The video starts with a series of images of regular life. People going about their day and doing boring jobs. Everyone is shown to have a tired look on their face and several people look downright miserable!

"What is life?"

"What is reality?"

The voice talking over the images is serene and sexy a voice meant to draw you in despite the boring images. They change as she speaks showing people in various adventures or experiencing things such as love or the joys of parent hood.

"The human experience" The voice continued "The experience of getting to live life to your fullest some get to experience and eat from the ripe fruits of life, others don't however and instead spend their years running around in the rat race before finally dying"

The image changed to a grave yard besieged by a rainstorm. Different close ups of graves flew by each one punctuated by a brief flash of lightning. The gravestones all had simple names Joe's, and John's, and Jane's. The cause of death however was the same for everyone.

Boredom

"What if you could change all that?" The female voice said as a pair of pristine white heels moved through the grave yard "What if ANYONE could experience all life had to offer? No matter the race or financial status?"

The image pulled back revealing a pair of soft legs that went on for miles. The woman was wearing a matching white dress one ending just at mid thigh. The woman was quite a simply a knockout utterly perfect in a way no human could ever be. Her fully poutty fire truck red lips pressed together as her cold blue eyes locked on the screen.

"What if you could have paradise?"

All around her virtual hands began to push out of the graves. People began to pull themselves out virtual people like her who looked perfect and happy. Some of them were styled as adventurers, some as high executive types. There were a few women and men who were even dressed provocatively or wearing nothing! They all looked happy however and even hugged each other as the woman watched.

"Paradise" She repeated as the graveyard disappeared and was replaced by a futuristic pristine looking white city "A place where you can be anything and everything you've ever wanted. A world where the only limits are your own imagination, and most important of all..."

She paused for dramatic effect.

"A world where you can not die"

...................................................................

That

That was how she got so many of us.

She was offering a virtual paradise where no one could ever die. A chance to escape the mess of a world us humans had created. So many of us flocked to her, happily gave her the paltry sum required for the virtual reality device. Who really reads contracts anyways? Especially when you were a "accept" away from becoming immortal?

Immortality came at a cost. Once you were plugged in you couldn't plug out. You're body would eventually decay and die but there was no going back to the real world. You couldn't die from old age but get shot or killed by another player and you were gone just as easily enough. It was a world where you could TRULY do anything you wanted to. If you had the courage to take it. To survive and prosper in a world where mad men walked the street and cops and robbers got into firefights like movies. A world where you could travel out of the city and into everything from harsh apocalypse to far flung fantasy worlds.

A world... potentially a universe

Of pure imagination.

.........................................................

What is this? What is this going to be?! So big a concept how can you wrap your head around it!

So hi there! This idea kind of began in the back of my head after watching that Ready Player One trailer with that movie about pure imagination and what not! Well that combined with this video game thats been in development for years called Identity that says you can do ANYTHING you want.

Games say that a lot eh? And while Ready Player One looks good its not really a world of pure imagination so much as a world of things other people have imagined put in. I was thinking however what if there was a virtual reality game that really did promise all that crazy stuff and delivered! However at the cost of the real world and the life you once led.

So that's the idea here! You can either join as someone who was not aware of the "terms and conditions" or someone who knew and did it anyways. You can be anything you want in the RP and lead whatever life you want to lead. I will try to accommodate everyone's request no matter how zany. Of course this might to massive of a scope or to ambitious but why not give it the old college try eh?

As always post if interested!
