1x1 Vampire Roleplay wanted (Nachtbringer)

So this might very well be my first request based on a music video. Awesome goth band I discovered but after watching the video I got the idea that it might make an actual good taboo game to write out. I'm open for anyone suggestions for plot but I imagine the base line would be something of one character being taking hostage/experimented on for some reason, underground scientific group, cult, government; and then there is a second char who is part of the staff that is her caretaker and falls in love and all that. Then he tries to help her escape?
