Dark Elves, they're most commonly called. In their own tongue, the Elath'rizm. A strange race, almost forgotten in time, a time when Vampires ruled the world, the Elves, their slaves, their workers, their property. Some Vampires, whether through lust, love, or convenience, would choose one of their Elves as a mate. Or would choose a mate from another Vampire's Elves, to seal treaties and such. The results of such mating were the Elath'rizm. They were stronger, more powerful, smarter, more cunning. And in an effort to free the Elves...overthrew the Vampires.

This new race's beauty was only outweighed by the aura of danger they gave off around others. Untrustworthy, hated by the lesser races, the Humans, Elves and Dwarves, they were hunted...exterminated. Or so the lesser races thought.

The Year is 2008, a year of business, technology, commerce and, like always...war. The humans had long since wiped out the Elves and Dwarves, their existence, like the Elath'rizm, scrubbed out of the annals of history. Nothing remained of the three races. Or so it was believed. A select few Elath'rizm still survive to this modern era, lead once more by the Vampires they once fought, shadows of their former selves, sent by the Vampires to the human world...to remind Humanity...that they are nothing but prey...

Which do you choose? The fate of Humanity or the fate of the Elath'rizm? Or are these fates entwined already?
