Republican Cliff Stearns proposed an amendment to the bill that would give First Responders money to pay for Medical costs.

The Amendment?

First responders, ya know, the people who were on the scene, picking through the rubble, helping find possible survivors and recovering remains, have to be cross checked against a Terrorist watch list first to make sure they aren't a Terrorist.



I...just....WHAT THE ****. :/ Ya know, normally someone would be against this idea..but no, it actually got supported...I just..Wow....

I should add in that it was a Democrat that supported the bill, so everyone is at fault here. :/
