Age Limitations in an Adult Game

Here is my question: Can I have a character under the age of 16 in an adult themed role play who would not partake in any sexual scenes?

The reason I ask this is because I am planning a game with a few main characters being under the age of 16. However, not all characters would be under the age of 16 and some may partake in sexual activity. I just want to make sure that the game would not raise any concerns or break any rules.

From my understanding, any underage (under 16) characters should not be in any sexual scenes.
However, they can exist in the roleplay itself so long as they remain out of aforementioned sexual scenes.

Right. As long as anyone under the age of 16 doesn't have sex or isn't on the scene when someone else is having sex, no worries.
