Avatar Upload/ URL link

When I try to link/upload an avi, it says "The image is too big, or not an avatar"
I have tried resizing to 150/200, tried turning it into a jpg/gif/tga. Tried uploading to the wiki. Help?

I have tried multiple times with different avis. Heres the one I would like to use at the moment

In the future, remember that your avatar needs to be a maximum width of 150 pixels, or maximum height of 200 pixels; it can be any combination less than that, of course. I believe that Elliquiy accepts GIF, JPG, and PNG.

Not entirely sure why it didn't work, though, as it worked fine for me after I resized it.

Sanai - One note, with uploading to the wiki, is file names.  The wiki will not recognize & or + in a file name, therefore it may be impossible to link to said file if either character is present.
