This would probably go under the Light Human Solos category, when we write it.
I imagine my pretty female character, Miriam as being an extreme short (little) person, falling in love with your average height/tall male character Gerald (working name, you can change it if you wish!  :-) ). They meet by chance.
I see Gerald having an established life and a dedicated career life, possibly after a divorce, in his early 40s or so and my character just in her mid 20s.
So the romance, to say the least, is surprising and unexpected but it gradually blooms into a full relationship and commitment - opposed by some people in your character's circle of family and friends.

Whilst I'm open to add elements like breast worship and some sensual role playing between the two characters to the lovemaking side of the story, I'm not into dom-sub or dirty talk (nor incest in this one).
