Brother has a  secret fantasy to be with his sister.  He saw her once suck another guys penis by accident and cannot get it out of his mind.  He tells his fantasy to his friend who offers to help, by pretending to be an armed robber who will force his sister to suck his dick at gun point.  The brother is so desperate and drunk when he suggests it he goes along but later sort of regrets it, but now it is too late.  He stages it so he is driving his sister somewhere and his friend pretends to carjacks them as a masked gunman, and forces her at gunpoint to give his brother a blowjob while he is driving, but then takes it too far and forces her to do the same for him.  The brother has to watch and gets upset, but can't reveal that he knows.  He later confronts his friend who turns out to be a real sociopath and who then ends up bribing the brother to get the sister into another situation, but he now wants to take it further.  I am open to how this plays out.
