OOC Thread up! - https://elliquiy.com/forums/index.php?topic=158925.0

I've had an urge for a group game set in the Assassins Creed Universe. So far my idea for a plot would take place specifically in the setting of ACII/Brotherhoood/Revelations. The group of Assassins that Ezio has trained are getting better and better, eventually getting inducted into the brotherhood. They take on various task, continuing the fight the good fight and seek to end the Templar plot

To start this RP we obviously need a group of Assassins [male and female welcome] as every ones primary character. I would imagine that various Assassins have various storng suits, i.e. one may be good with swordplay, while another may be good with knives. maybe some are good with a musket, others with poison. If enough interest peaks up ill make a character sheet for people to fill out. People may also take on a secondary character be they a thief, a concubine, or even a common citizen.

should the game have a solid enough of a base, i will then start looking if people are interested in playing Templars which could be part of the plot down the line. But as I already said, Assassins and others first. (feel free to express interest in Templars though for later use)

GM update 1: Character sheets!)

Character Sheet
Name:[include any nicknames here as well]

Age:

sexual prefrence:

"Absolute no's":[things that you wil lnot play your character to, most often your 100% offs from you O/O pages]

Appearance: [Picture and or detailed description: pretty sure not all of the assassins wore that lovely hood. bonus internets for multiple pictures that may depict you in gear and out, if there is a difference ;)]

Role:[Assassin's would be the primary needed role, later on other roles like thief, concubine, citizen and Templar will open if the game gets big enough/people want to play more characters]

Specialty:[are you a master swordsman? maybe youre good at vanishing from the scene of the crime, or maybe its picking a lock? put your best skill here]

Bio:[give us some backstory, write as much as you like, but please not too little either.]

please feel free to share your Bios here, as well as PM them to me!

GM Update 2: "Non-con" and communication
I will likely be posting the RP threads in the Non-con section. This means that Non-Con may apply to the plot/scenes overall, but ANY action of that nature should be discussed via PM between the parties of interest.

This leads me to Stressing that everyone must communicate. That way issues are discussed, thought out, and most importantly, on here for people to see and know PMs work nicely for this, as well as the OOC, once i get it up

apygoos

character sheet is up, write em up and post them here to share as well as send them to me please.

Possibly interested. Would enjoy seeing a few sheets to know what everyone else is intending first, however.

very understandable, I should probably get a sheet up for Ezio when i get the time as an example. Ezio will be in this, but almost strictly as an NPC/quest giver[if the game ends up looking for full on quest that is]

Nadir

Name: Passero Cellini

Age: 22

sexual preference: He prefers men to women, though has been known to enjoy the fairer sex on occasion.

"Absolute no's": None, but please consult me before anything non-con or up is turned on my character

Appearance: Sharp features. Dark red, jaw length hair. Pale green eyes. A deep, vicious scar that goes from the left corner of his mouth, up his cheek towards his ear. He is short and lithe, with great upper body strength. He has dozens of small burn scars all over his body. (I'll image hunt if/when the game starts, as finding the right face takes forever for me >_<)

Role: Assassin

Speciality: Agility, stealth, marksmanship

Bio: Passero's childhood was wonderfully normal, and largely uneventful. His father was a fisher on the coast, and he was the third child. He had two older sisters, and a younger brother. They were not rich, but it was nothing less than perfect while it lasted. When he was twelve, Passero's brother-in-law, his oldest sister's husband, sent them a letter, telling of an apprenticeship that would suit Passero well, as it would give him an education and a trade. Passero's father was reluctant to let him go, but eventually allowed it, and Passero went to his sister in Florence.

His new master was a goldsmith, and had several other apprentices. The change of lifestyle was a shock to Passero, going from loved first son to little more than a drudge to a close knit group of arrogant city boys. He was given menial work, the least food, the coldest corner to sleep in, and suffered abuse from the older apprentices. He stayed there for a year and a half, until there was a fire that destroyed the smithy and killed two of the apprentices. He was accused of starting it, but fled before anyone could grab him. He struggled to find work, and ended up thieving.

He survived and thrived in those years, though because of his rather eye-catching colouring wasn't able to keep anonymous. He became quite a notorious cat burglar in his late teens, focusing his arts on the wealthy nobility. His bolthole was discovered by the city guard, by chance or foul play, and was in the midst of being apprehended when a man dropped from the rooftops and killed the guards with swift efficiency. Once he was done, he asked Passero if he would like to join the Assassins, to which Passero agreed.

Inari

Name: Rosaria LaColumbina. (People usually refer to her as Rosa)
Age: 20
Sexual preference: Bisexual with male preference.
Absolute nos: All listed in my offs.
Appearance:
Rosa
In gear:
Out of gear:
Theme: Lady GaGa - Alejandro
Role: Assassin
Specialty: Stealth, flexibility and poison.
Bio: Rosaria was the youngest child of a wealthy silk merchant. She grew up fairly happy, well educated and wanting for nothing, until she was 14, which is when an apothecary asked her father that she marry his son. After negotiations it was arranged and once she was 16 she married his son. Although she had expected the worst and her husband to be abusive, he was actually just a few years older than her, very respectful and treated her like a person not an object or property, unlike the other men her sisters were married to.

After she had settled into her new home Rosaria was slowly introduced to the trade. She was shown how to make things that both healed and hurt people and where all the ingredients came from. At one point she even began to assist her husband in the making of some of the potions and helping his mother deliver them. However, just as she had adjusted to her new family and life it was all taken away.

Rosaria and her husband were fetching some wine for his mother but on their way home they saw their home had been set a light. Instead of trying to save their family and the house he ran away into the night with her. Once her husband felt they were safe he revealed to her that the very poisons she had been helping make were being made for an order of assassins and that an organisation known as the Templars had most likely caught onto what they had been doing so decided to end them.

They weren't on the run for long before the Templars caught up with them. However, Rosaria managed to get away and took refuge in the arms of one of her family's customers. She didn't realize that the very women who she grew up with, who gave her advice and who she looked up to were actually whores in a well maintained bordello. From there she was looked after and simply worked in the kitchens once she was deemed fit enough.

She later found out the Templars had not just killed her husbands family but her own family. Rosaria was caught in the middle and full of conflict. She wanted to die yet wanted revenge, both she felt were out of her react until she was approached by Ezio. He told her of the connections her husbands family had to his order and that he knew who was responsible for both families' deaths'. He also told her that if she were to join them she could get revenge on those who had left her without husband, family and a place to call home. From there she agreed and became an assassin.

======

Hope this is ok?

apygoos

Looks good!  considering [in this RP] they got their training from Ezio, among others, don't be shy to say that it was Ezio that found her if you like, unless you had ideas for the nameless assassin that approached her for personal plot.

Are we to assume  Ezio is the one that recruited us all? I admit I've only played the first game...but I loved it.

apygoos

yes, starting in brotherhood you see that the protagonist is able to bring in and train new recruits, this was a group trained by Ezio himself before he goes out on his quest for Altair's library

CurvyKitten

BAH this is so bad, as I write this character I have two more forming in my head. :P I blame you apygoos hehe.

apygoos

:3
im not opposed to players having more than one character, just as long as it doesn't get hectic from right out of the gate.

Adonis

Ill set to work making my sheet tonight or tomorrow. Though I do have a question about the "special skil". Are you looking for weapons, or something more broad like whats been done so far?

*Edit - Er, "specialty". My bad.
You can't change who people are at their core. You can only love them for what they've given you.

the more specific you are the more viable some "specialized" moves you may try to make become I.E. Ezio's would be the double hidden blade. Therefor, if Ezio didnt have the rank of "Master Assassin", so to say, his skill i nboth combat and assassination would be highest with that weapon. on occasion, the more specific you are, the more people have a clear picture of your character both before the game, and when theyre trying to envision the scene in their heads.

Like if someone named their specialty was in Parkour, id personally[dunno about anyone else] would find it easier to escape perusing foes, making those sick moves across the rooftops become more believable. Depending on how teh players go, there may be a TON of combat scenes, or there may not be. also just remembered something that im about to put in the main post as GM update 2, regarding  "non-con" scenes

AngelicBlade

Greetings! Is this still open for recruits? I'd like to join if there is room.

Alexandria's Bio
Alexandria Elena D'navechee was born to a family that seemed to be in service of the church. And for the first five years of her life everything was perfect. Or at the very least that was what it looked like from those that looked at her family from the outside. Within the home and behind closed doors betrayal was all they knew. Though they tried to keep it hidden from their children, her parents worked behind the sense to help bring down the Templar's. For years they worked against them from behind the scenes. And for years they got away with it, slowly helping the small resistance within the city. It was only when one of their thought to be beloved friends turned against them did everything fall apart.

One night as Alex slept men came into her home. Silently killing the servants, her brothers, her father....and even her mother. Though before they did that her mother got to her and hid her away. Inside a small hidden wall panel, and though she saved Alex's life. Alex was forced to watch her mother be murdered in front of her.

She stayed hidden away from sight till she thought the men were gone. Leaving behind bodies and a burning building that used to be her home. All thought to be dead when the morning came. The deaths of the good family blamed on the traitors of the Assassin's guild. The rouge agents said to have targeted the family because of their good works for the church. The Templar's affectingly covering up the truth. What they didn't expect to see was a small girl crawling out of the wreckage that used to be her home. Instead of getting rid of her as well, they used the girl to further drive in their truths. Casting shame upon those that would leave a small girl orphaned. They took Alex back with them, told her lie after lie till her hatred for the people they said killed her family grew to rage. They trained her to be one of their weapons, silent yet efficient, and always obedient. Making sure she knew that pain was the punishment for going against their word. They would whip her whenever she failed or tried to go against those above her station. Soon killing any disobedient thoughts in the young girl, and leaving scars behind to remind her.

The small girl never spoke from that day onward, affectingly taking a vow of silence upon herself. Not that they truly cared if the child would talk or not. In fact the less she fought them the better. She became what they wanted; a silent yet deadly blade that would strike those that would harm the church down without question. It wasn't until she was sent after a man she had no true understanding of did her life change. They sent her after Ezio, the man they seemed to fear the most. But what she didn't know was that he knew the truth about her family’s deaths. It was a plot that had been started to try and remove any traitors within the Templar. Ezio and Alex fought, blow for blow she tried to best him. But he was still better then she was, it didn't help that he spoke of her family. A drove her emotions to a high point, the normally calm and utterly controlled woman lost her cool. And in the end lost the dual. But Ezio didn't kill her instead he told her to find the truth for herself. And if she wanted to do something about that she would know how to find him.

Alex returned having lost her target, facing the anger of her Superior. He spoke about her lack of usefulness, and how they disposed of things that no longer served a purpose. It was then she reacted and attacked him, letting him get the upper hand so his boldness would make him talkative. He spoke of the truth of her families deaths. Of how he wished he could have been there to see the traitors faces, and how he wouldn't have failed in killing her while they had the chance. Needless to say those were his last words ever spoke.  She killed him quickly, but his screams brought the guards. Already weak from her fight from before she was not strong enough to fight them off and was taken down by the guards.

She was judge without a trial and brought before a crowd of people. Her clothes cut away from her back as her hands were chained above her head. And they proceeded to whip the traitor with a bladed whip. The first sounds of her voice that had been heard since she was five years old came forth in the form of her own screams. Unbelievably she survived the punishment, and they tossed her in a cell while they debated her fate. That night a man came, unknown to her she simply asked if she was ready to make a change. Drained, weak, and barley alive she poke one simple word. "Yes...."

She woke up a week later in a hidden away cabin. Her wounds seen too, the chains were gone, and she had people around her that she didn't know. Wondering down to what seemed to be breakfast she was met by those that would eventually become her new family....her new home. She came to know them as the Assassin's guild. Some may not trust her; some may embrace her but whatever they did. She was there now, and she with them. Now trying to find her way through her new life, and vowing to avenge her family by fighting and one day ending the rule of the Templar's.

Levi's Bio
Levi an unknown young woman. One of which couldn’t keep her for what reason Levi will never know. The letter placed with the small girl taken by the storm the night she was left. The truth of who she is and where she was born lost at that point.  Brought before the steps of a small church and orphanage run by Nuns claiming to be from the true faith. But in the years to come they would prove otherwise to the small child.

They saw her as nothing but the bastard child of a whore. Even if they didn’t know if it was the truth or who that woman was that left her. The beautiful girl before them grew. Keeping a smile of her face despite the way they saw her.  Her smile could brighten the world of most around her. And her sweet nature only barley lessened by the acts of the nuns that seem stuck in their beliefs. The belief that god condemned her soul from birth kept them from seeing her more than a burden. But still they did their duty and raised the girl, trying to instill her with the word of god as they saw it.

Years pasted as she grew, despite their treatment. Something within the girl still gave of a spark of life no one could take from her. Not even those which one would call god could take it from her. But during the one summers day when she was 5 a break out of smallpox rushed through the orphanage. All the children but her, somehow she wasn’t affected.

For days she was alone, spending them exploring the grounds. Her curiosity for the world around her driving her to find out what it held in every part of it. Even the ones most would avoid. While doing so picking flowers and catching bugs in a garden just outside the backdoors of the small church. She came across an odd little spider. Her hand lifting to look at it, “I’ve never seen one like you before.” Her small angelic voice said softly.  But her innocent curious nature wouldn’t pay off here. The spider bit her hand a short scream coming from her as she fell back. ‘Oww…meany…” she cried a bit and started back inside. But before she could make it her body grew weak and she fell to the ground.

The nuns found her, truly not knowing what to do with the wound. They simply lanced it and put her in the clinic they had put together to nurse the other children. The devil brought her into this world, maybe it was God’s will to take her from it. Her mind swam as the poison spread through her body.  Their words filling her mind, she cried and wished she could understand why god could hate her so much? What had she done that had been so wrong? Slowly her eyes closed, and her heart started to slow and her breathing came slower and slower. And the world faded away as she swore that if god wanted to kill her so badly. That if their god wanted to condemn her, a child for simply being then he was no god she wanted to have anything to do with. Even as small as she was her mind and heart could see that their belief was not right, not true…at least not for her.

Thinking she was dead they took her body and placed them with the other children. Unable to bury them properly due to the illness they had to burn the bodies instead. To try and control the outbreak from spreading to the children left. But before she could be burned her body, small as it was fought of the poison. The spider a rare breed that only made the victim seems as if they were dead. Slowly her eyes opened, her small form lying in the bodies of her friends. The horror she looked upon that day was one she would never be able to erase from her mind.

Slowly she crawled from the bodies and crawled from the horrific site. That day she learned if God was real, he certainly didn’t give a damn. Her fear from spiders came from that day. Her small body walked from where they had taken the bodies. Her mind cracked and she wondered the streets, her wonder for life gone. Stolen that day by the horrific site she had taken in. Thought nothing more than a stupid street rat she was written off where ever she went. Years passed as she stole scrapped, fought, ran, and survived the best she could in the cold dark world. The world around her only seeming that much darker, having to fight through it alone. She lived where the monsters came from; saw the truth of the world people chose to ignore.

The only reason she was even thought about was her natural beauty. That could be seen even through the dirt and grime of the streets she lived on. The few times she smiled a small hint to the spark that still remained within her showed.

She scrambled for everything she needed, survived on the bare minimum society was nice enough to give her. But she survived none the less as the years pasted. She was almost 10 the night her world flipped again and took her down another path.

It was late evening; she had already started down the streets to her small hiding place she had built for herself. Well if you can call the make shift shelter something one built. Very few people even ventured down these streets and she liked it that way. They treated her like the dirt they dug out from their nails. And made the small girl feel even smaller, the ant that just couldn’t be like the other ants.

But that night there were people that came down that ally, people she thought never saw her. Two men tall shadows that gave insight to the monster they really were.  The small girl looked up at the towering figures before her.  Their elegant dress showed they were of noble birth…or at least held a title.

They cornered the little girl and spoke about her beauty, and how much they wanted to see the rest of it. How no one would know or care for a small child on the streets.  She screamed but never thought anyone would hear her small voice...at least no one that cared. They took her further the dark alleyway and started to touch her in ways that to this day still make her skin crawl. They were about to steal the only thing she could actually say she owned….her innocence.

But one was grabbed and thrown back, the other kicked back. And the only thing Levi could do was curl up and wish she could disappear. The dark figures fought in the ally, the sounds only added to her distress. To her surprise a soft hand came to her side, followed by a soft voice. A female voice…”Poor dear, it’s alright now. We’ve got you.” She said softly to the girl before her. Levi looked up tears streaking her dirty face. And the woman she saw took her breath away. Was this it…had she died? Did god send the devils child an angel after all? She tried to speak but again her voice never came. ‘Shh…I know, your fine Hun.” The woman smiled and stroked Levi’s hair. Pulling off her shawl and covering the shivering girl with it. Moments later the man fighting the other two yelled for them to never come near kids again. Coming closer she could see he was a rather large black man. Handsome despite the wounds he had on him. “Hey little bit…you still with us?” he asked and smiled despite the fact he should be in far too much pain to do so. She nodded softly looking up at him. “She is frozen to the bone…and in need of a good meal…a bath… and can’t speak. But she is still with us yes….” The woman looked down to the girl and smiled, ‘Mostly.”  She spoke as she grasped the small hand that came up to reach for her. ‘It’s is ok…sleep now.” The woman said, “Your safe with us…fate guided us here. And by fate you have much more to do little one…much more.” She says looking up at the man with her. ‘Really?” he asked her looking at the girl. “She has the air of destiny about her dear. “her voice was sweet yet truthful. “I’ll take your word for it love.’ He said and picked the girl up. Cradling her light frame against his solid body. At first she was scared and was shaking, but he started to hum as he carried her. The girl’s small hands gripped his shirt, as if holding on unsure if he would be there later. Her eyes slowly closed and she fell asleep in his arms.

It didn’t seem like it to the small girl, but she slept for days. And when she finally woke up she was washed; warm, in a small white nightgown and in the biggest most comfortable bed she had even seen or felt.  Sitting up she groans softly and rubs her eyes, wondering if she was in heaven.

She woke up bathed clean, and in the most wonderfully soft bed she had ever felt several days later. Later they explained who they were, Aden the woman called herself. A healer of the times, well known for pulling of things that some may see as a miracle. Though she assures them it is simply skill and utter determination. Deacon her husband to the world seemed like a simple farmer. But in truth he and Aden worked for the Assassin's guild. They tried to hide this fact from Levi as they didn't want to further taint her young soul. But as most secrets go, they all come out in time.

So instead of whisking her away, Aden started to teach her how to heal. And Deacon helped her hone her skills, teaching her pressure points, and basic self defense. Telling her she would learn more when she grew older. Levi grew up learning how to take care of their mix matched family. Patching up their fellow Assassin's as they came in, and hiding their secrets very well. It turned out Levi was a rather smooth talker when the need arise.

So this is where we find Levi, bright, bold, willful, wild and to brave for her own good. She lives, loves, and helps her family. And hopes that maybe one day they could all live free lives. And find their own happiness.

I know you said the Templar's may come later, and no big if they never do. As it is in Alex's background. But maybe one day a very cool plot to fallow. :)

I wasn't thinking that far a head to be honest. I also haven't played Brotherhood in a while so totally forgot about that. I will edit her bio. :)

apygoos

Yea, the general plot for this is somewhere between brotherhood and revelations

Nadir

I added 'marksmanship' to Passero's specialities, seeing as every other profile has his other two abilities >_>

Nadir

*sniggers* Ignore my whining, I thought I was being smart when I added stealth, seeing as Ezio is anything but that in the games ::)

Agility is an obvious one for any assassin to have, and I admit I was being lazy when I picked it.

Inari

Ah fair enough. (Just had a few people whine at me for stealing things before and I thought you were annoyed at me. v.v)

But I agree that Altair is more classy than Ezio when it comes to stealth, but Ezio is more swauve with the ladies. XD

I am still on the fence with Conner though...

Nadir

I've not played AC3 yet, so please no spoilers. I don't think I'll be getting to play it until after christmas, either *whines*

Inari

Sorry, I thought everyone knew the new guy's name was Conner. x.x

I won't give any spoilers though. What I will say there is quite the shock after chapter 3. That is all I am saying.

CurvyKitten

pouts~ I'm sorry I tried to very it a bit. I tried to stay within the idea of the character when I picked their specialties. I figured stealth was going to be a popular one as well their assassin's. lol But I just thought about my character and their style or chosen skill set.

As it stands I figured any changes that need to be made will be brought up and worked out with the GM. And I'm sure you can pick another specialty. I may adjust Alex's to get a bit more variety.

On a side note I could also see Rosa being good at dealing with some politics, or merchant dealings as well.

And Passero knowing about minerals, smithing, marine life...possibly sailing if he did that when he was younger. ( oh lord Levi on a boat, why do I picture that only ending in tears. LOLZ)

So everyone can have that special something. :)

And I see all sorts of possible links or ways to get characters tied in together or at the very least a link.

Rosa's parents were kind of like Alex's a common link possibly? Alex just ended up in a different path in life due to the way cards fell.

Passero maybe Levi is the one that came across...thieves crossing paths in the night. "Wait I was going to steal that first." :P Levi goes home and goes on all about this thief that beat her to the goods. hehe

Ok...I'll shut up now. :P I blame the random on lack of sleep. Sorry.

Sorry, I thought everyone knew the new guy's name was Conner. x.x

I won't give any spoilers though. What I will say there is quite the shock after chapter 3. That is all I am saying.

Oh I knew that but I wanted to let you know that I wanted to remain spoiler free.

And now you've gone and said that about chapter three, my imagination is running wild. My train of thought went 'I wonder what shocking thing Ubisoft usually do? They kill people. And it *is* the American civil war... omg Conner dies! Wait, isn't there usually a few more chapters in each game? So Conner is dead for half the game. I bet he is reincarnated as a wolf and you get to run around eating rabbits. Yes. Perfect.'

Which is why I'll never be a script writer for video games ::)

pouts~ I'm sorry I tried to very it a bit. I tried to stay within the idea of the character when I picked their specialties. I figured stealth was going to be a popular one as well their assassin's. lol But I just thought about my character and their style or chosen skill set.

I put stealth because I remember it was the whores that pretty much taught Ezio how to become one with the croud. Maybe we should just change it and say stealth is a no brainer? lol

I would agree with the fact that Rosa would have a bit of a silver tongue and good with politics considering she is well educated.

Rosa's parents weren't really involved with the assassins unless you count them selling silks to the bordello as such? Her husband's family were the ones with the connection with the assassins. (Her husband's family made poisons for them.) I figured Templars would just kill her actual family to cover up stuff. I was half asleep when I wrote my profile. I am not sure how or where Rosa's family would link in with Alex's. :o

I dunno... with half the crap some game devs come out with these days that looks like it would be interesting. lol

But no it's not that. Some people saw it coming a mile off while others like me and my other half were like "WAT" and had the game paused for a good 10 minutes while we were processing exactly what just happened. lol

Gah, I have been lurking about on this request thread since I saw it!

Tentative interest with a few questions to the Gm.

1. I have not played the games, I just know the story (I played 1 but skipped the middle) and I am currently playing 3 (at the start). I know of Enzio and the main plot but not the main details, is that ok?
2. Are we following the story plot or is this like its own thing apart form the "main" plot of the game series? (As In Ezio gets them togther and they are doing other stuff for the brotherhood)
3. Concept- I was thinking of playing a larger character, maybe 6'6 more muscle then grace. He is not one to go out doing the fascinating he is more of a support role with two possible ideas.

Idea A- He is a master forger, recreate important documents (extend this to works of art), artifacts (good enough to replace a fake with the real thing for "thief" missions).

Idea B- He is a the doctor back home who can tend to the wounded and specializes in alchemy. (Also creates stuff like concoctions that can improve a person's reactions, strength, speed or even bombs)

Both would make him a "support" character and I was toying with the idea he is missing his tongue therefor doesn't talk. Also he is the first line of defense if any enemies ever find the hide out.

Maybe her family gave them their original link, or helped them move some of the poisons for them? Though I was talking more about their shared aspect of losing their family to the Templar's. Maybe Rosa helped Alex open up a bit more when she first arrived? Understanding the pain of her past she might use it to get Alex to start talking? Just an idea.

I like the sound of Rosa taking her under her wing. Maybe the same Templars killed their families?

Possibly, I left that tid bit open to so it can be used later if the Gm so wished it. But it could be they were both taken out by the same team...when did her's pass? Maybe it was a raid that hit several 'traitors' at once?

With my ideas that I have so far for the game, you really don't need any knowledge of the games [though it helps]. All one needs to know it it is set in 1500's Italy [eventually i intend for the party to leave Italy and go to other places but that's way down the road yet] and that the Assassins are the protagonist group, headed off by Ezio Auditore, a master assassin.

A Weapon smith ideally could be an assassin and you may not know it, i have no problem with those kind of skills on a character.

I'm in  a rush this morning, stuff to do, i will reply to other questions and thoughts when I get back. Keep hte good stuff coming! will likely get an OOC up later today/

okay, home and ready for stuffs..going to have a OOC chat up this evening. Will also likely make a character page alogn wiht my characters own Bio(s) tongiht, hopefully

also took a slight renaming of the subtitle from "the Brotherhood Continues" to "Legacy" ,felt more epic and befitting of the franchise as a whole

Awesome I will work on it, I do enjoy playing blacksmiths.

I figure there are enough assassins, I can play a support role which would still be vital.  (A "Q" to James Bond - For example)

well also, whos to say that he doesnt play a passive role in missions, that "random padetrian"

42ftw

Name:Antonio Leonardo Flavian, prefers Anton.

Age:19

sexual prefrence:Hetrosexual

"Absolute no's":Being penetrated

Appearance: He stands at around six feet even.

Hooded (masked as well)

Not hooded

Role:Assassin

Specialty:Blades of all kinds, the Hidden Blades and his Gladius in particular. Parkour and free running. Stealth, he always had a knack for getting around unnoticed.

Bio: Antonio wasn't born into the brotherhood as some were, though he did get in through family. Starting at age three until about age seven he lived on the streets, surviving off begging for food,  scavenging for leftovers, or stealing. One fateful day Rodricio Flavian, a seasoned assassin found him, being beaten by several guards after an attempt to steal an apple went south. Rodricio quickly disposed of the guards and took in Antonio and raised him as his own. This included his training.

Throughout his training he showed a certain skill with blades, swords, daggers, you name it. One weapon that he particularly favored (aside from his hidden blades) was a gladius, the sword of ancient Roman warriors, this one specifically had killed a deranged Emperor Nero.

Soon after finishing training Rodrico passed away in his sleep. Antonio was depressed for a few days after this but soon began his life with the brotherhood. Hunting down the Templars, one by one, until none are left.

Faustus

#59
I couldn't help myself, team. Admin, please let me know if there is anything wrong with the character(s) that you would prefer to be changed, or if it would be better to scratch anything all together. I wasn't certain if I was going to step on any toes, considering the types of characters that I'm playing. . .

Name : Johann Georg Faust (also known as the mun can't help but take this chance, I'm so sorry). Well. Sort of. Johannes Durer is a bit closer, but he'll deny that.
Age : 25
Sexual Preference : Bisexual - If it interests him, he will probably try to become involved with it.
Absolute No's : There are no absolute no's for this character. Please speak to me if non-consent occurs, but I'm certainly not going to begrudge you the opportunity. I promise.
(I also note here : One of his largest issues is getting dirty. *At all* If your character gets frustrated with him, just toss some dirt his way. He'll back off like a cat exposed to water. I encourage this. B) )

Appearance :
I don't have as good of a picture for him as I want. I'll attach the resized images, and I'll detail just a little further. Johann has long red hair - a trait that earned him much direct scrutiny in Germany (still uncertain about those witches and all) - and sharp blue eyes. He's pretentious enough to believe that he only requires a monocle, though when in deep studies of books he will wear a full set of glasses. His hair is usually kept tied back to keep it out of his face as he works.

His skin is flawless and unblemished, as would be expected of someone of his "status". The clothes match the user, always made of the finest materials and in the most "flattering" of cuts. He is slightly preoccupied with his appearance, and it leads to him being slightly vain.

Artistic Depictions

Role : Doctor / Informant
Specialty :
   a. Cunning. He's managed to worm his way out of more than one situation on tongue and words alone, so to say he's pretty skilled is to say the least. Often uses this silvertongue ability to get himself out of poor situations. Others. . Well, only if asked nicely does he tend to get them out too.
   b. Analysis. He's a very intelligent individual. Between being a walking compendium of knowledge and an eager learner, he's pretty ideal for situations that call for more brains than brawn. His smarts, so to speak, are particularly useful with strategy design and information gathering.

Biography :
We begin by stating that, though he uses the name, Johann Faust is not the same German that would later earn tales of him.

We also begin by stating that, though he is not that Faust, Johann isn't above using the rumours surrounding this name to get by.

The truth is, Johannes Durer grew up in a high-poverty sector of Stuttgart in the late 1400s. His Mother was a florist, his Father a tailor, and somehow they got by well enough. Between his two parents, they worked and saved enough to give Johannes enough funds to educate himself with once his apprenticeship to a local scholar (a rare chance for their son - and one they struggled to obtain) was complete. Johannes would guard these funds with his life as he performed the day in and out menial tasks asked of him by his Master.

He would also wait until the man was in bed to sneak into his private study and read the works there.

At sixteen his Master tossed him out, preferring another apprentice over Johannes. He accepted this in stride, using his funds from his parents to pay for local schooling. He would spend a few years studying all they had to offer him : the greatest of subjects during the German Renaissance. Alchemy, Astronomy, Divination, Religion, Mythology, Literature. . He dove into them all and memorized them verbatum. But no matter how he poured over these texts, funds would hold him back from finishing and gaining the status he wanted.

When Johannes heard of a man from Wittenberg, a one Faust who was acclaimed to be associated with a devil, the young man saw his opportunity and snatched it. He falsified papers claiming him to be the legendary Doctor. And why not? He had the knowledge. They were near the same age. No one would be the wiser, correct? With people willing to pay him for bogus potions to "heal" (one such case being to a man that wanted to no longer worry about the hair on his face. Johannes gave him a vial with arsenic. He no longer had to worry with his hair, but he certainly didn't have much of a face. .) and listen to his lectures, he settled himself financially and relocated, temporarily, to Italy to enjoy their Renaissance.

Word of a man contracting with a devil circulated fast, and it would only be a matter of time before the Assassins would come to know of Johannes - and know that he wasn't exactly who he was pretending to be. The ruse was good enough, however, and he was encouraged to keep up the persona. Only those that brought him in, for his head only (certainly not his atrocious fighting skills), know his actual surname at this time.

Name : Gian Giacomo Caprotti da Oreno - Much more commonly known, and introduced, simply as "Salai".
Age : 26 (age taken from first meeting in Brotherhood - 1506)
Sexual Preference : Blatant homosexual. Considering the period, perhaps he should not be so open. .
Absolute No's : Please to keeping the poo in the toilet. Otherwise, I don't see him having anything that constitutes an "absolute" no. Please speak to me about non-consensual activity involving his character. I'm not going to tell you no, but it's something I need a head's up about, yeah?

Appearance :
Until I can get it uploaded here, I'd say to just look at the official Assassins Creed wiki. Just type in his name and BAM you have him. I'll edit this in just a little bit, however.

Now updated with an image!

Note : This is how they portrayed him within the game itself. I think they missed the mark on his face a bit (check "St. John the Baptist" with Leonardo's paintings and that is what he looks like. I'll add that soon too.

Role : Technically more of a thief than anything, as well as Leonardo da Vinci's apprentice/servant. He's prouder of this fact than he lets on.
Specialty :
   a. Has proven himself very adept with a dagger and makes the most of an otherwise small item. It functions well with his fighting style, which appears to consist mostly of quick movements and short, sudden stabs. He isn't going to get very deep with most of his wounds, but you'll bleed out eventually if he doesn't get an artery first.
   b. Movement. Salai has admitted himself that he often prefers to use the rooftops to get back to Leonardo's after a night of gambling, as there are fewer people to intercept and offers him more free-room. Due to this, he is quite the weasel to keep up with when he gets going across the rooftops. Odd, considering he's quite the clutz on the ground. .

Biography :
Born in 1480, Gian would grow on a vineyard with his Father until around 1490, at the age of ten, he was picked by Leonardo da Vinci to apprentice to him. According to one historical account, instead of picking grapes as he was told to, Gian had disappeared out to the fields and was drawing instead. Leonardo is said to have approached the boy about this and decided, due to the talent that the exhibited, that he desired to have him as apprentice. Regardless of the origin, little Gian was chosen, paid for, and left what was left of his family in favour of this new man.

Leonardo would take to the boy quickly, and by the second day of apprenticeship would decide to commission two shirts, a pair of hose, and a jerkin for Gian. The boy would steal this money and deny responsibility, though his guilt was very evident. On another occasion, Gian would be brought with Leonardo to dine with Giacomo Andrea. His behaviour was, reputably, deplorable. This misbehaviour and mischief would earn his moniker, "Salai", named after the devil from "Morgante." Gian would become so enthralled and attached to this name that he would come to refuse answering to his birth name, now only responding to Salai.

Despite this, Leonardo would remain attached to Salai, and Salai to him. Leonardo frequently aided him in his painting compositions (and, on more than one occasion, had to bail Salai out of jail). In return, however, Salai would come to model for several of Leonardo's paintings (St. John the Baptist is first to come to mind).

Salai would come to discover much about the Assassin's Guild and worse : the Pieces of Eden. For once, it had little to do with his own snooping and curiosity and more having a Master who has difficulties keeping his mouth shut when excited. Salai absorbed all of the information and could spit most of it back verbatim, if only because of how often he had to hear it. His first true interaction with Ezio would come from the older man being sent to retrieve him from his evening gambling (and lead to Salai questioning Ezio's sexuality, the poor man). Upon returning to the workshop, they would find that Leonardo had been taken by Hermeticists to find the entrance to the Temple of Pythagoras. During this time, Salai would aid Ezio in every way he could to find his master.

In the end, they would be reunited. Salai will begrudge that he owes the Auditore, but for bringing Leonardo back to him. . And so he has agreed to work with the Assassins, serving as an aid, a trainer, and a bit of a moocher when he isn't in Leonardo's workshop.

Or in the bar. Gambling.

He really needs to get that under control.

Faus asked me about Salai. Considering He was a side character in a DLC [which i consider "optional" story filler] and already had an OC. I saw no problem with him being used.

One day Achille had managed to pick the lock to a locksmith's home. He was caught by the locksmith, however the smith was impressed by the fact Achille managed to break in by picking the lock and offered to teach him how to make locks and offered Achille an actual home. Becoming renowned for his ability to pick up a weapon and become skillful with it caught many people's eyes. One of which was Ezio's.  Ezio came up to Achille and offered him a place among the assassins.

Achille was intrigued by Ezio's offer and accepted it with the prospect of a new challenge. Achille was curious about the hidden blades Ezio had used and constantly trained to master the weapon. After figuring out the blade and how to use it in combat he rather liked them, he keeps them with him at all times, even in sleep, just like his hand held crossbow. Achille often accompanied Ezio during his missions against the Templars. He finds the conflict between assassin and templar a curious thing, and something that brings a challenge to his once boring life. Achille helps Ezio train others in the Order with weapons they are unfamiliar with. Achille is not very open to those in the Order, meaning he's generally not very talkative or social.

Faustus

Just going to raise this up a bit and maybe draw Apygoos attention back here so we can get to work on this soon, perhaps?

But not my griefs; still am I king of those.”

Claudia Auditore is among the assassins as well [NPC, though IF someone wanted to pick up Claudia as a constant character to the game, I will not object]
