Dominant in persona and sexuality Reina only takes respect from others but is more than capable of maintaining herself if she comes into contact with shit.

Disadvantages

Materialistic Reina loves the idea of wealth, albeit actually earning it rather than unfairly gaining it. Things that are fancy she will take.
Exhibitionist – She likes being a tease, enjoying how men will eyerape her barely covered body. That is until she reveals her ‘little buddy’ which then becomes the ladies turn to blush.

HISTORY:

Ever since she was a little girl Reina had always wanted to be a marine. She grew up believing in the image of honour and awesomeness the sheer sight of a full-fledged marine exuded during their occasional battleship docking in her small hometown. Eventually she achieved her goal of becoming a marine. At first it was everything she had envisioned. Taking down pirate scum infestations in the Blue seas, she loved her job so much she earned the rank of lieutenant in no time. But as her career wore on Reina was exposed to the dark side of the Navy. Slavery, political corruption and a domineering presence on the seas made her question the organization. Managing to desert the Navy after slicing off the head of her Captain who tried to rape her, Reina sought higher ambitions; things that could only be achieved if she was truly a free wanderer of the seas.

Dream: To become an empress of the seas

Alright, so I got started on one character, but then thought the other might be better, so int he end I fleshed them both out. They're not finished yet, but I figured I'd get some feedback on their concepts before I really delve into the ins and outs of their attacks and abilities.

My preference is for Sheena, but considering she revolves around having a fruit power, I thought it pertinent to put up Salem as well, as an alternative.

Her skin is smooth and pale, and her fugitive lifestyle has made her features stern. Were it not for her molten eyes and flaming hair she’d be a genuine ice queen. Her voice is melodious sounding, but due to the steel in it rather mournful than joyful.

Personality:      Sheena is the kind of women robbed of her childhood and desperate to get it back. She would give anything to be able to sing and dance for her father one more time, or tell him of some new story she found in the library. Unfortunately, this is not the woman she presents to the world. Sheena comes across as stern and often callous. She is driven by logic and rational thought and keeps anything side of her that may be seen as warm or soft a secret. Her life has made her hard and in order to continue to survive in a harsh men’s world she cannot afford to show weakness.

SPECIAL ATTACKS

Henkaku   Transform – Using the power of the Ren Kin no Mi, Sheena can reshape any inanimate object as she sees fit. This ability makes her a world class sculptor if she takes the time for it, but also allows for other nifty tricks.
Engo   Barrier – Sheena can have a wall or shield or barrier jump up or out from any surface she touches, in an instant.
Yari   Spear/spikes – Applying the same principle as Engo she can have narrow poles shout out from any surface, flat or spear tipped, one or many.
Taiho   Entangle – Either by raising the ground or opening it up beneath a target, extruding a wall or pushing someone into one, she can encase them in any matter she touches to trap them. Needless to say, the strength of the prison is determined by the strength of the material used, and if she’s continuously maintaining the entangle or not.
Boketsu   Tunneling – Just like how she pool matter near her to shape it to her will, Sheena can also have it spread to open up, allowing her to essentially tunnel through any non-living wall/floor/ceiling. She can do this quietly by liquifying matter, or have it explode outwards, depending on her mood.

ADVANTAGES

Iron Will   Call it wilfulness or stubbornness, the fact remains that once she has made up her mind there is no changing it.
Eidetic Memory   Sheena is able to recall fine details with startling clarity.
Lightning Calculator   Utilizing her sharp mind she can solve advanced mathematic equations in the blink of an eye.
Intimidating Gaze   With her unique eyes and cool demeanor, Sheena is capable of delivering stares that can send shivers down the spine of even a marine admiral.

DISADVANTAGES

Curious   Sheena has an almost obsessive need to figure out how things work. To the point where it could affect her better judgement.
Harmful Past   There are things that have happened in her past that have traumatized her and also made her a very wanted woman.
Defining Features   With her blood red hair and bright golden eyes Sheena has a tendency to stick out in almost any crowd.
Vengeful   Sheena can ignore many slights, particularly at her own person, but when someone manages to get on her bad side she will not rest until the scales are balanced.
Honorable   She may be stubborn and she may not forgive quickly, but Sheena carries with her the honor and pride instilled into her by her late father.

SKILLS

Scholar   Having had her interest for the sciences tickled at an early age, Sheena spend most of her life gathering books and educating herself.
Sculpting   This may be the one creative art she has indulged herself in over the years. Often when she would be feeling lonely or needed to keep her hands busy she would be cutting figurines from wood or stone. At first this was a way to keep her abilities a secret, while making some money off of it, but later she did used it as a form of therapy and became convinced that anything worth doing would take time.
Sailing   Having spent most of her live aboard one ship or another and seeing fit to educate herself on the working and operations of all of them, she is an excellent sailor.

HISTORY
Somewhere on the Red Line there was a small but rich kingdom by the name of Lucedonia. This kingdom was peaceful and prosperous under the rule of its king. The royal guard, which kept the kingdom safe from invaders, was widely known for its might and fierce loyalty. The head of the guard in particular was a man of great renown. His reputation spread far and instilled fear in the hearts of all who would seek the kingdom harm. And they were many for the kingdom was rumoured to harbor a great treasure, the key to its abundant wealth, a powerful devil fruit. The one to possess the power of the fruit would have all the gold in the world at his or her fingertips, or so the legend stated. The king believed that such wealth could only destroy a man and bring unbalance to the kingdom and its people, so he kept it hidden and well guarded until one fateful day when the absence of the moon heralded the end of the kingdom. It was the long night in which the marines amassed en force and destroyed everything. Every building and every statue was destroyed. Every man, woman and child was killed and the once proud little kingdom of Lucedonia was wiped from the map in just one, dark night.

The whole ordeal began with a visit by a member of the Tenryuubito. The man had caught wind of the fabled treasure and came to see it for himself. Immediately upon arrival the man declared it to be his and demanded it be handed over to him at once. He stated that this little kingdom, lacking the real nobility that only the Tenryuubito possess, was unworthy of having such a treasure. The king, fearing what disasters the power of the fruit might bring in the hands of a Tenryuubito, lied. He tried to explain to his guest that the fruit was merely a fable, that it did not exist, but unfortunately his words went ignored. The Tenryuubito merely smiled and called in one of Marine Headquarters’ Admirals, who he had already standing by, and ordered an invasion of the kingdom.

Acting fast, the king and guards went out to meet the invaders head on in an attempt to buy the head of the guard time to escape with the fruit. After all, if there was no fruit then surely there would be no need to continue the assault. Unfortauntely, they fell easy prey before the might of the Marine Admiral and the head of the guard was soon surrounded, his escape cut off. In a final, desperate attempt to save the kingdom the guard captain entrusted the treasure to his young daughter and moved to stall the invaders. Alas though, even the mighty captain of the guard was no match for the admiral. They fought a long, albeit one sided and bloody, battle which cost the lives of many who ventured too near the two combatants.

Meanwhile, the frightened little girl, not even a teenager, made her way down towards the secret tunnels hidden deep beneath the kingdom. The path seemed clear until she was snatched up by the very same Tenryuubito that ordered the attack. He kicked the child until he could hear her bones break and took the fruit. Her hands were bloody, her ankles twisted and more than one rib broken, but still the girl did not want to fail her father. Biting through the pain and pushing herself beyond what she thought she could bear, the girl made a final wild lunch towards the Tenryuubito and swallowed the fruit, biting the man’s hand bloody in the process. Screaming in outrage, the Tenryuubito bore down on the girl who could do little to defend herself at this point. No one really knows the cause of what happened next, but the floor caved in and gave way. The Tenryuubito managed to jump to safety but the child went crashing down amidst the rocks and rubble.

It took days to clear out all the debris and when the work was finally done, men discovered an ancient tunnel system that went all the way down through the red line and ending at sea level. The girls body was never found, but traces of blood were everywhere. The Tenryuubito put out a search for the child, but it proved futile. After many years, people started to forget about the girl that only few alive had ever really seen.

The girl with the crimson hair, and golden eyes…

DREAM
Sheena wishes to one day be free of the terror of the Tenryubito. Simply living her life in hiding is not an option, not while the world is suffering the torment of the most elitist of families. She realizes that her dream might be too big for her, but if she can make large enough waves then there might come a time when the world government will be free of the whims of its founders and can dedicate itself to be a true force of peace keeping.

OTHER NOTES
Sheena is a devil fruit user and has been for most of her life. Unlike what the legends had people believe the power of the fruit did not grand gold, not exactly. The fruit, the Renkin no Mi bestowed upon her the ability to alter the shape of any non-living matter she touches.

Education:   Delmarian Philosophy amounts to what many would describe as an almost hedonistic way of life. The people are raised to be open-minded, free and caring, but most of all to embrace the positive aspects of life. As a result Salem is a free, if somewhat untamed, spirit who often takes things as they are whilst giving everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Shigure Soen Ryu is an old martial arts passed down through generations amongst the people of Del’Mar. It is said to have its roots in Fishman Karate back from the time when the islands were still submerged, but that it has since adapted to surface use. The art revolves around the reading and redirecting of forces by studying the currents and flow of wind and water. The result being that masters of the art can hold their own against opponents several times more powerful because they use their own strength against them, a necessity for a people physically weaker than their ocean dwelling counterparts and the beasts surrounding the archipelago.

Appearance:   Salem is a healthy looking man possessing a warrior’s physique. His skin is a tanned, mocha color which contrasts with his unkempt silvery white shoulder length hair. He has a handsome face with surprisingly soft features, which is almost perpetually smiling, and framing the most intense, practically glowing, sea green eyes. The man is very warm blooded like most of his people, with a naturally high body temperature and his voice is deep, yet clear sounding with a hint of a musical accent. Strangely enough, the man knows how to conduct himself polite and chivalrous due to a childhood obsession with knightly stories and can thus come across as uncharacteristically eloquent.

Salem finds most clothes to be unnecessarily restrictive, but acknowledges that many societies are a lot less liberal than his own and therefor resigns himself to wearing somewhat appropriate pieces. In general he can be seen wearing loose shorts or a sarong and a baggy shirt or robe.

Ons/Offs:      Salem enjoys whatever feels good and strikes his mood. Sometimes that’s giving it to a woman and other times that’s taking it from a man, or vice versa. He does not discriminate against other species either.
Wealth Level:   Salem’s possessions are only what he needs and the rest he gladly shares with others.   
Personality:      Salem is not only a man of the sea, but in many ways he is like the sea, calm and serene most of the time, open and inviting. He can be played with, and provide for you, but one should never forget that a sea can be dangerous and relentless as well. The young islander is the living embodiment of freedom, acceptance, and happiness. He rarely allows stress to take root and is known to give in to his urges and desires abundantly, which can make him appear whimsical and aloof. He also has a tendency to get lost in his thoughts and dreams which often result into him physically getting lost or bumping into people.

Despite his extrovert personality Salem is a man of surprisingly few words, however, communicates entire stories through body language, facial expressions, and especially meaningful looks and gazes. Underneath this carefree, playful demeanor hides a passionate man of few, but strong principles and primal instincts.

ADVANTAGES

Charismatic   Salem is a very handsome man with a smile that weakens the knees. On top of that he seems to have an almost empathic ability to calm others and connect with them.
Perceptive   Salem is acutely aware of many fine details when surveying people and areas. Useful for spotting dangers when his intuition tells him something is off.
Extended Breathing   Salem has a much larger lung capacity that most and can hold his breath for almost half an hour in ideal conditions.
Bump of Direction   Salem can always tell direction without reference to visual clues, and can also tell if he is above or below the local ground level.

DISADVANTAGES

Naive      Salem will always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and rarely doubts others at all. What reason would they have to lie to him, after all?
Unfamiliar with the ways of the World   Being from an isolated island where few leave and fewer arrive, Salem knows shockingly little of the way the rest of the world works. What’s common knowledge to most can be news to him.
Pleasure Seeker   Salem is a bit of a pleasure seeker and can sometimes get his priorities mixed up, if not act inappropriately, albeit in a well-mannered way.
Pragmatic   Due to being raised amongst free folk and wild beasts, Salem can sometimes have a bit of a practical way of looking at things. He’s not insensitive, but sometimes perceived as such when he acts via the laws of nature.

SKILLS
Shigure Soen Ryu   The Martial Arts of Del’Mar is a way of life on the islands and lived the breathed by all it’s people to some extend. Salem had a knack for it and took this art further than most, which not only allows him to be an exceptional fighter, but also a great hunter amongst other things.
Stalker   With a mastery of sensing and moving with the flow and current of his surroundings, Salem becomes a world class stalker who can move unheard and in many situations also unseen by his prey. He excels in traversing through mist and smoke especially.
Blind-fighting   Another almost preternatural ability which finds it’s origin in his mastery of Shigure Soen Ryu is his awareness of his surrounding. Being mindful of the airflow around him and possessing an animal like intuition for danger he can fight as well with his eyes closed as open.
Survivalist   Salem is perfectly at home on his own in the wilds with nothing but his wits and wild animals for company.

HISTORY
Salem grew up as the 4th child of a family of 7. Originally there would have been 8, but by the time he left the islands there were only 6. Salem has two older brothers and an older sister, a twin sister who did not make it through her first year and finally there came a little brother some years after. Together with their parents they made for a sizable family, though nothing out of the ordinary on Del’Mar. Because her baby sister died young, Salem’s older sister, Lyrana, took extra good care of him and practically dedicated her life to raising him. This may have also been in part because their mother blamed him for the death of his twin.

Salem grew up quickly and very capable. From an early age he showed much talent in the island’s martial arts, possessed great martial prowess, and albeit being too rambunctious to study the finer arts, proved to nevertheless be a smart young man. He soaked up whatever he put his mind to and quickly left most of his peers behind him. This led to a somewhat isolated life and he therefor ventured outside the village perimeters and into the wilds where he quickly found his place in the cycle of life.

While he had many female, and often also male, admirers, his sister was his only real friend and partner. This made his loss all the greater when he one day returned to the village in time for the annual Amnis Colo festival, to find that his sister had been elected as the maiden to be sacrificed in honor of the great current his people revered and worshipped. It was believed that the great current had long ago lifted the islands from the ocean floor and if they did not offer it a life every year that it would reclaim the land once more. Salem object, fought and pleaded, and while get got past many of the people guarding the ritual, it was his sister herself who eventually stopped him and convinced him that she would accept the burden so that another might live. She did request that Salem, in her eyes a figurative giant and too large for the small archipelago, would venture forth into the world and carry her in his heart so that she might see it to.

The morning after the festival Salem departed on his journey.

DREAM
Salem wants to see the world, and as such considers himself a World Wanderer, a cloud that goes where the winds take it. The islands he grew up on have become to small for him. He follows wherever his curiosity and desires now lead, and he is eager to expand his horizons and see all the wonders of the world in every corner of it.

OTHER NOTES
A child of the ocean Salem has always been an incredible swimmer, surfer and diver. He can hold his breath for a long time, and almost seems to fly through water.

Salem possess an almost instinctual knack for surviving in tropical and nautical areas. He has never been much of a scholar or strategist, therefor his mentor, and uncle, drilled into him all the survival tricks known to the people of Regalo Del’Mar, to the point that his body would almost instinctively know what to do in survival situations.

Similarly Salem, like most boys in Delmar, is well versed in the defensive martial arts that all the men (and many of the women) of the archipelago learn. It is an ancient art mimicking the push and pull of the sea. It flows gracefully and is primarily used for exercise and mental focus. Once a year, competitions are held among the seven tribes to determine that year’s guardian, an honorary title that grands some prestige on the Archipelago. The style relies on sharp reflexes and makes liberal use of throws followed by joint locks, as well as the occasional kick or jab. (The closest real world equivalent would be a combination of Tai Chi with Hapkido.)

Being quite the dexterous handyman Salem has acquired a surprisingly high proficiency with some of the skills predominantly practiced by the women in the tribes, such as weaving, massaging, and handicraft. Traits he is equally mocked, as admired for.

Maybe bondage small groups? Depending on the sexual content, I don't think there's gonna be much rape, is there? I'm fine if so, I just wouldn't expect it XD

I dunno, if some people want to get frisky with fishmen, or the even more out there species. This is one piece, anything's possible. Exotic small group maybe?

I'm gonna have to rethink Sheena in that case. See if she works without her fruit. Her whole story would be different after all. Otherwise it's gonna have to be Salem.
Perhaps she didn't end up eating the fruit but hiding it? Her character can still work, her backstory just needs to be completely revamped. I'm gonna think on that, but I'm open to suggestion from anyone. As I said before, my preference is for Sheena. I think she could be really cool captain, a sort of responsible mother to the crew. I'm probably going to make her older as well.

Personality:  Anyone who hangs around Rexile for long will realize that she grew up too fast.  She comes off with a hard edge, usually leading with her dark-side.  A lot of spiritualism and pain have brought her a scary sort of aura.  Once you get past that, however, you'll find a very caring person who is excited for life, and who dreams of peace for the whole world.

STATS: (distribute 40 points among the following stats. We won't be using a system, but I would like a fairly specific idea of what these characters are capable of in case we need a dice roll to solve something. Ten is max, 0-3 is poor, 4-6 is mediocre, 7-9 is exceptional.

Special Attack - Piston Leg - Her legs are fitting with an array of firing pistons, which allows her to jump extremely high, move very fast, or kick very hard.  She got the armor right, so each can work without damaging her.  However, each leg only has three such pistons, meaning she can't use this power continuously without taking a moment to reset the pistons to firing position.
Special Attack - Furnace Fingers - She is capable of super-heating her hands so they glow red-hot.  This is usually used to forge or weld components, but it can easily be transferred to combat.  However, long use of the ability will drain energy and leave her unable to use her other abilities.
Special Attack - Commune with Spirits - A Shaman Ability, Rexile can locate and tap into local spiritual forces, sometimes drawing them out to fight on her behalf.  It takes a moment or two of intense concentration, but the effects can be absurd.
Special Attack - Astral Projection - A Shaman Ability, Rexile can pop out of her body and look around.  Not an attack, so much, but it does allow her to canvass an area, locate enemies and so forth.  She cannot attack in this position, but for forward planning, it's close enough.

ADVANTAGE - Quick Study - Rexile is very intelligent, despite not exactly being an intellectual.  This allows her to learn a variety of skills in a short time. 
ADVANTAGE - The Last Shaman - Rexile is the head of her religion, and possibly the most important figure on her home island: a fact she is able to use to open political doors abroad.
ADVANTAGE - Indomitable - Rexile's willpower is astounding, and she is willing to use unorthodox and even uncouth means to achieve her ends.
ADVANTAGE - Intuitive - Rexile's training as a Shaman was rushed, but it did give her a good sense of intuition.  She knows how to read signs and how to feel a situation.

DISADVANTAGE - Stunted Growth - Rexile didn't have a childhood, instead putting her face into every book she could make time to read.  As such, she sometimes comes off as maladjusted, immature, etc. 
DISADVANTAGE - Heavy Weight - If Rexile dies, her entire religion dies with her.  It's a paradox, that she's been asked to journey into the world despite such risks.  It makes her more afraid of her own death.
DISADVANTAGE - Vengeance - In spite of Rexile's lofty motives, she still craves revenge against Germa 66, and against pirates who have done likewise to other islands and lands.
DISADVANTAGE - Distrustful - Rexile doesn't trust established authority.  She will frequently question her orders if she feels the one given them is out of line.
DISADVANTAGE - Thin Shroud - Rexile has what you might call a demon lurking in her.  Decades of repressed anger is barely contained by good intentions.  She recognizes this in herself, of course, but it's just so.. easy to kill people.  She's tasted what that feels like, and will admit that going back to that place is tempting.  If she does, though.. is she any better than Germa?
DISADVANTAGE - Trust the signs - Being intuitive helps, but part of learning how to do so is knowing when you're actually seeing a sign, and when you are seeing what you expect.  She is.. learning.

SKILL: - Medical.  She learned first aid and herbalism from Shamans, but learned advanced medical theory and practice from formal schooling abroad.
SKILL: - Engineering, with an emphasis in Cybernetics.  She was self taught, but now formal training adds to her abilities.  She is able to reconstruct a failing human body with robotic parts.
SKILL: - Spiritualism.  Eryc was her mentor in this, teaching her to open her mind's eye, meditate, astral project, and commune with spiritual forces.  It is an all but extinct path of Shamanism from an island where spiritual pursuits were the highest profession.
SKILL: - Shipwright - Part of her journey lead her to building and maintaining her own vessels.  She's still learning, but tends to get excited about applying new skills and techniques to a newer ship.
SKILL: - Combat.  Eryc wouldn't have liked to know that she'd been seeing another teacher behind his back, to learn the art of hand-to-hand combat.  Such things are supposed to be forbidden to a proper Shaman.  Instead, Rexile boasts some moderate training.  Enough to get by on.

HISTORY:

  Rexile Soto born on Acanape Island, over 20 years ago.  They were primitive in those days.  They simply had never had any reason to advance themselves.  Deep within the land was a spring with immense curative properties, which the islanders had used to water their crops.  The fish were large, the harvests were great, and almost everyone lived well into their hundreds.  It was an easy life.  The only thing anyone needed to do was to keep the spring secret.  So, naturally, that didn't happen at all.

  She was five the day Germa 66 rode in.  The spring was of such importance, they sent their cyborg elites to overrun the island.  In an afternoon, she didn't have a homeland at all.  A week later, Germa finished excavating the spring.  They found the source, whatever it was.  The islanders who revolted were slaughtered easily.  Germa 66 laughed, as they took their prize and went on their way, leaving islanders that once wanted for nothing bleeding out in the sun.

  Rexile, like everyone on the island, was forced to learn medicine as quickly as possible.  She took to it extremely well, prompting some of the Shamans to pull her aside for medical and spiritual instruction.  An honor, at any age.  But there were other problems.  Failing crops and barren fishing spots were the start of an upheaval.  There were some islanders that wanted to rapidly improve their technological standing, while others wanted to keep to the old ways that had guided them.  A civil conflict broke out, and machines began filling thei island as the wounded piled up.  Rexile, tending over a dying boy, finally had an epiphany.  Using parts from the machines, she rebuilt the boy as a cyborg.

  Rexile sought to broker peace between the two factions, explaining that cybernetics could be used to restore longevity, strength, and plenty to the island.  Her attempts did not go well, and she was outcast.  All except for a lone shaman that followed her into exile.  He knew where she might learn proper medicine and cybernetics.  But he offered to go with her, so that she would also learn the spiritual ways of her people.  Eryc was a kind man, who had bucked the tenants of tradition in his tribe.  He felt that every group of spiritualists should have at least one dissenter, someone willing to risk damnation to bring back good ideas.  And then the spirits could sort out what was useful.  Even so, what he did for Rexile, he did for the good of his island.  Rexile saw, and he saw, that the only way to restore their home was to return whatever it was Germa 66 had taken.  And that meant learning their ways.

  Rexile missed a good bit of her childhood, throwing herself into studies.  When she did return to Acanape, she was already in her mid-twenties.  She expected her exile to come up, but what she found was more grizzly.  The shamans had been exterminated, one and all, by a brutal purge from the technology faction.  Her people had no one with even the knowledge of basic healing herbs, much less a certifiable medical practitioner.  And worse yet, her beloved island of green and plenty was ravaged.  Husks of war machines fielded by both sides sat in scorched craters amid the wilting trees.  Eryc and Rexile were quick to work, and were seen as a blessing.  A sign the Old Gods hadn't forgotten Acanape.  With a solemn, joyless ceremony, Eryc formally made Rexile a shaman.  She received her Hawk, which would be her companion until it was time for her to teach instead of learn.  They rebuilt.

  That was, until Eryc was assassinated one night.  The new chiefs saw a threat, a resurgence of the enemies it had cost them so much to destroy.  They also sent men for Rexile, but she was ready.  She had enhanced herself, in the image of those horrifying things she'd seen ruin her homeland 20 years ago.  With her agility and strength, and with surprise on her side, she managed to overthrow the chiefs and establish herself as the island's ruler.  The Last Shaman, calling for an end to the war.  The people listened.

  Since then, she's set up a small governing body.  As a Shaman, she cannot hold office except in the most dire of circumstances.  She instead began teaching them how to use technology, medicine, and such things.  The rites of a Shaman are things she is unable to teach until her Hawk passes on, leaving her to observe the spirit world while she helps her island.  She has become known as the Scrap Maiden, because of her unusual affinity for using such metals in clothing and cybernetics.  However, the Hawk is supposed to be a guide, and she constantly saw it flying on the eastern edge of the island, as if drawing her to leave.

  Leave she did.  It was the hardest thing she ever did, but after spending much too long helping her home recover, she finally took the call of the Shaman's Journey, and went abroad again.  What she has found, however, is disheartening.  Everywhere is like her island.  People starving, people with nothing to defend themselves.  Neither knowledge nor miracles to depend on.  Her perspective blossomed.  Until then, she'd dreamed only of restoring her home to the beautiful place she'd known as a child.  But why should it only be her home that was restored?  No, she wanted everywhere to be beautiful, a world where no one wanted for anything.  The Hawk rested on her shoulder as her dream came to her.

  Since then, she's sought a crew.  It was time to see the world, and learn what miracles and knowledge she could find to make it whole.

Dream: She wishes to bring the peace of her childhood's Acanape Island to the entire world, and create a place where no one lacks for anything.  To this end, she will recover the artifact stolen by Germa 66, and find others like it.

OTHER NOTES: Has a Hawk named Venicca.  She knows the basics of how to handle the creature, but for now, it is her guide and not her's to control.  Eventually, she hopes to train it.

It's who he is and he wouldn't be a good ninja if he were any different. He always keeps his cool, even in the most stressful of situations, he doesn't even seem to break into a sweat. He is fiercely loyal, and would fight tooth and nail to protect someone he cares about, odds be damned. He tends to plan the world, for lack of a better world. He likes to shape how things react around him and tries to push situations to go in ways favorable to him. He even does that with people in a subtle way, although it's just as not-noticeable to him as it usually is to his "victims". He tends to make friends fast, and has a contagious personality. During battle, he likes to tease and taunt his opponents to keep them off guard. However, should his friends be injured, or something occur to make things personal, his personality changes and he becomes cold and efficient. When he gets like that, he likes to toy with his victims, playing with his food for a bit to teach them the error of their ways.(he is an assassin after all)

Without a special way of sensing him, it's impossible to differentiate between Hanzo and a clone. When hit with sufficient force, they "explode" in a puff of smoke. He usually uses them for combo attacks, although he also likes to summon a clone at the last second to take an attack for him.
Meikyō Shisui[Soul Mirror, Deadly Water] - By focusing his killing intent around him like an aura, Hanzo can instill so much fear in the people around him that he becomes invisible to them, as their fear becomes all-encompassing to the point of paralysis. During this time, he attacks from their blindspot, inflicting massive damage with any number of techniques.
Bīsuto kankaku[Beast Senses] - By extending his senses in all directions at once, Hanzo can essentially form a mental picture of his surroundings and everything/everyone within a certain vicinity[about 100 yards], even if they are hidden from sight or away from his immediate area. This allows him a unique advantage in a fight, or during reconnaissance and more.
Akuma Rasshu[Demonic Rush] - Utilizing his amazing speed, Hanzo moves so fast he vanishes from sight and attacks his opponent from multiple angles in rapid succession, with the velocity of his attacks multiplying the force by a great deal.
Doragon no shi[Death by Dragon] - Hanzo manipulates his ki so that it covers the striking points on his body(elbows, hands, feet, knees, etc...) This allows his blows to land with far more force and impact than normal, as well as causing internal and external damage due to the ki technique itself. By exerting even more of his energy, he can extend his ki to cover his entire body like a cloak. This allows him to move faster, and absorb more damage on top of his own damage increase. Although this move drains energy fast so he uses it sparingly.

ADVANTAGES:
Strategist - Being a Shinobi is just as much about information as it is about skill. Knowing your enemy, knowing their weaknesses, how they'll react are all just as important as learning ninja arts. Because of his dedication to all aspects of Ninjutsu, he is very well versed at coming up with battle strategies and plans to help his crew succeed.
Serene Mind - He will never panic or falter in the face of danger or failure. Keeping a calm mind means one can always think their way out of any situation.
Ex-Nobility - Despite being on bad terms with the false Emperor, resulting in his retainer status being revoked, Hanzo still benefits from the money he and his family have accumulated. Self-Reliance - Although he fully believes in his crew and his allies, he more often than not relies on himself as much as possible. Growing up he was taught that the one person who can never fail you is yourself, and that tenet has helped him in his life.
Confidence - Although not considered full-fledged arrogance, Hanzo does teeter on the brink from time to time. It's hard not to when you've seen success from a young age and then experience it yourself.
Lecherous - He's a perv, plain and simple. Hanzo routinely takes full advantage of his stealth abilities to peek on girls when they least expect it.

SKILLS:
Instantaneous Movement: - By infusing his already highly trained body with ki, Hanzo can move at nearly impossible speeds even beyond his norm, far faster than the eye can follow. This technique was learned over years of extreme physical conditioning, and is paramount to any successful Shinobi's arsenal.
Taijutsu: - Taijutsu is a blanket term for unarmed combat, as many Shinobi schools teach multiple styles of fighting, often mixing them together to create new and unorthodox techniques to keep their enemies unaware of how a ninja fights. Both of his parents are ninja, so Hanzo learned from them, especially his father who is his Kage and sensei.
Ninjutsu: - Ninjutsu describes most of the "mystical" techniques of the shinobi, like after-images, clone techniques, weapon summoning, etc... Hanzo learned these through years of study from various scrolls and hands-on lessons with his parents.
Genjutsu: - Genjutsu are illusion techniques that can confuse and disorient opponents by attacking senses directly. These techniques must be understood to be learned, so Hanzo had to become a victim to all of them to figure out how to use them.
Kenjutsu: - Kenjutsu is the Shinobi's way of the sword. Within it are several techniques that turn the already deadly blade, into a weapon of extreme precision and lethality in the hands of a shinobi. Hanzo has the scars to prove the hours upon hours he spent honing his blade skills to the point they are today. His speciality is "Battojutsu", drawing and striking with the blade in the fastest, most efficient way possible for maximum damage.


HISTORY:

Hanzo D. Nakatori was the first and only child born to the Head of the Nakatori Shinobi-ryu, Raizo, and his wife Yumi. He was also born to the "Will of D.", signifying that he would cause an upheaval in the world, for good or bad. During this time, the Nakatori were the most powerful of the Shinobi families in the Wano Country, and Raizo was one of the five retainers of the Kozuki family, Wano's rulers. From birth, Hanzo was raised and trained to succeed his father as head of the Nakatori-ryu and Momonosuke-sama's personal Shinobi. However, around his fourteenth birthday, Emperor Momonosuke was betrayed and deposed.

Thanks to the Nakatori's and a few other fiercely loyal families, Momonosuke and his closest followers were able to escape the country. However, due to Wano's closed off status from the rest of the world, they basically had no help in returning the Emperor to power. To keep him safe while his loyal retainers devised a plan, Momonosuke was taken back to Zou where he remains with the Mink tribe till this day, waiting until he can be put back on his throne.

Making plans from such a bad position takes time, and during that time, the families did what they needed to survive. The Nakatori-Ryu became the Nakatori Pirates, and used their activities as a front to travel the world and collect information on those who dethroned Momonosuke. The name Nakatori soon became known far and wide through all four oceans, as his father and mother made headlines from East Blue all the way to Mariejois. And Hanzo was along for the ride the whole time.

At fourteen he was already more than a match for most grown men, and he only grew stronger as their fame grew and they faced tougher and tougher trials and opponents. Four years later, he has reached adulthood and decided he wanted to make a name for himself and make his family proud. He would help return his Daimyo to the throne, and become King of the Pirates himself. Then he and Momonosuke could help Wano come back to the world, changing it at the same time. He knows he is young, but Monkey D. Luffy was even younger than him when he turned the world on it's head, so he had nothing but high hopes.

Dream: His dream is to return Wano Country to greatness, but also to open it to the world. But what kind of Pirate would he be if he didn't want to become Pirate King?!

Lexxie is one of the most cheerful people you can find around the world. She nearly always smiles and tell funny stories to people around her if they don't look happy. She loves it when people around her having fun. She always tries to find a good thing even in the worst topics. because of her hard and uneasy childhood she is also cares so much about her comfort. Lexxie learnt that she shouldn't get mad at people around her when they ignore her ideas for issues which they shouldn't since she really knows how to solve that puzzle or the answer they are looking for because of her appearance. JEWELRY - whenever beautiful jewelry gets in her line of sight her focus instantly shifts on it. (She has to have that one... yes that big diamond... please... like who cares that it is on the crown of the freaking king... right?)

HISTORY:

A merchant had found Lexxie on a basket on the see when he was going to Loguetown for trade. At first he and his crew couldn't be sure about what to do but eventually they have rescued her and hand her over to an orphanage. Where she is got taken care of and raised safely.

The orphanage was run by women who were mostly ex-sex workers and living there to attune their sins after they started to feel religious and some men who have connections with dirty marines and slave traders. Actually sorry sex workers trying to live a religious life was a frontal view. They were trying to raise and sell specially trained slaves. Slaves that can act as lover, domestic servant, nurse, bodyguard or even a doctor for their owners when needed. The only problem was what they were trying to do was already known by most of Loguetown. So they couldn't find children to work on it. That was of course until the merchant hands Lexxie over them.

Lexxie is taught by the women there for every other professions which will raises her price on the slave market. Before she was sixteen she was already nearly mastered the art of nursing, massage, massage and aikido there with from their very experts working at the orphanage. They have trained for nearly everything but not as a slave. since the prices for newly caught not broken humans are worth much more than slaves already learnt their places in the life as a slave.

One night when she was seventeen and her trainers were waiting for a few more months for her to turn eighteen to sell her on an auction. Lexxie decided to run away from the place where she was calling home without knowing the real purpose of the people around her to see that lively life at in the city. That was she over heard two of her trainers talking about who are they going to spend all that gold when they finally managed to sell Lexxie out. She run away that night not like a just a sneaky night out to see the city but running away as far as possible the people she knew for all her life.

She managed to sneak in a merchant ship which was sailing to North Blue that night and able to hide a few days between the cargo load. Until one of the crew members saw her while she was stealing some food when she was so hungry to resist the temptation of that baked potatoes. At first the captain couldn't know what to do with her but she ended up as a cabin-girl for the ship during their travel to Lvneel Kingdom.

Lexxie left the merchants and started to live there and ended up as a bar maid in one of the taverns where was near the docks to serve to ship crews and even pirates sometimes. A few years past like that way and until she eventually got bored from this life and and started to look for a ship to sail again when she was twenty years old. Well the need of finding a ship and a new trip to unknown maybe not just because of her boredom but also people around her found out how she was getting that much money to spent at shopping at the market district while the merchants at the market district already learned her habit to tent to steal things whenever she walked into their stores.

So her adventure to find a ship to sailing from one place to another began. But no more as a cabin-girl she started years ago to her very first sailing. Lexxie figured out that she can easily work as a doctor or at least a nurse at the ships with her nursing, massaging and acupuncture skills which lets her get a more comfortable life on the docks. but her habit and lust for stealing made her to stick around with pirates most of the time.

Dream: Her dream is finding her parents dead or alive and live with them.

OTHER NOTES: "What do you mean that was a freaking Devil Fruit?" she said with a shocking expression on her face. "like mean I am not going to swim again?" she asked then yelled "oh gosh damn it!" angrily... this can be how she have aten the devil fruit if she ever got the opportunity to find one

Personality: Kyra is an upbeat, friendly, joyous individual wrestling with soul crushing guilt, fear, and rage. She spends most of her time singing, dancing, and entertaining people with a wide grin on her face and laughter in her voice; but certain stimuli can send her into a cold killer's rage or leave her weeping and wracked with surviver's guilt.

Navigation - Once she realized she was able to use her knowledge of Astrology and Geography to chart simple courses she studied the ways of wind and waves to become a proper navigator.

HISTORY:

Simply speaking Kyra doesn't technically exist. Instead she is a permanent solid illusion created by a young girl named Lyra while under the effects of an experimental machine which a copy of Lyra's mind has been trapped in.

Lyra was a child of poor entertainers who had immigrated to the Germa Kingdom to practice simple illusion magic for the technologically spoiled but magically starved inhabitants. She would have been just another face in the crowd who lived and died without accomplishing much had she not been uniquely gifted with the ability to make illusions that could actually interact with the real world. A scientist, who had been observing her parents to try and learn how to replicate their gifts with technology, caught her using an illusion to fish her hat from the sea and reported it to his superiors in both the scientific and government communities. Troops were dispatched with a group of scientists to study and harness her power for recreation and use by the Government. When her parents declined to give her up they were summarily executed for 'treason' and Lyra taken into 'protective custody' and experimented on for the next six years. Finally a disaster occurred while she was strapped into a machine meant to enhance and control her powers which resulted in the creation of Kyra, with all of Lyra's memories up to that point, and Lyra falling into a coma from which she has yet to awaken.

Kyra's ability to change forms and appearances allowed her to escape the Lab, but prevented her from taking her body with her. Lyra has since been shipped to a secret Government facility and Kyra is desperate to rescue her, believing that simple contact with her will be enough to repair her tortured mind and restore her to life. Kyra also believes that this will end her own, 'false', existence and so seeks to live every moment as her last until she is able to redeem her creator. Unknown to Kyra, while Lyra's mind and powers are trapped within her body, her own existence is now separate and those powers are mutating. In all likelihood, bringing the two back together will result in twins who share the same power and memories of the last fourteen years, rather then ending Kyra's existence.

Dream: Rescuing/Restoring Lyra and Destroying both the Germa Kingdom and World Government.
