For this one, I could be a rival of a billionaire, or someone who works against drug lords. After an expensive defeat, your character has me kidnapped and transported to you to be kept by your side as your pet, restrained and kept on all fours with you at all times, able to hear everything, but never able to escape, fight back, or get help.

How I'm restrained and kept on all fours is something that we can discuss if you like.
