Modern Rapunzel (searching for male)

I'm looking to do a modern Rapunzel story where my girl is your characters neighbor. Her mother its strict and abusive and keeps her at home where she is homeschooled. Your character and mine would talk by writing notes and holding them up to their windows, as their rooms are across from each other, and on occasion when her mother is out, they can open the windows and actually talk that way. I want it to end up that they fall for each other and he begins to sneak up to her window and go into her room where they can be closer. This is just a rough idea, and I'm hoping to expand upon it, so long as someone is interested.
