E Going Secure / Not Secure

So we just noticed that seeming randomly E will be "Not Secure" in the browser link thingy.

Chrome gives me this. I am on https

Another user reported that on Firefox it says 'not secure'

The site isn't using a private connection. Someone might be able to see or change the information you send or get through this site.

On some sites, you can visit a more secure version of the page:

Select the address bar.
Delete http://, and enter https:// instead.
If that doesn't work, contact the site owner to ask that they secure the site and your data with HTTPS.

I might be wrong (and I'm sure Veks will be in with the wet noodle if I am ;) ) but I seem to see an association between the 'not secure' message and things like some pages with embedded  images (quoting will bring up that they are http style links instead of https links), and/or pages where there is a hyperlink to a non-secure page (like if someone posts a link in the SB that's the http variety).
