of Earth and over the power locked within Tiberium itself.

APPEARANCE: Karoline is a blonde woman who isn't known for wearing makeup. She spent most of her life in the Yellow Zones of her homeworld, helping fight for NOD, she didn't have time to worry about looking pretty. The only style she ever cares about really is her hair, alternating its length and whether she would prefer to let it hang free or in a ponytail.

SEXUALITY: Same as Player.

PERSONALITY: She is a devout follower in the words of Kane. Having grown up in the Yellow Zone, listening to the false promises of GDI, standing in line for hours for their rationed food. She felt abandoned by the Blue Zones, but NOD was always there. Karoline isn't afraid to throw her muscle around, and growing up around people who had little reason to be polite she developed a dry sense of humor and an inability to keep her comments to herself.

She does not like seeing the poor and disadvantaged abused or harmed, and isn't afraid of insulting any rich boy or girl who got by on Mommy and Daddie's money, if they get on her nerves. She grew up constantly afraid of where her next meal would come from or if a cut from a rusty nail would kill her, there is nothing they can do to scare her.

HISTORY: Karoline grew up without a father in the Yellow Zones of Earth, in what used to be Texas/Mexico. She only had her mother to take care of her and only other poor street kids to get to know. All around her there was lawlessness, war and anarchy as the only source of Government was who had the biggest gun and thugs. The Global defense Initiative only ever came around for the occasional good will campaign and to deal with anyone they suspected of working with NOD. GDI paid more attention to what happened within their own borders and keeping their people in comfort and luxury, than what happened to those stuck outside of their precious Blue Zones. The relief food they delivered to the yellow zones wasn't very good and medical care was non existent.

Karoline first learned of the wisdom of Kane and the Glory of nod when some of NODs militia men came into town one day with big trucks loaded to the brim with food, water and medicine! Despite some of the things Kane had done in the past, he wasn't a monster, to many of the forgotten and disenfranchised in the wastelands, he was a savior.

When he local Cartels came to steal the supplies graciously gifted to them by NOD, the soldiers remained behind and put the Cartel goons down with skill and training that, while not as good as that of GDI soldiers, was still superior to anything that the usual thugs of the wasteland had. It wasn't long before Karoline's town became one on the usual route of NOD soldiers, keeping their territory safe in the name of Kane. It was only inevitable for Karoline to join the ranks of Kane's glorious organization. Especially after a statue of Kane was placed in the center of town, spouting words of wisdom at odd occasions and inspiring hope in everyone for a better tomorrow.

When Karoline enlisted in Kane's Militia she served as part of a rifle squad, going on patrols and fighting bandits, cartels, Mutants and even the occasional GDI squad. It was during one of those missions that Karoline's squad checked a building, only for the floor to collapse beneath them, and they fell into a basement full of nothing but Tiberium. One unlucky  militiaman was impaled upon a particularly sharp crystal, the rest either died from its radioactive properties,or  mutated into horrible monsters. But not Karoline, she managed to crawl out of the basement completely unharmed, a fact that still had her labeled as a 'Mutant' and placed in the brig. She didn't know what to think, this was something new. Luckily she wouldn't be stuck in the brig long, as the Veil was soon to come down.

The moment the veil that separated all the worlds went down, Karoline's world was under attack by an outside force and the Brotherhood was stretched thin trying to defend their territory as the Hierarchy invaded their world. They pushed in on all sides, gaining orbital superiority and pushing GDI to the breaking point. The fighting was so bad they were more than willing to give in to Kane's demands for the aid of him and The Brotherhood of NOD.

With access to Ion canons and NODs own advances in Tiberium technology, they managed to defeat the Hierarchy, destroying many of their mother ships before the fighting was brought to a halt by an outside force. The Brotherhood of NOD would find itself one of the forces working for Albert Wesker as Kane sought out a mutually beneficial relationship with him, an alliance of sorts. And Karoline would find herself with two masters to serve. Kane, and Wesker.

POWERS: -Radiation Immunity - The Tiberium has made her immune to radiation.
-Tiberium Rounds - She can craft bullets made from the mysterious crystals and some left over iron and gunpowder. When they hit a person they irradiate them and begin to grow inside of their bodies, damaging their organs. When the round hits a machine enemy they still cause damage due to the shards growing and getting stuck in gears and components.

+ Virus Strain: With her service to Albert Wesker and her odd mutation thanks to Tiberium, Karoline has been gifted one of the many strains of viruses within his possession. She doesn't know what it does, but lately she has started to feel better, faster, stronger.

SKILLS: Marksman, survivalist.

FLAWS: Lack of education, Human weaknesses.

INVENTORY: Assault Rifle, Pistol side arm, Ammunition Bandolier, Concentrated Tiberium crystals.

Let me know if I need to make any changes or such.

Blue Nova

Thanks people for the interest!

Now I would prefer for everyone to pick a different Council Member to apprentice under. Cause the main point is that bad guys are working together with other bad guys. So hopefully this will work, but I know some might be more popular than others.

Very nice LB, if she is under Wesker, she also has obtained Virus Strain, power. Meaning her body can have mastered the same Virus he has or one of the parasitic ones.

Rel Mayer

Alright. I'm playing Bayonetta, fuck Femshep.

With that in mind... I'm probably not going to pick Giovanni. I want to pick someone that isn't going to share a council member (because I'm selfish) but I'm unsure who.

Anyone suggestions?

FarFetched

I think I've decided on someone. It'll probably be a follower of Giovanni.

Alduin might be a good choice, since he attracts mages and Bayo is a witch.

Don't hate me but I'm actually considering Dracula, mostly because I have a fun idea for her transformation...

-pokes pokes- Who have you decided on?

I am going to be playing this Sol Badguy from Guilty Gear. Making him a merc for money, more so than he already was.

He can fit under 4-5 different Masters, so I am going to wait for others to pick first.

Okay, so this is awesome and I already know who I want to play.

The question is...what dark lord would Carmen Sandiego serve!?

Whatever power you want her have.  ;) She could have magical artifacts under Ganon, dark pokemon under Giovanni, or even be a android under Sovereign. It is meant for you to be able to have many creative liberties with them.  ;D

Kadigan

Talked over this concept with Nova and hashed out the current body for it. Hopefully everyone likes it.

Embrace
MASTER: Diablo

HOMEWORLD: Diablo. Embrace is from one of the levels of hell mostly forgotten, where Diablo conducts some of his worst and most sinister experiments on fallen foes and friends alike, as much for his own pleasure as for the pursuit of power.

APPEARANCE: Describe what your character looks like. If you are picking a character from a game, describe any changes to their appearance you want.

SEXUALITY: Bisexual

PERSONALITY: Embrace is generally cocky, relying on her abilities to preserve her, and thus is quick to dismiss the “planners” and ones who would hesitate into battle rather then rush headlong in. She always has a sarcastic, or snide remark ready for anyone. She also enjoys in cruel behavior, or even behavior that would make a hooker blush, if nothing to else then to make her host scream inside her head.

HISTORY: Embrace was one of the first creatures created after the war began, in an attempt to create an entire race of demonic foot soldiers, spies, and overwhelm the enemy. Her master, Diablo, experimented for days and nights with pieces of fallen, and stolen, allies and foes. Wesker’s works in genetics proved most helpful in this regard, as did pieces of Cydaea’s soul. Even the techno organic monstrosity SHODAN’s existence helped his research into creating this..thing. Infusing this new proto life with his demonic energy, she was dubbed Embrace. Perhaps it was Cydaea’s soul working it’s way in her, but the creature that came forth from the pool of sludge seemed to identify it self as being female.

If nothing else, to see heroines suffer in torment, her master accommodated her preferences and provided her with several choices in host to begin with. She started with Rebecca Thane, leader of the renegade group Black November. Perverting and corrupting them from freedom fighters to terrorists. Innocent bystanders became acceptable casualties. Then facilities that had no ties to villainy but to good were destroyed. When it was suspected something was amiss, she gathered what remained of the group and detonated several city blocks in order to ensure she wiped them all out. She escaped down a sewer drain at the last moment, allowing herself to enjoy Rebecca’s screams before returning home.

Pleased with the results his creature had achieved, Diablo used several resources at his disposal to capture her a more powerful, more suitable host body for harder, more striking missions. She would be as much a symbol of immorality to the enemy as she would be a tool to strike out at them.

She was given Samus.

POWERS: Body control: Embrace can jump in and out of a host body at will, providing enough time is allowed for her to do so. While in control the Embrace personality is dominate, allowing her to subvert the host while making them watch all she does.

Exosuit: Embrace currently controls Samus, who controls the powerful Exosuit. Though by no means indestructible, it allows her access to
most of the suit’s abilities.

Hellfire: Diablo has imbued Samus’ armor with hellfire, allowing her to utilize the demonic energy. Embrace chooses to allow the pain to continue to seep in, but forces it upon her host mind rather then her own, finding it a delicious irony.

SKILLS: Embrace remembers all the hosts memories from any previous host. Her true form allows her to slip past most unnoticed.

FLAWS: Overconfidence, her “immortality” can at times make her reckless. It takes several seconds, or minutes even to place herself in (through any available orifice) a new host and acclimate, leaving her vulnerable in this state. In the Samus body she is vulnerable to anything a human woman would be.

INVENTORY: Exosuit, Zero suit. Inventory will vary depending on host body.

Okay, so this is awesome and I already know who I want to play.

The question is...what dark lord would Carmen Sandiego serve!?

BIIBBSS!!

Better question, Where in the world is Bibs?!

I'm so happy you're back, but I think that Carmen would work well with Ganondorf because of artifacts reasons.

Carmen Sandiego | Darth Isabella
MASTER: Darth Revan

HOMEWORLD: Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?  A parallel world, in which technology has far outpaced that on Earth 1, in which Carmen Sandiego was the most nefarious villain and wanted by all police and federal agencies, though her main nemesis was the ACME detective agency.  She was consistently foiled, though never captured, yet it seemed that the heist was the thrill for her, and not whatever she planned the heist for.  Her world is now a wasteland, utterly devastated by an invasion of villains come to take their tech.  As advanced as the world was, they were utterly unprepared for the brutal force of the villains, since their main bad guy had always been a beautiful, mysterious, genius thief who never used lethal methods.  It was during this invasion that Carmen was taken by Darth Revan.

APPEARANCE:  Carmen hasn't changed her look much, other than switching from her signature red trench coat and matching hat to crimson, hooded robes on occasion.  Well, that and her eyes are now a glowing amber, rather than their previous brown.

SEXUALITY: Omnisexual | The way to this woman's heart, or loins, is through her brain.  She has a weakness for brilliant, witty beings, no matter their gender, race, or species.

PERSONALITY: Despite going Darth, Carmen has lost none of her charm and sociability.  She is quite happy working with a team, though she can easily become exasperated with less brilliant minds than her own, especially if they're the ones in charge.  Still, she's prudent enough to know when to hold her tongue, when to speak up, and when to nod, smile and then do what she thinks is best, her orders be damned.  She can be somewhat condescending, though more often than not it's unintentional and she will apologize if called out on it.  She has little patience for brutes, and takes some amusement from teasing them, pranking them and basically making them look stupid, but she would never compromise a mission in this manner.

HISTORY:  Carmen's homeworld was invaded after the Veil dropped, when a group of villains learned about the advanced technology to be found there, and it was left a virtual wasteland due to the planet being unprepared for such a brutal attack.  Of course, Darth Revan didn't join the group in the invasion for technology, he was just starting to amass his followers and he had heard of the most wanted woman on that world.  Carmen Sandiego appealed to him for her genius mind and the fact that she didn't use lethal means, indeed her crimes were more of a thrill nature, rather than truly nefarious.  He had little difficulty finding her, given his gifts, and capturing her was as easy as could be, a fact that greatly annoyed his new apprentice.  However, over time, she came to appreciate the powers once they were under her control, and she lost her squeamishness over lethality under his tutelage.

She took to the Force with aplomb and proved to be a quick study, which was hardly a surprise to Revan.  He had expected she would make an excellent Sith, given her intelligence and the many skills she had already possessed.  Breaking her moral reservations proved somewhat harder, but far less difficult than the protagonists that he'd already broken.  After all, the world-class thief was already sporting a pretty flexible morality, and she had worked with criminals previously who were far less gentle than she had proved to be.  The first time she took a life, she found that the blood on her hands was of little concern.  She had always worried that killing would drive her mad, send her wailing and weeping in the world, crying 'Out damn spot!'  As it turned out, she felt very little following the first murder, and subsequently less and less following that.  She chalked this up to the fact that she was, most likely, a sociopath, which is what made her such a good thief.

POWERS:

Awakened Brilliance - Carmen Sandeago had one of the most intellectual minds of her homeworld, and when she began studying under Revan it improved further still. Using the force she can react to situations in an instant as if she had months of planning. Her higher thought essentially playing out dozens of scenarios, logistics and probable outcomes.

Probability Calculator - Even before meeting Darth Revan and learning to tap into the Force, Carmen's brilliance allowed her to plan for almost any eventuality, which made her impossible to capture and allowed her to pull off improbable thefts that dazzled and stunned the world.  Now, however, she has the ability to calculate millions of probable scenarios, which allows her to tweak those scenarios to bring about the outcome she desires.  Sometimes that means changing something in her environment to set of a chain of events, and sometimes that means subtly manipulating people to bring about a long-term plan.

Telepathy - The very basic ability to mentally communicate over small or vast distances with other individuals.  Carmen has developed this Force power under the tutelage of Darth Revan.

SKILLS: Charismatic, Genius, Beautiful, Acrobatic, Swordswoman

FLAWS: Sociopath, Arrogant, Weak, Nightmares

INVENTORY: Two red lightsabers, lots of attitude.

~ Muffet ~
"If she invites you to her parlor, excuse yourself."

MASTER: Giovanni, The Lord of the Land

HOMEWORLD: The Underground- a world where monsters have been sealed away by man forever.

APPEARANCE: Muffet is a petite spider-monster with periwinkle skin and six slender arms. She stands in at only 5 foot 4 four, and always wears elegant silk clothes lovingly fashioned by her brothers and sisters. Her expression always seems fascinated and delighted, but the moment her mouth opens, two long fangs are revealed.

SEXUALITY: Muffet is a lesbian and a Dominatrix. She delights in taking and training slaves, both willing and unwilling. Unfortunately for her victims, submitting to Muffet can be very addicting, due to the unique properties of her venom. Once a slave has been fully broken, it is not rare for her to resell them for a profit if they are weak. She is running a buisness, after all~!

PERSONALITY: Muffet loves money. She is incredibly stingy when it comes to spending, and will always try to work an angle that will net her more wealth. She is easily bribed, and even easier to hire. As always, she is driven by a need to increase her own power and influence, so she can further help her fellow arachnids. Her dream is to unite all the spiders of the multiverse together under her banner, ending the oppression and extermination of her people that the Alliance threatens to incur. She will stop at nothing to pursue this goal.

Muffet has a coy personality. She speaks in an educated tone, but her voice always bears a hint of unabashed whimsy. This innocent style of talking belies an extremely manipulative nature. In truth, Muffet loves nothing more than to trap others in webs, both figuratively and literally.

Though she was once much kinder (at least, to those who liked spiders), the subtle guidance of a fellow sister from a different council member has unlocked Muffet's sadistic side. She has found a particular delight in enslavement and selling slaves for profit. Just baking pastries isn't enough to fuel her cause anymore. Drugs, People, and Weapons are much more profitable commodities.

Despite her devotion to the Spider cause, Muffet's favorite food, ironically, is spiders. Arachnids are known to engage in passive cannibalism, and she is no exception to the rule. Most of the pastries she bakes are made with spider-based flour. Though the ingredient is offputting, her baked treats taste pretty good. All spiders under her banner are willing to fight and die for Muffet and her cause. She considers each pastry she makes a worthy sacrifice.

HISTORY: In her homeworld, Muffet was the leader of all spiders in the Underground. The spiders in that world used to be divided in two. Two clans of spiders were separated by a large, frigid wasteland known as 'Snowdin.' Snowdin was too cold for any normal spider to pass and survive. Muffet, the only humanoid spider throughout the spider clans, made it her solemn duty to reunite these groups. She started small, running a bake-sale in Hotland to raise the funds to transport all the spiders of one clan to her side of the frigid divide.

She was eventually successful, but it wasn't long before more hardship befell her kind. The Alliance.

In the Multiverse, Spiders have always had a bad rap. Most videogames with a spider depict them a staunch, mindless enemies. When the Alliance began protecting her world, they had little love for her people. Muffet was treated just like any other Giant Spider and hunted, while her brothers and sisters were mistaken for common insects.

The same story played out throughout the multiverse. The Alliance singlehandedly brought about the oppression and near-genocide of all spider kind. Muffet, playing witness to this gross mistreatment, hid away with her easily ignored family. On behalf of all spider kind, she swore, come hell or high water, arachnids would rise again.

And so, Muffet began funding her cause once more. At first, she merely sold pastries, but with time she found illegal dealings to be more profitable. She began running deals with Team Rocket, selling anything dangerous or profitable she caught in her web. Narcotics, weapons, you name it. Eventually, she proved herself reliable enough to be welcomed into their fold as a fully-fledged member.

POWERS:

Queen of Spiders - Muffet is able to convert and control lesser spiders that she encounters, or are born under her banner. Additionally, she also has a degree of shared empathy with spiders higher up on the invisible spider-hierarchy than she, and can persuade them to join her cause with the right prompting. As a Spider Queen, her worth is determined by the strength and span of her following. That influence will grow as she gains more followers. Currently, Muffet leads an army of thousands. Unfortunately, most of her soldiers are about the size of a centimeter. She is able to command her forces to organize and do her bidding, even when she is not present. The size of her army swells and shrinks as she bakes pastries, sets up bases, and endangers her spiders. Her current army is as follows:

------------------------T--------------------------------------------------------------------
Underground Spiders|
|
|
|
|
|
As Muffet's original followers, these tiny soldiers are (literally) Muffet's bread and butter. Though they are smaller than many of the gigantic spiders out in the multiverse, they are fiercely loyal and possess unusual amounts of intelligence. They cannot speak, but are appraising enough to run small-scale smuggling operations without Muffet's supervision. These spiders are her scouts, emissaries and craftsmen all in one. They can even be crushed into powder and baked into magical, healing pastries. Tragically, they instantly die in colder temperatures.
------------------------+--------------------------------------------------------------------
Muffin-Top Spiders|
|
|
|
|
|
Using her own magic and the bodies of countless Underground Spiders, Muffet has created Arachnids made entirely from baked goods. Muffin-top spiders are the voracious and valiant guardians of all spider-kind. These breaded golems are only about five feet tall and eight feet in diameter. Their skin is soft and easily broken, but their jaws are strong and capable of devouring almost anything organic. They are, however, very stupid and unable to spin webs. Muffin-tops require the orders of Muffet or other Underground Spiders to not make a mess of everything. For traveling long distances, smaller spiders are able to hitch rides in a muffin-top's mouth, making them ideal for transportation. Currently, Muffet only has one Muffin-Top spider, whom she keeps as a pet.
------------------------+--------------------------------------------------------------------

Vile Venom; Wicked Webs - Muffet is made purely of magic and dust. As such, she can spin more than your average web. From her fingers, she is able to weave enchanted gossamer of any length and knitting from any of her hands. Though this gossamer can be burned away or dissolved with acid, it is highly resistant to magical spells. Most importantly, Muffet is able to choose who gets caught in her webs, and she can decide for it to become sticky and restrictive to anyone at the drop of a hat.

Her Venom is equally versatile. If Muffet successfully bites an enemy, the battle is all but over. She quickly incapacitates her prey by injecting them with an intricate spell-poison bearing an effect of her choosing. It can even nullify magical abilities. The potency and duration of these effects depend on how much venom she was able to inject, and how large her prey is. However, though powerful, her venom is exceedingly difficult to apply. Muffet has to physically deliver her venom via bite, and she's very easy to overpower. It is most effective on prey already caught, or nearly defeated.

Galvantua - Muffet was gifted a Galvantua as part of her acceptance into Team Rocket. She quickly found great delight in its ability to deliver painful shocks to prey caught in its web. What better companion could a sadistic spider woman ask for? The Galvantua, whom she renamed "Sparky," became a dearly loved pet. Sparky and Muffin, Muffet's other large pet, often work against each other to vie for their mistress's affection. Sparky currently knows 2 moves:

       NameDescription
ElectrowebGalvantula fires an electric web from it's mandables that delivers incapacitating shocks, wounding and slowing an enemy at once. It works well with Muffet's own webs to further entangle a foe.
ProtectGalvantula protects itself from all damage for a small amount of time. It cannot use other abilities while using protect.

SKILLS: Defensive specialist, Manipulative, Black Market Dealer, Magic Resistance

FLAWS:
Petite - Muffet isn't a physically strong fighter. If separated from her webs and her spiders, she becomes a very easy enemy to manage. Just like any spider, Muffet has to rely on traps, webs, and deceit to claim victory. Even her venomous finishing move can be stopped if her enemy isn't otherwise distracted.

Easily Bribed - Muffet will do almost anything if given enough money. This includes turning on her teammates, if enough coin is proffered. However, she will never, ever turn on her cause for the advancement of spider-kind.

Unabashed Cannibal - Muffet is willing to eat anything lively enough to be caught in her webs. Especially you. Her occasional, "accidental" hungry looks can appear eerie and terrifying at to others.

INVENTORY:
Plenty of ill-begotten Money - If nothing else, being a member of Team Rocket pays well. Giovanni is generous to the business minded. Unlike other council members, there is good money to be made within Giovanni's crime syndicate; so long as he has a stake in all profits, of course. In such a profitable career, Muffet collects wealth like a feverish magpie and uses it to devastating effect. It is her one and only true weapon.

This Muffet is brought over from another game, but I modified her a good bit to fit the setting.

Overall, Muffet is basically a fantastic support character. She ties up enemies so other people can come smash them. Plus, many of her abilities have great out-of-combat applications. Scouting, Base-building, Bartering, Enslaving, Torturing, etc. Just like Giovanni, what she lacks in power she makes up for with money and a wide array of utility.

Depending on a few things in my currently tumultuous RL situation right now, I might be willing to join this one.  Having said that, I have a couple of questions.  What Dark Council members are still free, if any, and what would people think of Carmilla, the Lord of Shadows and Queen of the Vampires, joining this game?  Yes she has a history with Dracul, but I had planned for her to be over her obsession with the Prince of Darkness lol.  That's not saying they can't still have fun of course, but I'm thinking she'd take great delight in capturing heroes and corrupting them, breaking them, in her own unique fashion given the fact her first incarnation was a bit more bondage heavy.  Anyway, if you're curious as to what's going on, check my A/A page, but depending on what I hear in the next few days, I might be updating with some good news hopefully.

I love that we have a Carmen Sandiego lol.  I had to laugh when I saw her name on this, but she was one of my favorites from when I was a kid.  To see her now though, the stuff of wet dreams I say.   ;D

I will say that I'm hoping that we don't get a Renegade Shepard, Fem or otherwise only because I just can't see them being willing to join the Dark Alliance.  That and I'll admit that I love FemShep too much lol.  That aside, I've actually considered doing a Mass Effect character instead of Carmilla, only because the one I'm considering would be Morinth, a kind of alien vampire woman in her own right honestly.  She's an incredibly interesting character though, not to mention a tragic one in some ways, but she'd be evil in this for sure.  That and she's intelligent, cunning, and exceedingly long lived without any help given her physiology.  Some of the characters here would be right up her alley.  But again I'm curious what you guys might like more, that and again, it depends on what happens with my RL situation.

Either way, she'd likely join up either with Shao Kahn or Alduin since both are pretty powerful in their way, but I like the idea of either of my prospective ideas being able to Shout lol.

I actually think it would be very possible for a renegade version of Shepard to exist in this world. Mostly because a writer can craft their backstory to align it to whatever they may be wanting to do with the Dark Council. Not to mention that you're basically able to create the personality you want with Shepard, considering that Shepard was part of an RPG that you could pick the dialogue option. There really isn't an official description of their personality.

Not to mention that I don't know if it's right to say that one person's concept wouldn't do 'something', because you don't think the lore would go that way. I feel like it smashes writer creativity if you put heavy lore stamps on it.

Vergil1989

You're right Rel, completely in fact, it's just my personal bias and love for the character talking honestly.  I wasn't trying to say you couldn't play whoever you wanted though, I was just expressing an opinion.  Besides, both Carmilla and Morinth would love her for different reasons lol.  Jokes aside though, I'm genuinely interested in most of everyone's here thus far, so it'll be interesting to see who else we get.

Morinth, Dragon Priestess Initiate
MASTER: Alduin, the Bane of Kings

HOMEWORLD:  Mass Effect

APPEARANCE:  Morinth has been described as the apex predator, and that couldn't be more accurate.  Her beautiful if pale blue skin, her sensually charged scent, her soft and alluring voice that promises so much, the graceful way she moves, all of this and more is designed to draw people to her and keep them there.  Preferring to dress in either skintight black commando leathers or a variation on her mother's Justicar armor, as seen in the top picture, no matter the clothes or lack thereof, Morinth always looks her best.

SEXUALITY:  Bisexual, but has a strong preference for women of artistic ability or intelligence.

PERSONALITY"Look into my eyes and tell me you want me.  Tell me you'd kill for me.  Anything I want."

Morinth is a hedonist, she loves clubs and dancing, and while she often uses drugs, she controls her consumption of such substances, they don't control her.  They're merely a lifestyle choice.  She is sophisticated and alluring, cunning and intelligent, but also sociopathic and deadly.  She can disappear for fifty years without a trace, but she is utterly drawn to those of strength, of those that have a creative spark.  Her sheer will is overpowering, dominating, but she has been hunted for almost as long as she has lived.  She doesn't make friends, she makes allies, and she seduces the rest as potential prey for her biological need to 'feed' in her unique fashion.  While she does her best work in a dance club, she's just as deadly on the battlefield, having trained or absorbed the skills necessary to survive whatever life could hope to throw her way.  Violence for its own sake bores her, but a show of dominance, either through intellectual pursuits or fighting, excites her.  She's a hunter, predatorial, but she can be surprisingly deep and gentle when the mood strikes her.  Her only weakness are her sisters, and while she'd never try and meet them in person, Morinth has sent them messages in the past, trying to reconnect with the only family that might accept her.

HISTORY:  Morinth has been on the run for near four hundred years.  She has seen things that most people could have only imagined, but even she was taken by surprise when she learned about the Veil separating the different worlds from each other.  When that happened, the asari was all too happy to explore the suddenly immensely sized universe at her fingertips, but her mother found her first before she could slip away from the space station, Omega.  While she got away, Morinth was relentlessly pursued by Samara, and eventually her Mother was able to shoot her ship down.  Crashing on a world that was beyond the Veil, the asari stumbled from the wreckage of her vessel, where she was eventually found, face down in the frigid cold and the snow.  Luckily or perhaps chosen by fate, Morinth found herself in a stone temple deep underground, being nursed back to health by a beautiful Altmer elf.  Having never seen her like before, Morinth was immediately drawn to this strange woman, and while her universal translator didn't allow her to initially understand the elf, some things don't need translation.

Seducing the woman with subtle signals and body language, Morinth had her soon wrapped around her little finger, much to Alduin's curiosity and amusement.  When she grew sufficiently bound to the asari, Morinth struck, melding with her, and the Altmer died with a look of pure ecstasy on her face, and Morinth found herself able to understand and comprehend the natives she had since met.  More importantly however, she now knew how to speak to the Dov, which meant that she could speak to the black dragon Alduin.  Something about the ultimately powerful being spoke to the dark recesses of her black soul, and Morinth found it a simple thing to bend the knee to the godlike dragon.  While she is still very new to the faith and beliefs of her fellow Dragon cultists, they've since left Nirn and spread out per their dragon's orders, to bring his divine rule everywhere they go, but also to corrupt anyone they can get their hands on.  For Morinth though, it provides a rare opportunity to experience much more than she could have done so before, to broaden and expand her horizons as she desires.  And while Samara is still hunting her, Morinth is very sure that the next time they meet, it would be the last time.

POWERSArdat Yakshi - By melding her nervous system with that of a potential mate, Morinth can kill or comatose her victims in which case they'll expire a couple weeks later.  In turn she becomes smarter, more powerful, and deadlier after each coupling. She has spent centuries as a fugitive from asari justice, surviving by her wits and cunning.  Couple this with a talent for dominating the minds of others, and she has kept herself alive despite the odds.

Biotic - All asari are natural biotics, but not all of them train themselves to use their abilities.  Morinth has however gained a lot of experience and knowledge in her own unique method, and has become powerful enough to stand up against the likes of Samara, her mother, who is an exceptionally powerful and masterfully trained Justicar.  Morinth's powers include the ability to use Throw, Pull, and Dominate during battle.  Her Ardat Yakshi ability simply makes things...easier with the last, and much longer lasting once she has her hooks in.

Shouts - Having 'melded' with a Dragon Priestess loyal to Alduin, or at least she was before Morinth came into her life and corrupted her, Morinth learned the Bend Will shout, and as a side effect of having stolen the priestess's talents, has the potential to learn many more.  She also has the Unrelenting Force shout, but she considers it too brutish and unwieldy for her liking, but she'll use it if she has little choice.

SKILLS:  Dueling, military level CQC and biotic ability, and marksmanship with submachine guns and assault rifles.  Much more recently though she has picked up the ability to understand and learn how to use magic, but she doesn't have any experience in the art...yet.  As a little known fact, Morinth is able to mimic her mother's tone and vocal patterns near perfectly, having used the skill to slip away more than once.

FLAWSArdat Yakshi - The source of her strength is also her greatest weakness.  Not only are all AY completely sterile, unable to have children at all due to their mutation, but each time an AY melds with a partner, their nervous system completely overpowers their mate's, flooding their bodies with the most intense pleasure they've ever experienced, but at the cost of their life.  Even if they survive, a victim of an Ardat Yakshi meld soon expire a couple weeks later from the fatal cerebral hemorrhaging that develops as a result, leaving them in a coma until then.  Victims often look like their very souls have been ripped away from them, and in a way that isn't wrong.  But this has a side effect for the AY as well.  Each time they kill in this way, it's like a powerful narcotic flooding their bodies, making it very hard for Morinth to refuse the call of a meld with whoever might be nearby.  The more she does it, the more she needs to do it.  A clever enough and exceptionally strong willed opponent can use that against her.

Luxury - Morinth has a taste for the finer things in life, having accumulated a fortune over the years under dozens of false or stolen names.  Unfortunately it's also a weakness, because she has a set pattern to her methods, setting up a lavish den where she can safely seduce and kill her victims.

Hunter - Morinth is as clever as any predator species, but she is also as cautious.  However, like any hunter, she has her favorite hunting grounds and patterns.  She might have a hundred escape routes planned, she might be a powerful combatant, but the right kind of bait can make her throw caution to the wind.

Willpower - While she's only come across three people that could ever resist her unnatural charms and seductive techniques coupled with her genetic abnormalities that allow her to dominate those around her, it has happened.  While it will take her a few moments to recover from the surprise, those moments could mean all the difference between life or death.

Experience - Just because Morinth can absorb the skills, powers, and abilities of anyone she mates with doesn't mean she can master them with the same ease.  She needs to train just like anyone else, mind and body both.

Asari - The only advantage asari have to humans beyond their natural biotic ability are their exceptionally long lives.  They are not stronger or faster than anyone else, even if this particular asari is the apex predator.

Central nervous system compatible - While Morinth is more than capable of killing others through other means, her preferred method is through the meld.  However, her victim has to have a compatible central nervous system to hers, and while most sentient beings do, there are a few that can resist her or are immune outright.  Inorganic beings like cyborgs and robots however can't be melded with at all.

INVENTORY:  M-76 Revenant assault rifle, M-9 Tempest, and an Akavari Skyforge katana.  The last has a story to it, feel free to ask about it...if you want to take the risk.  Beyond that, Morinth has a large sum of credits that she can have changed to whatever currency she might require depending on where she's going, given enough time.

Decided on going with the Fourth Overlord, aligned with Diablo. Viewing the Lord of Torment as his estranged father, makes a certain, twisted, sense considering the fate of his actual father.

There are just way too many characters I don't know anything about, and I don't really want to hold things up in confusion.  It's probably best if I just step aside and let everyone else have fun ^_^

Damn, I had an idea but forgot it was restricted to video games, I was think of Red Reddington from the Black List.

Hmmm, there is always the Joker. >.>

AndyZ

I guess that leaves the question of just how inclusive the term "video game" is, since apparently there's a Blacklist App Game.

I think you'd be good with Red as well, besides, the Joker is overdone.  Anyway, I think I'm done with Morinth.  I didn't do anything regarding the state of her home world, mostly because she's a fugitive, so she wouldn't have cared or taken the time to learn what was going on beyond her own survival, but also because I'm not sure if we're getting a Shepard.

Been reading up on the Council members this morning, and plotting the things that could be done with them later down the road. Lots of fun things to do, really, especially with Sylvanis / Diablo way down the line.

I'm also interested to see how Giovanni(Senpai) works with the other Council members. I kind of feel like he's the one that many Council members dislike for his cowardice, but have no choice but to work with, because he's basically running the group's chain of supplies. Everyone has an army, but he's the only one who can arm and feed the rest of them.

EDIT: By the way, what rank will the players be starting at? Recruit?

Vergil1989

#44
I rather see Morinth being naturally drawn to the likes of Revan, Carmen, and the Queen of Blades, as well as Dracula in his way.  Someone like Giovanni might have resources, but his cowardice would be a total turn off to her.  Shao Kahn has strength but he's too driven by violence for her liking.  However, Bayonetta and depending on how they're written, the Dovahkiin and Shepard would also be people she'd enjoy getting to know...intimately.  Someone like Reddington would fascinate her utterly though.

EDIT  Recruit for me yeah, or rather Initiate, but I assumed we were starting at the bottom so I wrote accordingly.

Dragon Age 2 Isabella?  I'd most certainly love to seduce her if given the chance lol.

Also FarFetched, so long as Muffet didn't try to enslave Morinth, I could see her and your girl getting along quite well.  That and she might be one of the few people she can't kill through her meld, likely as a biological quirk or just her physiology.

Makes sense; Muffet is literally made of dust and magic, with a resistance to the latter. Without blood, there's not much to hemorrhage with that mind-melding!

Muffet and Morinth definitely have similar tastes, though. Muffet doesn't enslave coworkers unless they're into that sort of thing, so it should work out well!

Vergil1989

As luck would have it, Morinth I could see allowing Muffet to tie her up and enjoy a rare night of ecstasy without fear of killing her partner even if she did inadvertently tried to meld with the spider, which she would but it would only enhance the experience for them both in this case I think.  It'd be akin to a regular meld I imagine, sharing sensations rather than what normally happens with her lovers.  Granted, Morinth would be left with her need to meld unfulfilled, but she'd be quite happy otherwise lol.

Just a heads up, I want people to make sure you are reading some of the FAQ stuff.

@FarFetched, Oh yes, there will be some big things happening later down the road with those two for sure.

@Vergil, You are making a lot of assumptions about each of these guys. That is unhealthy for this type of game, players are free to work with me on changes to make to someone/some story. As well I have already made changes on my own. For example, Giovanni has never really been a coward, especially since in this game he never lost Mewtwo. Meaning he never lost the fight to Red.

@Warlock, if you can select another Master for Overlord that would be cool, since someone already selcted Diablo, or at least keep another in mind. I don't mind 1 or 2 people doubling up if the concept is good. I just want a diverse group and I imagine Overlord working with more than half the Council. Like Ganon, Shao Kahn, or even Sylvanas.

@Aiden, let me know if you have a good concept that's not really a video game. Maybe we can work something out if you are completely stuck. However, there are so many awesome characters to play, including good guys who fell to the dark side so it should be too much of an issue. Just keep me updated.

Edit: added 2 things to the FAQ

Vergil1989

Ah, my apologies, but I don't mind fixing up my profile as I've said before.  I'm not sure how to improve upon what I have is all, so suggestions are definitely welcome.

You also have an amazing idea as well!

Bibliophilia

Aiden, I have a total hard-on for Red, and not just because he's played by James Spader(though that totally helps...Mmm...Secretary.)  But, I also know you can be a bad-ass Joker.  So, I'm down for anything you decide on.

I was totally debating between Carmen and Harley Quinn, by the way.  -giggles.-  I was imagining a Harley Quinn as a Sith, and treating poor Darth Revan like she does Mistah J.  It would have been hilarious.

Blue:  I know I need to get some powers on her.  I know she's going to have the Force, of course, but it's the 'powers' from her homeworld that are stumping me.  Carmen doesn't really have powers, per se, unless you'd consider her daring escapes, and almost spooky strategic planning to be powers.

Vergil1989

Well if you're alright with Carmen associating with Morinth if nothing else, I'm all for it.  ;D  She's the kind of intelligent and powerful woman she likes, although thankfully we can't die without being decapitated, or we'd be in trouble if Morinth melded with your girl lol.  Anyway, I'm looking forward to see what you got Biblio.  ;D

Blue:  Do I need to do anything to Morinth's character sheet to improve it for your approval?  I'm just asking while you're here and around.

Okay, you can just have more force powers, which is a perfectly viable option.
...or we can invent some, like dis

Awakened Brilliance - Carmen Sandeago had one of the most intellectual minds of her homeworld, and when she began studying under Revan it improved further still. Using the force she can react to situations in an instant as if she had months of planning. Her higher thought essentially playing out dozens of scenarios, logistics and probable outcomes.

Vergil1989

Ah, good to know then.  ;D

I figure Morinth would do her best when she's in a crowd of partygoers and what have you, able to blend into almost any social setting.  She'd isolate and pick off heroes one at a time.  She can certainly fight in big battles and what have you, but she's a hunter, and she goes after the hardest prey there is.  People.

Anyway, thanks!  I'll get her over into the character thread if you're ready for her to be posted over there.

Vergil1989

And you've done the impossible, you made Carmen Sandiego that much hotter lol.  Scary hot, but still hotter.  ;D

Anyway Biblio, would you be okay if Morinth showed an interest in your girl by chance?  She's the perfect kind of character she'd go for normally, intelligent, powerful, strong, and she has that spark, that artistic drive she loves in another.  Granted her kind of art involves doing seemingly impossible thefts and what have you, but it's still an art form in many respects.  ;D

Vergil1989

Well I was just asking if you were open to the idea or not.  I'll likely have Morinth meeting Carmen for the first time or near enough regardless of how things go later, but I was asking YOU, as her player, if you'd be alright with anything possibly coming up.  Some people don't like F/F, some don't like M/F, etc lol.  I don't mind seeing how things progress in the story, that's fine, but I was just asking as I said before.  ;D

Sol Badguy

Sol Badguy
MASTER: Sephiroth

HOMEWORLD: The Guilty Gear Homeworld was attacked but not conquered, currently under the Grand Alliance's watchful radar, but there is no military presence at the moment. Though Sol does not visit home for a number of other reasons. Sol has over 10 separate bounties on his head by various companies and crime bosses, not including the 100,000,000 dollars the Grand Alliance placed on him. Which was honestly only the second biggest reason he had to leave home. The biggest one was a close guarded secret, that caught up to him in the end, and eventually landed him in the service of the Dark Syndicate. Sol had earned the ire of a woman on the Tribunal of the Grand Alliance.

APPEARANCE:  Sol is a tall man with brown hair and reddish-brown or golden eyes with slit pupils (which is due to his true nature as a Gear), wearing a tight, black undershirt with the top half covered by a red, sleeveless jacket along and white jeans. He tends to keep a rock and roll theme about his dress and demeanor. His headband bears the words 'Rock You', while his belt buckle has the word 'FREE'. Sol also wears a pair of black, fingerless gloves, red shoes, a drape of red cloth hanging down beneath his buckle and a multitude of belts, including a lone one on his left bicep. Sol fights using a blunt, rectangular sword known as Fuuenken (Fireseal) through which he releases a range of fire-based attacks. He is also very defensive about his square sword. Though his appearance changes greatly when he is in his Gear form, the Dragon Install.

SEXUALITY: He likes the ladies

PERSONALITY: Sullen and unrefined, Sol rarely speaks to people he does not like, often disregarding their presence entirely. Sol tends to be rude and impatient to those who interact with him, whether they are friend or foe. He is also quite stubborn when he is in pursuit of a goal or when he decides to take action regarding certain matters, never allowing the opinions of others to dissuade him once he's made up his mind. He is an individual who prefers to convey his intent through actions than words. And while he cynically mocks those who speak of "justice", he is not without mercy. Overall, Sol is not a friendly man, but he is not an inherently evil. His deeds tend to make him more of a "Badguy" than an honest one, but as a mercenary, it is hard to be anything else. For this reason he is often looked down upon by many of the other members of the Dark Council, but he fit in here more than the Grand Alliance.

Sol Badguy also tends to be a womanizer of sorts, which consistently gets him into trouble.  It is not that he treats women badly, but he is just easily seduced, and often fraternizes with people he should not. However, he will frequently describe his ordeals later as "worth it", and rarely regrets them no matter the consequences. Preferring to take his punishment head on... Like the time he bravely and boldly ran away from the royal guards after seducing the princess, or when he nobly reclaimed a vessel from an struggling merchant. He is not always proud of the life choices he has made, but he has always made it by. Sol brutish mannerisms will be difficult for some to get used to, but others who earn his respect may eventually find his attitude charming.

HISTORY: Sol left his homeworld in a hurry on a stolen ship with several tons of illegal weapons, drugs, and even a nuclear warhead. So he does does not visit home for a number of reasons. Sol has over 10 separate bounties on his head by various companies and crime bosses, not including the 100,000,000 dollars the Grand Alliance placed on him. Which was honestly only the second biggest reason he had to leave home. For the biggest on was a close guarded secret, that caught up to him in the end, and eventually landed him in the service of the Dark Syndicate. For Sol had earned the ire of a woman on the Tribunal of the Grand Alliance.

Sol is known as the most wanted Bounty Hunter in the Grand Alliance due to the fact that he did some very bad things to a very important lady, but only after doing some very good things to her first. He was pursued relentlessly throughout every Alliance world and even many of the contested ones as well. The only relief he was granted was when he entered the war ravaged worlds of the Dark Syndicate. Which landed him in a Sith Prison, a hellsih realm of nightmares, and even a dark god's mandibles. Though he made daring escapes each time, he has seen shit that has messed him up for life. Seeking to drink the memories away, he had entered another bar just like so many times before. However, he pasted by a poster on the outside of a bar, saying Bad Guys Wanted, and reflexively thought it was another one of his Wanted Posters. So he generally ignored it, ordering a drink from the bar tender and having a decent conversation. In this discussion, he had accidentally mentioned a secret pass code, and mistakenly entered into an interview to be hired under the Dark Council. The bartender worked for an organization known as the Blind Conclave, and the rest is history.

POWERS:

Fuuenken - Sol Badguy's signature weapon and his creation, the Fuuenken. Also known as the Fire Seal (封炎剣), this legendary weapon was the strongest fire weapon from his homeworld. It allows Sol to use his fire powers to the fullest. It was originally owned by the Sacred Order of Holy Knights for safe-keeping and was “stolen” by Sol Badguy when he deserted the organization (though Kliff Undersn intended to give it to him from the start.) The theft of the Fireseal is one of the reasons of Ky Kiske's animosity towards Sol Badguy. Though that is a small drop in the bucket by comparison to his new crimes.
The blunt sword is capable of channeling and enhancing Sol's fire magic. Allowing him to strike with flaming attacks, that engulf the defender even if they manage to parry the Fuuenken. He is very protective of this weapon and never lets it leave his side. Before he left his homeworld, he kept it by his bedside when he slept. Although he can now just keep it in his Inventory, having the ability to summon and dismiss it at will. He does like to always have it out anyways. This weapon does a great deal of damage, but is very heavy. Fuuenken often helps in taking down even stronger opponents, though it offers nothing in the way of speed or accuracy. The sword is meant to be an offensive weapon, but could be used to block a few stray attacks. Just nothing too big or he risks the weapon breaking, and needing to be repaired.

Firaga Materia - When the great Fire Materia was socketed into the sword Fuuenken (Fire Seal), the result was an over specialization of devastating proportions. The sword intensifies the power of fire already in Sol, and apparently works with Fire Materia as well. Although Sol could technically create fire from his own body, the triple combo made the heat of his flames boil metal and ash bone in seconds. The heat reaches degres of small stars, though on a much smaller scale. Due to the magical nature of this combo, he can even summon the flames in places that fire normally could not be sustained. Such as in space with no oxygen, or under water with no fuel. His most common uses of his Fire Magic, would be the Dragon Fist. Which he learned from his travels through various homeworlds. Though his most powerful techniques are still the Flame Distortion, and Napalm Death. Which are really just edgy names for fighting maneuvers he invented.
For the most part, Sol's regular fire magic is always going to be active in a fight. As he does not run out of it, and he doesn't hurt allies with the flames. He never needs to recharge his powers other then resting. So he rarely holds back, preferring to unleash everything he has in a fight and keep his victims form coming up with something that could defeat him. Rush them down and kill them before they find a way to kill you first. This philosophy has also followed him around in life. Taking a shoot first, ask questions later mentality. Which fit the Fire Magic nature, burning everything around him. However, if he uses his Fire MAteria to activate the spell Firaga, there is a cooldown effect, keeping him from casting it over and over again.

Dragon Install - Sol Badguy can transform into a Gear of fire using the Dragon Install. The Dragon Install is the name of Sol Badguy's ability to access a portion of his Gear powers while donning his Gear-Cell Suppression Device. When activated, he gains a substantial boost in strength, speed, power, regeneration and durability. The power of his fire magic and special techniques are also increased dramatically. The drawback is that he cannot sustain this level of strength for an extended period of time because of the limiter he wears on his forehead. Throughout Sol's past, his Dragon Install is steadily becoming closer to his natural Gear form due to the fact that his Gear-Cell suppression device is beginning to malfunction, which is attributed to his body and powers' continuous evolution and growth. So the Dragon Install is the greatest display of his Gear form, but it will one day consume him, and the more he uses it, the faster the Dragon Install will become his true form. Taking on the Gear visage permanently.

This form is a last resort, but it is his trump card when he needs a short term boost of power, This is also the only time when his fire magic can reach upwards of 3,000 degrees. Melting and burning everything around him when he begins to fight in this form. When he transforms into the Dragon, he is no longer worried about collateral damage, and is seeking to kill his opponent at all cost.

SKILLS:

Strong - Sol Badguy is very strong for his size, as most fighting game characters tend to be.
Clever - Sol is brash, but deceptively intelligent. He hides it well, but he can analyze a situation with gut instincts, and often ends up being right without any proof of how.

FLAWS:

Lecherous - Sol has a thing for the ladies, often getting into trouble when he hits on them at inappropriate times. Even getting seduced or manipulated by more nefarious females.
Cooldown - When using high level Materia, it cannot be used again until it recharges. Though it does not take too long, the cooldown time can feel like an eternity in a battle.
Meltdown - When in the Dragon Install, Sol begins to break down his body. It is very powerful, but will take a toll on his body almost immediately. While in Dragon Install, Sol will begin to loose health.

Oh hey, Sol looks pretty nice! His and Muffet's skills will definitely compliment eachother, something I think might be very important in this kind of game. His attacks are powerful, but generally slow and use a whole buncha fire magic. Muffet's attacks, on the other hand, hold people in place and are resistant to magic, but weak in terms of damage. It's a very good pairing!

I'd like to try to put together a writeup for Midna.

EDIT:

@BlueNova: How hard would it be to get some of Giovanni's clone balls? I was thinking of storing some of Muffet's spiders in them as time goes on.

Since you are under him, not very hard at all.
Just as lightsabers will come easy for Darth Isabella
Final Fantasy Materia will come easy for Sol Badguy
Spells for Morinth, etc...

Getting a hold of things from someone who is not your master is the hard part, as they need to come from another one of their people, or are very expensive.

Oh! By the way Barbara, I think you missed Embrace's appearance in her Bio!

Dhi

Princess Midna
MASTER: Sylvanas Windrunner

HOMEWORLD: The Twilight Realm, a shadow of Hyrule inhabited by twisted beings with dark sorcerous blood, and despite recent shakeups, ruled by Midna.

APPEARANCE: Midna is tall- estimates range anywhere from 6' to 6'4" depending on her headdress. Her body is long and lean, with skin a ghostly ash, patterned with lines of blue plasma where her power pulses, from elbow to wrist and at her right thigh. Night eyes amber on yellow are always smiling, impish and clever, crowded by fiery orange hair made all the more vvid for her natural lack of color. She's fond of impressive headdresses, sensual cloaks, and diaphanous shadowstuff leaving it ambiguous whether she is clothed or not.

SEXUALITY: Lesbian.

PERSONALITY: The Twilight world is governed by fear as much as the world of light is governed by love; it moves and motivates a woman like Midna like hot coals under her heels. An ever present sense of humor masks this insecurity, making her aloof, quick with a quip, a shadow player. At heart she is still a spoilt princess, wiser now with her methods but no less pleased to bring the powerful to heel and have her way. Beyond this, Midna is a gossip, a schemer, a cruel mistress, but also fiercely protective of her own- protective enough to sacrifice her happiness, her freedom, and her life.

HISTORY: In the end, there was no redemption for the Twilight Princess. Everything she'd learned and experienced outside the Twilight Realm, all of her growth as a person was undone in a bittersweet moment when she returned through the gate into Twilight and shattered it completely, forever separating the two worlds.

It had been no small journey to cross that threshold. Usurped from her throne as sorcerer-princess of the shadowy Twili, her powers had been stripped from her, her beautiful body diminished to the form of an impish goblin, and she had fled to preserve her own life over the fate of her people. In exile she had met a hero, and shared his hopeless defense against the world of Hyrule. She came to see its people through his eyes, and one by one to care for them until her cowardice shamed her. The hero's bravery she had twisted to her own ends grew in her heart, and when the final conflict between hero and villain came, Midna laid given her life to protect her friends.

Then she was resurrected, unshackled, a greater person and more glorious creature both light and dark, a piece of Link, a piece of Zelda, a true leader for the Twili. Why then had she shattered the gate?

Perhaps there's no changing the heart of a woman, and for all her understanding, only raw power and ambition spoke to Midna. Perhaps she realized the only way to unite her wicked people was through conquest. In darkness, in secrecy, in isolation, a mysterious man from beyond the Veil came to her with stories of a damned Banshee Queen fueled by loss and hatred, a beautiful, tragic creature who alone could complete her. Midna's heart was stirred. With all of the dark magics of the Twili at her command, Midna once again sought to breach the shadow world and enter another- this time not neighboring Hyrule, but beyond the Veil, into countless worlds yet unknown.

POWERS:
Shadow Magic, allowing Midna to meld with or alter shadows in different ways, such as traveling along unbroken shadows like an electric current, animating shadows in semisolid shapes, and appearing as a shadow herself.

Levitation, holmes.

Endless Knight, a contingency which allows her to resurrect after death within the Banshee Queen's castle

SKILLS: Ambitious, Cunning, Beast Empathy, Natural Camouflage

FLAWS: Ruled By Fear, Sardonic, Vulnerable To Light

INVENTORY: Nothing yet, but just you wait!

Dunno! Silenced pistol, maybe? An uzi? Something sleek - possibly muffled - so midna can quickly pop out of a shadow and fill a suprised enemy with daylight darknight.

Look at all these beautiful people! ... I'd kidnap them all. Or at least throw my hat into the ring?

BOWSER KOOPA
MASTER: Ganondorf, Lord of Power

HOMEWORLD: Super Mario World. With Mario the first of the heroes to fall after the Lifting of the Veil, Bowser and his Koopa Troop were finally able to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom. Their victory was short-lived, however, as Ganondorf and his dark armies soon fought them for control of their own world. The King of the Koopas has since lost his throne to Ganondorf, and has been pressed into his service.

APPEARANCE: Bowser is a perhaps best described as an anthropomorphic turtle-dragon. He possesses a massive, muscular body protected by a large, spiked turtle shell. A shock of red, fiery hair crowns his head, sharing space with large horns, and a snout not unlike that of a snapping turtle's belies a mouth filled with sharp teeth. His eyes are blue when he is calm or at ease, but become red when he is made angry or feeling aggressive. His hands and feet are clawed, and his long, thick tail is spiked like his shell. He is comfortable in any sort of clothing, or when wearing nothing at all; though he is frequently found wearing at least a spiked collar and spiked arm bands to protect the major, vulnerable arteries on his throat and arms.

SEXUALITY: The King of the Koopas takes whatever the King of the Koopas wants. Although he's partial to princesses and other dainty-looking things, as far as he's concerned anything that arouses him is worth a screw--and he's sired many children as a result of this charming outlook on life.

PERSONALITY: Bowser is impetuous, reckless, self-centered, and arrogant. He believes himself the rightful ruler of not only his Homeworld, but all of the worlds beyond it. He takes pleasure in "being the villain," and makes no pretense of being a good guy. That said, he is not without his virtues. He values the Koopa race, and views himself as the protector of his people, as well as those peoples who have allied themselves to the reptile nation. He has repeatedly worked with other villains, and even heroes, to achieve his ends, and is the picture of pragmatism in this way. He also seems to value "love" and the institution of "marriage." Indeed, perhaps the deaths of Mario and Princess Peach Toadstool are half the reason he despises his "master" as much as he does?

HISTORY: After robbing him of his nemesis, Ganondorf conquered Bowser's Homeworld. Let it not be said that the King of the Koopas went down without a fight, for the struggle was prolonged and violent. Eventually, though, Ganondorf prevailed, largely destroying the Mushroom Kingdom and the armies of the Koopa Troop. But seeing in the massive, powerful reptile that was their king a useful tool, Ganondorf elected to leave Bowser alive. A magical collar, it was thought, would keep him loyal. And for a time, it did.

Fortunately for Bowser, his age-old friend and ally, a powerful magician named Kamek, was able to reverse the spell and unbind his collar. But as his armies had been scattered, and his castle and kingdom destroyed, Bowser had little choice but to carry on playing the role of Ganondorf's loyal servant and enforcer. As such, he for now bides his time, waiting and watching for a moment to strike back against his "master," and to take from him all that is rightfully his--the Mushroom Kingdom, the armies of darkness, and the power to rule the multiverse.

Ganondorf presently underestimates Bowser's intellect, seeing him as more of a monster than anything else, and relies on him to act as the brawn for many of the plots of the Dark Council. Given the freedom that comes with being seen as "the big, stupid one," the once and future King of the Koopas plans, for now, to build alliances and a network of informants and resources that will, one day, allow him his coup.

POWERS:

"What A Beast!:" Bowser's chief power is that he is, well, extraordinarily powerful. He is enormously strong--capable of breaking through walls and manhandling creatures many times his own size--and resistant to damage. He has survived electrocution, being engulfed in magma, all sorts of explosions, falls from great height, and other nasty things that might well destroy a lesser being. His shell in particular is impervious to most types of damage, but even his unprotected body resists hurts. His clawed hands and feet are useful for slashing and slicing, but his powerful punches, tackles, and body slams are no less efficient at putting down threats.

"That's Pretty Hot!:" Bowser is able to breathe fire, and he is extremely proud of that fact. Depending on his intentions and the placement of his foes, he can either ejects balls of fiery plasma over long distances or produce a shorter-ranged but continuous blast of flame from his mouth (which lasts until he runs out of breath). For the most part he has control over his fiery breath, but when throwing a tantrum or otherwise excited he will sometimes breathe smoke or emit sparks as he stomps and shouts around the room.

"Collared and Claimed!:" Ganondorf's gift to Bowser was unintentional, but rather useful. When Kamek unlocked the collar that Bowser wears, he did so by making the magic recognize Bowser as its owner instead of Ganondorf. As a result of this, the collar itself is still perfectly useful when placed on others--it just binds them in loyalty to Bowser instead of Ganondorf.

SKILLS: Bowser is terrifying for most people, regardless of their Homeworld, and is perfectly capable of intimidating them with his size, his force of will, and his frightening appearance. He is also a strong military leader, a surprisingly good poet and singer, and a skilled close-quarters fighter. He understands magic and technology quite well, and has frequently utilized both to change his shape (in particular his size), to allow him transport (he is especially fond of flying machines and airships), and to arm his allies (with cannons, magic potions, mechanized robots, and more).

Bowser is a very good swimmer, utilizing his powerful tail and clawed limbs to maneuver through water much better than humans and their ilk, and the capacity of his lungs not only serves his fire-breathing but also allows him to remain underwater (or out in the vacuum of space) for minutes at a time. Finally, Bowser has a hearty and lasting constitution: He resists poisons and fatigue, and can keep himself going at any physical exertion long past what would leave others exhausted.

FLAWS: Bowser's great size and protective shell comes at a cost, and he's a bit slower and less agile than most. He's not easy to take down, but he sure is easy to hit. His distinctive appearance also makes it difficult for him to be inconspicuous, and stealth is not really his "thing." His berserk rages can also have unforeseen collateral damage if allies aren't there to rein him in, such as accidentally bringing down buildings or bursting through life-sustaining airlocks.

Mentally, Bowser is easy to seduce, trick, and incite. Flattery gets you everywhere with him, and despite his pragmatic outlook and occasional cleverness, he still seems to fall for the "oldest trick in the book"-style gimmicks. He can also be taunted into breaking rank and rushing on in, potentially springing traps and ambushes--though more often than not those who utilize this strategy against him find that they've bitten off more than they can chew.

INVENTORY: When not fighting with his bare hands, Bowser likes to utilize a Chain Chomp as his weapon of choice, spinning it and hurling it at his enemies like some sort of sentient flail with snapping jaws. He also tends to carry several Bob-ombs on missions, for when his brute force just isn't enough to break down barriers.

Yes, I could change it to where Batman died and Joker went even more bananas! Though would it be alright under Shao Kahn? I am open to allowing others at this point, but if you pick Shao Kahn that makes it perfectly matched. It could be "Killing Joke" style, or it could be that Joker killed him with his own hands, or someone else messed up a "good thing" he had going.

I was really hoping someone would play Bowser! Now for the Collar, that is a great idea, however, it will not work 100% of the time. Like for boss fights and stuff, but most of the time it will. Use against Player characters would be risky, because it would be 50/50 and others may not like whats going on... or like it too much LOL!

If you are okay with  that addendum, Bowser is approved!

Quite OK with it! I think we're all used to bosses being immune to most of the really good status effects. ;)

And I would never use it against another player without their out of character go-ahead.

Bosses are indeed notoriously strong against status effects, so I'm not too surprised Bowser's no different.  That and I've been a long time fan of Mario like most people I'm sure, so I'm all for having the big guy around.  However, while I am totally cool with the collar idea, Morinth wouldn't be so happy with it I think if he tried to use it on her.  She might skip her usual foreplay and go right for the buffet.   ;D >:)

It may be best to keep smutspiration in PM? Rather than it being the focal point that people discuss in the recruitment thread? May give the wrong idea.

EDIT:  Now you have a reason to PM Blue Nova since this could be considered offensive, although it wasn't meant to be.

Vergil, there is a reason why i tried to find a compromise in PMs. Throwing your dirty laundry out in the threads is one reason why I had to take a hiatus from GPaW... щ(ಥ益ಥщ).

However, since you want this public, very well. Most people want the game to be a certain way and not play with others that want it another way. You an very kind guy and bubbly guy Vergil but this is not the game for you. I won't kick you out of GPaW, but I will ask you not to join this one please.

Vergil1989

Well since I haven't been posting in GPaW since way back in August or something it's not that big a deal right now anyway, but thank you for your compassion Blue.  I already sent a PM saying I wasn't joining this one anyway, but just so there's no confusion, I already know this isn't GPaW.  I only said that if this was anything LIKE the game we came from then no, smut wouldn't be a part of this so much.  As for whatever else I might have said to offend, I do apologize for that, but as I also said in PM, I won't worry about continuing to post here because I'll apparently have to censor myself far more than I normally do.  So good luck, have fun, and I won't be seeing you around in this one.

Well, I'm still hoping for an answer to my previous question. Could do with some advice, since I think I'd be nice not to have two player characters serve the same master. :)

This sounds interesting... Would you consider Catherine (from the video game of the same name) a villain? And which master would she serve?

I suggest Sylvanas, Minerva!  It makes sense for Catherine, and I believe that Blue would agree that she definitely counts as a villain.

Blue Nova

Agreed, she would probably be under Sylvanas.

After a quick inventory, it looks like Alduin's the last slot not claimed (assuming nobody drops out before the game goes live, and assuming Blue doesn't start accepting "doubles"):

Ganondorf - Chronoclasm
Dracula - Rel Mayer
Shao Kahn - Aiden
Diablo - BarbaraGordon
Alduin -
Sovereign - Niki315
Darth Revan - Bibliophilia
Giovanni - FarFetched
Albert Wesker - Lustful Bride
Sarah Kerrigan - Red Lobster
Sylvanas Windrunner - Dhi
Sephiroth - Blue Nova

I don't know anything about Catherine, but would dragon shouts serve her well? ::)

Catherine is this wonderful character that puts her boyfriend through trials and tribulation to see if he's really serious about her.

It's kinda hilarious. If here is a council member that has something to do with psyche, that would work well!

Miraak
MASTER: Alduin

HOMEWORLD: The world of Tamriel has been at war for many years between men and mer of all races and nationalities, vying for dominance. But there is one irrefutable fact: The Dragons rule the land with an iron fist. Or did until the knowledge of the Thu'um was bestowed upon a dark and violent Dragon priest known as Miirak.

APPEARANCE: Tall, elegant, handsome in a brutal sort of way, Miraak stands apart from most creatures, man, beast or deity. He has a powerful presence, his eyes, the color of a winter sky, well capable of making any man to cower, no matter his bravery or standing. His deep voice has commanded dragons to come down from the sky, and has little issue in making common mortals to bend to his will. He is an Altmer Elf, and as such has the traditional pointed ears and long flowing hair of a white/blonde shade, and built tall and lean.

SEXUALITY: Fluid

PERSONALITY: Miraak is a very arrogant and rash individual, believing that his Dragonborn heritage sets him above his former dragon masters. Miraak proves to be fiercely independent and seems to be motivated solely by his lust for power. This can be seen not only through his initial betrayal of the Dragons at the height of their power, but also through his ease in the manipulating and almost destroying of his fellow Dragon Priests. Ultimate Power is his aim, and nothing will stop him from achieving it.

HISTORY: During the period of time when dragons ruled over mortals, Miraak served as a dragon priest on the island of Solstheim. He came into possession of a Black Book which in turn led him to servitude under Hermaeus Mora, the Daedric Prince of Knowledge and Fate, who taught him a means to great power: a dragon shout capable of bending dragons to his will.

With this forbidden knowledge in his possession, Miraak turned on his dragon masters, using it, and his power as Dragonborn, to devour their souls to become ever more powerful. During the Dragon War, the ancient Nord heroes Hakon One-Eye, Gormlaith Golden-Hilt, and Felldir the Old had pleaded for Miraak to use his power as Dragonborn to assist them in defeating Alduin. However, Miraak refused to do so and instead attempted his own rebellion against the dragons. Because of his betrayal, the dragons razed his temple on Solstheim.

His rebellion was unsuccessful and he was defeated by another Dragon Priest named Vahlok who was then made his jailor, restraining him to Solstheim. Other accounts mention that just as Vahlok was about to kill Miraak, Hermaeus Mora saved him by transporting him to the realm of Apocrypha. The truth was far more complex, as he tumbled through the void and into the Veil.

POWERS:
Thu'um: With the voices of dragons, Miraak can breathe fire, ice or lightning, move with the speed of the wind, tearing the world asunder with a whisper, among many, many other skills. He possessed it before, but as a (temporary) servant of Alduin, it has been improved in power, control and diversity.

Silver Tongue: A part of his gift from Alduin, the Thu'um enters his voice even as he speaks, bending minds and thoughts to his will with only his words. Only the strong of mind can resist his influences, and even then, it requires a great deal of conscious mental, and even physical effort to fight against his influence.

Magic: Trained in the arts of magic, Miraak has no compulsion over using it, from the simplest spells to the darkest arcane incantations to achieve his goals.

SKILLS:
Leadership: A charismatic leader even before Alduim made him magnetic, he has a capacity for great thought, especially when it comes to all matters military. Tactics, both on the battlefield and in rooms of power, come as a second nature to him, and he always has a knack for drawing the most out of his followers.

Melee: While mildly gifted in the field of ranged combat, Miraak transcends the concept of melee warfare. As a fighter, his fighting style is beautiful, poetry in motion, almost masking his brutal efficiency, speed and deadly purpose. Miraak knows or has known an equal to his prowess with any weapon.

FLAWS:
Arrogance: Despite his great intelligence, or perhaps because of it, Miraak has difficulty with the concept that he might be wrong in any way. As such, if he is manipulated, he will be incapable or unwilling to see it, as he believes that he would have seen through any attempt at manipulation.

Weakness: While he is incredibly fast and agile, Miraak isn't very physically strong. In melee, it works out for him, but it also means that heavy armor on a strong opponent would make it difficult for him to end the fight quickly. In close quarters, where his speed might be hampered and agility lost, he would be at a definite disadvantage.

INVENTORY: Perhaps the most significant piece of Miraak's inventory is his sword (Pictured). Called Lightfang, the blade was forged from the bones of a dragon, the greatest that Miraak ever killed, and infused with the heart of a Daedric prince. While possessed of no particular enchantments, it functions like a staff, allowing Miraak to focus his Magica through it, making for many hundreds of different incantations to be applied to it with a whisper. It is also nigh-unbreakable, be it with heat, cold, magic or other weapons. It is a hand-and-a-half sword, long and yet light in Miraak's hands and heavier than a mountain in the hands of any other.

I like it Bane, he seems very versatile too. The only thing i need is how he came to be in Alduin's service, after Alduin ate/fused with Hermaeus Mora. Other than that I approve this.

Catherine
Catherine
MASTER: Sylvanas Windrunner

HOMEWORLD: The Golden Playhouse (from the video game Catherine). It's been five years since Vincent married Katherine, Catherine's love rival. Life is as normal and she is just about getting over the fact that Vincent has chosen Katherine over her. Astaroth and Dumuzid are not conducting the Nightmare trials, and so does not require her services to lure men into the trials. So, out of boredom, Catherine decides to skip town.

APPEARANCE: Catherine can change her looks at will, but currently favours the appearance that Vincent (the only human she ever had the teensiest feelings of love for) liked. Fair skin, blue eyes and blonde hair in curly pigtails. Despite being told that white was not an appropriate colour for a villain, she continues to wear it, though not always in the usual form of a lacy dress and thigh-highs. She sometimes reverts to her succubus form too: humanoid with two curly ram horns, same blonde hair, but with red eyes, and white skin with black stripes (see below).

SEXUALITY: Pansexual, though she prefers girls, and, recently, men who know what they want and are not afraid to go for it.

PERSONALITY: Catherine is cheerful and enigmatic. She loves to flirt and be flirted with, though she does not have the commitment for a long term relationship. She gets along well with others as long as she recognises what's in it for her. However, when things don't go her way, she can sometimes turn nasty. After all, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

HISTORY: Catherine is a succubus who sometimes visits the mortal realm out of boredom. Her hobbies usually revolve around seducing men, then dumping them when she tires of them. Periodically, she teams up with Astaroth and Dumuzid, who conduct the Nightmare trials to rid the mortal realm of unfaithful men, or men who are not interested in having children, since they are threat to the traditional family unit. Astaroth, an avatar of Ishtar, the Goddess of Fertility, masterminds these trials by giving these men terrible dreams, in which they are forced to climb towers (designed by Dumuzid) or fall to their deaths. If they survive a trial, they live to see another day and return to climb again the next night. If they don't survive, well, they die for real. Catherine's role was to recruit these men by seducing them and testing their faithfulness to their girlfriends and wives.

But after several centuries of doing this, Catherine wondered if there is more to life than seducing men and playing video games with Daddy. With the lifting of the Veil, Catherine's Homeworld was not affected. The Alliance deemed it as a low-risk since the bad guys weren't doing bad things at the time, and let's be honest, those men who got Nightmares weren't entirely innocent of cheating on their ladies. However, Catherine became intrigued by the worlds outside hers. Without telling anyone about it, she decided to cross through the Veil, just for fun. She chanced upon a social event that also happened to be a recruitment and networking session for the Dark Council. There she met Sylvanas Windrunner, whom she felt an immediate bond of camaraderie for. Catherine let men use her to fulfil their fantasies; Sylvanas was used by men. Catherine was a demon; Sylvanas was undead. Catherine prized her freedom above all; Sylvanas desired her freedom above all. Avowing to help Sylvanas break free from her bonds to Diablo, Catherine pledged allegance to her.

Describe your character's back story. Was he exiled from his homeworld, or is it currently at war, or contested somehow. Perhaps fate has designed that the darkness prevailed in your world. Whatever you would like, explain how it happened here. Then how you ended up serving the Dark Council.

POWERS:

Shapeshifting - Catherine can appear in any form that she chooses.

Empath - Catherine cannot read other people's thoughts exactly, but she can sense their desires and emotions. Ever since starting her training with Sylvanas, she has learnt to influence others with mind control. It comes pretty natural to her, anyway, since she is used to getting what she wants.

Endless Knight - Particularly useful for the physically delicate Catherine. Endless Knight makes her practically immortal, and grants her some skill with weapons. What is a knight without weaponry skill?

SKILLS: Manipulative, strong-willed, charismatic, beautiful (seductive, really), fist-fighting (no kidding, this girl can pack a punch).

FLAWS: Compulsive (and flighty), sociopath, physically delicate.

INVENTORY: A bow and a quiver of arrows, though her skill with them would embarrass her Master. She's better with the pair of daggers she carries on her hip, under the red ribbon belt (+10 seduction) she wears around her waist.

I like it!! but may I add some suggestions? For instance, her first power, perhaps could have something to do with entering dream, just to make it fit with the video game. It is your choice, but I thought i might throw this out there.

Dreamscape - Catherine can enter the dreams of her targets, and even bring things into the dream. Depending on the power of the target she can use this power to learn about her victim, or even control their thoughts and desires. She need not be anywhere near them when she does this, only know where they are, and send her astral projection to their location. However, she can also use this on a fully conscious person, but she must be within line of sight.

Something like this could be great for missions, where she takes the entire party into the dream of a powerful combatant and breaks their resolve, or enters alone and seduces the virtuous into debauchery.

First off. Thank you to everyone who helped me make this sheet. I know my muse was a bit on the low side (and sheet making isn't my favorite thing), so I don't wanna specially call you out for your excitedness and support but I DO APPRECIATE IT! Whew, finally posted though!

Blue Nova there is an extra flaw added. Considering an extra strength. Would love to know your thoughts.

Bayonetta

MASTER: Dracula, Lord of Shadow

HOMEWORLD: Bayonetta Homeworld is a place where Angel's are the main antagonists to the demons. She is one of the last two surviving Umbran Witches, which are vastly powerful in their world. Her homeworld can seem vastly different and a bit more random and chaotic, which makes her a bit 'over the top' compared to some of her crewmates.

APPEARANCE: Bayonetta is a beautiful woman with a slender yet curvy figure much like the other Umbra Witches in her clan. Bayonneta is not a stranger to using her body to get what she wants, and isn't afraid to show her sexuality. She has black hair sometimes wrapped into a beehive-like hairdo. Gray eyes with a beauty mark on her cheek, next to her lips. Her main attire is composed of a skin-tight suit made out of her hair that has a rose design on the abdomen with long white gloves, black and gray heels, thin gold chains, three small belts strapped on each arm, and a pair of gold, cat-shaped earrings. Her signature look is made from her glasses that have the design of butterfly wings close to the lenses. Bayonetta wears an Umbran Watch over her bust that contains a red jewel thought to be the Left Eye. Four metal symbols are attached to her hair, three of them in the shape of the crescent moon and the other is the symbol of the Umbra Witches.

SEXUALITY: Bisexual

PERSONALITY: Bayonetta is a character whose approach to her deal with Inferno is one of casual disregard. Often treating her weapons as mere tools to get the job done, save for her favorite set of guns, she appears to enjoy her situation as a way to vent her hidden sadistic nature. She rather enjoys fighting angels in a playful yet brutal manner and she maintains her cool even when up against powerful angels such as the Auditio. Bayonetta tends to operate alone and prefers to do things by herself if going on a mission or adventure, and not get encumbered by other people, at least initially. She can also be construed as somewhat impatient, especially towards the more "talkative type" of enemy.

Most of all she is utterly playful when it comes to her prey. Considering that she is under Dracul, she is a vampire that needs constant blood to maintain her youth. The thirst is real and more than ever Bayonetta uses her sex appeal to lure people in and feed. Although some people would see it as a curse, it's among one of her favorite things to do.

HISTORY: Also known as Cereza, she is a coquettish and mysterious Umbra Witch, who possesses a remarkable talent for the Bullet Arts. After a 500 year slumber in a coffin submerged at the bottom of a lake, Bayonetta battled against the angelic hordes of Paradiso in order to discover the truth about her past and what she had forgotten during her sleep. Bayonetta later rescued her friend Jeanne, her clan sister who was taken to the realm of Inferno.

However, her victory was short lived. It only took a few days rummaging through the reaches of video game planets and worlds that she stumbled on Dracul's lair. The cocky woman got in a bit over her head, and what she had assumed would be a good fight turned out to change everything that she was. A new breed of witch was formed. A witch that needed blood to live off of to maintain her youth and beauty, but she had more powers than the other witches. This new thirst lead to not only becoming more established in her stance of witch, but it also caused her mind to loose a bit of her morals. What was good anymore? What was right? Killing mortals seemed innocent enough, since she had been accustomed to angels and demons before.

Now she thirsts for power along with blood, and she stop at nothing to get exactly what she wants and do Dracul's bidding. For she is now bonded to him, even if she unwillingly accepted his vampire gift.

POWERS:

Supernatural Transformation - Bayonetta can transform into a succubus-like vampire, with the ability to feed off of those she drinks the blood of. She gains enhanced strength and speed, as well as the ability to drain her victims for more. Gaining more magical and psychical power with every victim, but only for a short amount of time. The length of the drain depends on how much contact she had with them. A touch may only be a few seconds, a kiss a few minutes, while drinking their blood would last several minutes.

Umbra Witch - Bayonetta can use magic in particular ways. Able to manipulate her hair to form anything from tendrils to clothing. As well as having a few animal transformations; such as the Panther, Crow, Bat, and Snake. She has knowledge of the dark arts, but her magic is more of a natural talent, than a dedicated study.

Umbran Climax - This allows all of her attacks for a short time to summon unique Wicked Weaves, such as Madama Butterfly's fists, feet and even head along with huge plant-like vines for the new whips and white spectral blades for her swords. Finishing moves on combos were also revealed to fully summon the Infernal Demons. She unleashes an devastating combo of demon attacks, claws, and teeth. Then towards the ends of the blitz finishes off her enemies with the summons of infernal demon.

SKILLS:

Agile - Bayonetta is extremely light on her feet, as most dancers are. She has an inhuman balance and dexterity, which she loves to show off in her fighting styles.
Marksman - Bayonetta is an incredible shot with her pistols, capable of shooting an opponents from dozens of yards away between the eyes, while she is spinning in a pirouette.
Seductress - She is very good in the art of seduction, capable of tempting a man or woman with just polite conversation and body language. This also helps her to read their desires in social situations.
Intelligent - The Umbran Witch has lived for hundreds of years, and gained much knowledge in her travels around the Homeworlds, not just her own. She is poised and articulate in her mannerisms to reflect this intellect.

FLAWS:

Weak - The Umbran Witch is not very strong physically and often requires magic to do the heavy lifting for her, though magic cannot be used for every situation.
Mana - Bayonetta has a limited amount of time she can use her Umbran Witch powers, and must replenish her magic by draining others.
Dependent - She has a little girl she must attend to on a fairly regular basis, Cereza. Who is actually her from a different time line, ever since they crossed the Veil that is.
Addiction - The Umbran Witch has gained great power under Dracul, and gains more still with everyone she drains. However, she has grown addicted to the process, and the desires grows further when draining too many in succession.
Dracul - He's the man who changed her and this Dark Council member has very high influence over her. One could even say she doesn't say no to anything he ever says.

INVENTORY: Love is Blue and Scarborough Fair gun sets, several Accessories, and a Tome of Witchcraft, and the Umbran Armor (currently reclaimed by the Dark Council)

Quotes

Bayonetta
"You've played enough hide and seek, my scurrying little friend!"
"I'm sorry. I forgot to mention one of the reasons I hunt your kind. You're much too ugly not to put out of your misery."
"You know, you're not nearly so ugly when you're screaming."
"Yours is a face only a mother could love, and one I could never forget. If only I could remember where from…"
"I'm not much for the talkative types. How about we have a little fun, instead? You did plan on having fun with me, right? There'll be plenty of time for pillow talk afterwards."
"Bugger! And I didn't make any time for pillow talk."
"Hello there, Cheshire!"
"How odd. You seem to know where I'm going before I do. Yet you don't seem to know how to drive a car in a straight line."
"Oh my… That was bloody amazing."
"Another one looking to line his pockets. Huh, I'm beginning to see why Enzo is so fond of you.
"I feel like a fucking celebrity in this town."
"Don't worry. It's always scary the first time you see them."
"Now, where are my new best friends? I suppose one of them is an adult, so they should be okay."
"You're absolutely delusional. If I leave her, he'll never shut up about it. And his whining is twice as irritating as anything the child could muster."
"Another talkative type. I don't think I've got time to entertain your blather. I'd much rather hear it straight from your boss."
"So where was I? Oh yes. Your kind invitation. I do hope you've prepared dessert as well. Oh what a lovely tea party! And dancing, too! Cereza, my dear, watch and learn!"
"If there's two things I hate in this world, it's cockroaches and crying babies! Well, a crying baby cockroach would be truly terrible… So don't you dare cry."
"Tentacles! Why did it have to be tentacles?!"
"You know the rules: no cockroaches or crying babies."
"Where the hell am I? I better have got frequent flyer miles for that flight."
"Juu'nen hayain dayo!"
"As long as there's music, I'll keep on dancing."
"I can't help it if I like the little outfits. The toys are nice, too."
“When you love something, never lose it. Understand, little one? You must keep it safe, close to your heart.”
"Put your foot down, Cheshire! I'll take care of our little pest problem."
"I've often seen a girl without lipstick, but lipstick without a girl!? Most curious, isn't it Cheshire?"
"Come now, Cheshire. Look at me. Do I look like I have any interest in children? Now making them… Well, that's another story."
"In the language of flowers, rosemary equates to remembrance… Suits me now, doesn't it?"
"Do you naughty little angels deserve a good spanking?!"
"Let's dance, boys!"
"I should have been a pole dancer!"
"Don't fuck with a witch!"
Bayonetta 2
"You know what I need? Some heels without guns."
"A Lumen Sage… cheeky! No one bothered telling me any of your kind survived."
"Now than you mention it...I still haven't quite figured out how a broke, bumbling wise guy managed to turn himself into a semi-respectable family man."
"You know, I try to avoid doing this in my Sunday best."
"This is why I never buy anything on sale..."
"Now it's time to be naughty."
"I'm not one for pets who don't listen to their masters.
"Let the real Santa take care of the presents. Now let's go."
"I can't believe you, Enzo. I didn't know the in-flight service was exclusive to fat Italians."
"Sorry, Enzo, this is where I get off. Say hi to the wife and kids for me!"
"Jeanne...I'm on my way. Just behave yourself for a bit longer."
"I'm afraid I don't have time to dance too long. A friend is waiting for me."
"You seem to have skipped school the day they taught basic negotiation skills. You're supposed to negotiate from a position of strength, little one. Not just be a one trick pony."
"More tricks, little magician? Maybe you've got more to offer than I expected. For the time being though, stay here and don't get frisky."
"Just don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong, Cheshire."
"Where did you learn that trick, little one? I've never seen a witch--or a sage, for that matter-- pull off something like that."
"Right, let's go. I've got a party and I've no intention of being late."
"I don't recall asking for your permission. Oh, and I was wrong about our final destinations. Going down."
"Fuck! The boy! Forgot about that..."
"What kind of adult picks on little children?"
"Trust me, little one, he's not my type."
"Oh my… you're a Lumen Sage!?"
"I think my friends and I might have had a falling out. Why would Infernals be after me...?"
"Good to know some of you are keeping your part of the contract."
"I came to pick up a friend. It's almost her curfew."
"If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were the most persistent stalker I've met yet."
"Wonderful!! That's the second dress in a month!"
Taunts
"Your halo is mine!"
"Bring it!"
"You want to touch me?"
"Come on!"
"I've got a fever, and the only cure is more dead angels!"
"Let's dance!"
"If you need to learn how to talk to a lady, ask your mum!"
"New 'do, dead you."
"Boring."
"You're making it easy!"
"Dreadful!"
"That all you've got?"
"My turn now!"
"Miss Me baby?"
"Don't make me beg."
(when wearing the Chain Chomp Umbran Fragrance) "Mama-mia!"
Activating Witch Time
"Nice try!"
"Not quite!"
"Can't touch me!"
"Too late!"
"So close…"
"Almost!"
"Is that all you've got?"
"Got you!"
Character Selection/Tag Climax
"Ah! You want to play with Bayonetta?"
"You've got the right eye for talent."
"Shall we?"
"Did I hog the spotlight?"
"Do you like my haircut?"
Wicked Weaves
"Die!"
"Flock off!"
"Kiss this!"
"Boom!"
"Twist!"
"I've had enough...of your games!"
"The...end!"
"Smashing!"
"Fire!"
"Bingo!"
"See ya!"
"Excellent!"
"Ta ta!"

Thanks! I was tired and wasn't in an extremely creative mood, but will this do?

Catherine

Also let me know if you like the suggestions minerva, and you might want to take off the Starting Explanatory text from you character sheet lol.

Artorias, the Abysswalker
MASTER: Shao Khan, The Konquerer

HOMEWORLD: Dark Souls – Artorias was one of the first to fall to the infernal abyss. It was an all-consuming Blight that led once-heroes down a path of destruction and mind-altering rampage. Soon enough, the Abyss was all that remained of the world. Abyss and Darkness. Every so often, the curse of Undeath would fall upon the world, and some poor soul would rekindle the light to restart the Abyss’ attempts to smother it endlessly. Every time the Abyss rallied, Artorias was called to fight and kill and die again. It was an ever-repeating, ever-mindless cycle.

APPEARANCE: Artorias, as he is seen by most, is a tall individual with a warrior’s form. His height is exaggerated by the Gift of the Lord Soul Shard, making him stand at an astounding Eight foot tall. His face and body are more often than not covered in the wispy blue cloak and the eroded steel armour, and when he enters into a rage; black smog seems to emanate from his body.

Underneath his armour, Artorias is a strange sight to behold. His skin is a pale white, reminiscent of porcelain. In all other regards, though; he is human. He has black hair, and sick-looking, almost translucent purple eyes, and the physique of a Greek Demigod.

SEXUALITY: Hetrosexual

PERSONALITY: Artorias is a cold individual, quite in contrast to the majority of those who serve under Shao Khan. He is rational to a fault, and as honourable as a once-great Knight could hope to be. Sadly, for his enemies at least, he has been changed by his time as the Abyssal champion. He now relishes in combat and violence, satiated only by the raw rush of death and, occasionally, the caress of a lover; the last lingering memory of an all-but-forgotten lover’s face. Artorias is fiercely loyal to Shao Khan, and serves the man with duty and honour. Artorias rarely rises to insults, and rarely shows emotion beyond mild interest or disinterest. Truth be told, some think that Artorias is all but dead, until they see the glint of hunger in his eyes before a Konquest.

HISTORY: Once upon a time, Artorias was one of the Four Knights of Gwyn. He was the first of his order, and the first to fall to the curse of the abyss, an all-consuming blight which stripped bodies of humanity, rationality, and life. To die at the hands of the Abyss was a fate worse than death, for your body would constantly be shattered against heroes, only to be reformed in different time lines and forced to break again. It was a repeated agony for the once noble knight that drove him to insanity.

It was impossible to tell what happened after he fell to the Abyss. He remembered a great many things: dying the first time, against a noble undead warrior, being resurrected, and dying countless times more. It was a brutal cycle he thought he’d never escape; a microcosm of the world he lived in.

But then, the Dark Council took his world.

It was Shao Khan who fittingly found the berserker Artorias, and it seems that the warrior had struck the Konquerer’s fancy. He made a tournament of battling the rampaging Abysswalker, which saw hundreds die to Artorias’ blade in one-on-one Kombat. Eventually, it was Shao Khan himself that stepped up to Artorias, and it was Shao Khan who bested him. Shao Khan then ordered his mages to strip away enough of the raging Abyss that clung to his soul, and offered Artorias the first taste of freedom he’d had in years. Upon the offer of service, Artorias accepted. He had always served Gwyn faithfully, and yet Gwyn had not saved him. Shao Khan, on the other hand, had. He would make a fine lord.

POWERS:

 • The Abysswalker – Artorias is, even before his time under Shao Khan an absolute monster of Martial Combat. Having mastered several styles of weapon-play, and already bearing the strength to wield a Greatsword the size of a human with one hand, he can crush creatures with his sword, or daze them with his grace and speed. (Huge buffs to Weapon-based combat.)

 • Soul Eater – Artorias’ world thrives upon the currency of the Soul. Souls are used to fuel a person’s strength, as well as to empower their being, preserve their sanity, and trade to others for goods. While most would revile this trait, Shao Khan and his forces celebrate it. Shao Khan himself is a creature who devours souls, after all; so how could he do anything but encourage his newest champion to better himself by devouring the souls of the conquered? (A heightened increase of strength based on defeating and slaying enemies. Souls would require moderation by the GM.)

 • Supernatural Martial Arts – Of the few things Artorias celebrates, it is Martial Combat that most excites him in his second life. Shao Khan offered him training in a form of combat that both further heighted his already powerful swordplay and added a new, dynamic element of hand-to-hand combat to his repertoire.  (Further buffs to Weapon-based combat and a buff to Hand-to-Hand combat.)
SKILLS:

 • Coldly Charismatic – Artorias was once the leader of the greatest order of knights in his Kingdom. It takes an incredible amount of Charisma to unite four powerful knights under a single cause, and while his once legendary Charisma has been diminished by his time as the Abyssal Champion, it still persists.

 • Weapon Master – While Artorias is perhaps most famous for his use of a Greatsword, he has shown to be talented with all forms of martial weapon. Be it his Sword and Shield combination, or the arms of his once-fellows, Artorias can both use any martial weapon, and teach others to do so.

 • Wolfheart – Artorias once held the loyalty of the Great Wolf Sif, a noble and intelligent hound that bonded with the man for his simple, honourable nature. Even tainted as his soul is, Artorias remains a strangely appealing creature to the more feral beasts of the realm, attracting their attention and sparking a kind of kinship with relative ease

FLAWS:
 • Berserker – Artorias is a strange creature, contrasting cold, knightly honour with savage brutality. He struggles to end any altercation without thorough, violently bloodshed; making him of limited use on diplomatic missions, or ones were tactical retreats are required. It would take a staunch ally or a convincing threat to sway him otherwise.
 • Weakened against Magic – Once upon a time, Artorias bore a magical Shield that helped him to wade off magics. Now, without it and with the Abyssal taint on his soul, Artorias is not only vulnerable to magic, he is actively weak against it.
 • Tainted Soul - Artorias' soul has been forever tainted by his time as the Abyssal champion. While this no longer dominates his day-to-day life, it has left him unable to hide from any who can sense souls, and gives him a chilling aura to those who can sense magic.
INVENTORY:
The Greatsword of the Abysswalker – A simple, if not powerful, Greatsword; the Abysswalker’s Blade does not have any special properties other than its sheer quality and strength of craftsmanship.

The Wolf Ring – A ring that was given to him by his once-lord Gwyn, it denotes his Iron Will, and offers no real bonuses to him other than a source of renewed vigour in the face of adversity. It also serves as a memento to his lost companion, Sif.

Holy shit, if it isn't the professional himself.

We would love to have you man!

Also that character sheet is perfect, though i am surprised didn't chose Sylvanas's power (being Dark Souls and all), the story with Shao Kahn is wonderful.

I was considering Sylvanas, but thought I'd go with a different angle instead. Try something a little different, y'know?
