How big was the message, and was it a PM or IM?

Ok I know I am intromitting myself (hope Veks will forgive) and probably I'll be dead wrong but what was the first term of the message?? Was it a word, an icon or something?

It was 74 characters long (I exaggerated with the full but I have sent smaller) and it was a PM.

Drake, it was a '<' and then a '3' - did that bork it? D:

Ok I may be an idiot or a genius, Veks will tell us which case is it. But from time to time I like to PM things like

And I got the same error than you when I started like that. It is like when you start with "<" it gives the error???

But it had be be less-than-three and then the pervy message because if I had done it the other way around it would sound like I only less-than-threed the recipient as an afterthought for the services rendered!

You could always put in a  O8) at the beginning, then the <3.
