The haunted Sorority (FXF or MXF)

Haunted sorority house- The college has a sorority house that was built over the final resting place of a serial killer who preyed upon woman successfully for over fifty years.  He would torture them and then kill them.  Now as his spirit remains bound to his body's final resting place he could not be happier. 

Your role would be obviously a member of the sorority house.  I would play your roommate and you could either be romantically involved with me or simply have a boyfriend which you might mention.  Most of what would take place would be the ghost of this serial killer attempting to get the woman to do things they would only do if their survival depended on it. 

You would pick out a few things and if fucking your female roomate is one of those things the ghost will do what is necessary to manipulate you into doing that.  If you have a girlfriend already then the ghost may manipulate you into having sex in the hallway or whatever you want it to be.  As a ghost his abilities are limited to producing thoughts in your mind, but not your reaction to those thoughts. 

Also the ghost is capable of reading your mind and manipulating your perceptions such that you may see and hear things that are not there.

It is a wide open idea so please feel free to add to these ideas or suggest the removal of others.
