Yeah, I don’t like sexualizing small races and I wish to avoid it.

Anthros are fine.

*makes a note to have Tym and her eidolon walk around stacked under a trenchcoat, then* I mean, nothing wrong with a sexy character who can double as a two-handed improvised weapon for a medium character in my book, but alright. At least it's not elves only or something :-) will just have to save my THOT (that halfling over there) for oyabuns game...

Hmm, just gotta decide between harlot or outlaw.

What kind of Harlot-Outlaw balance are we looking at right now? Could make either one.

Oh, and if you are alright with feminine characters I don't suppose intersex are an option :P?

You can have a feminine male as an outlaw, but please don’t call him “trappy.”

Ok, understood. Can work on char now then :). Will start in tomorrow but I will be playing a femine male kitsune Mesmerist (Fey Trickster Archtype). However a question (albeit matters much later); in 10th level the Fey Veil feature gets following quoted line:

Quote
At 10th level, the fey trickster can make the ally and her aura so attractive or repulsive for 10 minutes that the veil automatically adjusts the moods of those who see the ally and fail their saving throw, as telempathic projection.

Now, any point in archetype it's not explained what the above exactly means. So for purpose of this game what above would exactly mean? Would it work like spells Antipathy/Sympathy? But targeting individual who benefits from the veil (where as these spells normally cannot target a person)? The veil duration would be flat 10 minutes anyways.

Giantmutantcrab

Umm... Anyone got a player's handbook I could borrow?

I’m going to be honest.  I don’t really know what you are talking about.

If you can’t work it out, and you want me to figure it out, we are going to have PROBLEMS!!!  ::insert Oprah::

Don’t ask me to clarify weird Pathfinder rules.  My answer will always be “uh, you better not come here with that $&#%!”

No futas, but a character can switch genders using alter self.  Just no futas.

I will add that the intent of the game is for guys to fuck hot chicks, and hot chicks to be okay with it.

Alright.

Time to start looking for inspiring picture...

Will Outlaws have sexy NPCes to fuck too? Perhaps a dungeon where we can store important plot NPCes?

Ok, here is link to mesmerist class, then here is link archetype associated with it. Basically mesmerist is a class and I have question of a function of one replaced class features in archetype which has no description/detail what it does mechanically.

If we go directly by description then it's merely roleplay fluff; that in 10th level I can make someone 10 minutes hottest thing in entire world (vs people who fail will save) or most revolting thing ever.

We're playing at LEVEL 2.  In an ONLINE GAME. These almost NEVER last long enough for characters to level up ONCE. Why are you worrying about something that happens at LEVEL 10?!

For hope the game lasts longer than expected? Fast progress done by GM decision? I am well aware most games stop/die out before level up, but I do not stop being hopeful.

You're a hopeless optimist. And bad at homework. And asking a GM who hates having to look up spells how a spell works.

It says RIGHT WHERE YOU LINKED IT that it works like telempathic projection. Done.

Ah, my bad. Did not realize it talked about a spell effect already. My bad :P.

Couldn't find him without the gal, but he seemed sexy :P

Thinking some kind of butler dude. A thinking support man with lots of overly elaborate sexy plans to put into harlots' heads to help them (not implying that they would follow any). Maybe an investigator class of some kind.

Sir,

Thank you. Group games with character sheets have always worried me, to be completely honest. My experience in D&D began in the first edition (I'm talking D&D) and was mostly AD&D (THAC0, negative Armor Class and so on). I feel like a fossil when looking at these things.

But I will sit down and make something worth while.

Christ this makes me feel old.

Mr. GM sir?

How are we generating our characters? Random dice roll, point-buy generation?

I'm new to Pathfinder too, as of Phantom's other game. All the info is pretty easy  to read though and that site talks through  things v. clearly

Edit: It's point buy - says so in the information post Phantom made. 25 points for Outlaws, 35 points for Harlots

Ok. So that means that all of the ability scores begin at 10.

And I have 25 points to toss around. So if I buy a statistic at 14, that means the cost is 4? +1, +1, and +2?

Jovialtraveler

Oh, who’s playing an outlaw and who’s playing a harlot?

Madam Striga

I'm going Harlot

And I usually use a point buy calculator, Crab, since I find it easier.

Sain

Will make outlaw Investigator, archetype Empiricist.

I'm not a 'sir' without prior negotiation. ;)

And if you want PhantomPistoleer's attention, USE BOLD.

I have the same experience. Blue box was my start. This isn't all that bad. It's a polished revision of a revision of AD&D (2.0). Some things have changed, some things have not. AC is one of the more obvious ones. Now, negative AC has been done away with and higher AC is better. To hit AC 18 you need to roll 18...And that can include bonuses from strength, spells, dexterity, magic weapons, or whatever. If you've got +6 total bonuses and roll a 12 on a d20, YAY. So in that sense it's in some ways easier to figure.

I strongly suggest you use the calculator which I referred you to. It'll let you quickly and easily swap points around to see what ends up where, and what bonuses result. It doesn't list bonus spells, but it does list the usual ability bonuses (and thank goodness there/s no more 18/42 and BB/LG and all that other crap to deal with!).
