Okay...you start off with your basic idea and we will go from there...

Well. you kind of picked my basic idea :p Hmmm. I guess mainly I just want there to be many different branches of magic. I also like learning more as we go, gaining new branches, and I like adventure type role plays. What about you?

~thinks about it for a moment~ Well, you could do something where the characters are essentially dropped (somehow) into a different world and they have to learn as they go because they know nothing about it. That would cover the fact they would essentially be creating the world as we go. It could be possible that they have powers associated with certain spheres of magic in that world but they would be latent until something triggered them.

Okay. We could work with that. Your other idea only limits the characters to a certain type of magic though. I like getting to play with all of them ^_^

~shrugs~ Doesn't mean that they can't...I'm just used to writing with the person being able to connect with one type of magic. It could be that this world is different and people can tap into all of them, provided the right trigger.

So we have a situation where a pair of adventurers...(unknown to each other and randomly chosen) are dropped into a brand new world that they know nothing about. Can access all the different types of magic given the proper triggers...but can as well use weapons.

I am a writer. I can start with nothing and still write ^_^ Why I usually hash things out is because I don't like scaring people away with how much my writing jumps around. *walks up to you and wraps my arms around you, holding you tightly*

I would just feel better if you started....~smiles at the kiss~..for my post lengths, I usually match my writing partner. I've had posts that were a few paragraphs and some a few pages...just depends on how motivated and inspired I am.

Do you not like his name? I wanted it be Silias. But it has the red squiggly line that would have annoyed me if it kept popping up in my posts. And that auto corrected to Silas. So it stuck.

I have lists of names I like. I can't use a name I don't like...it doesn't work for my method of writing. I actually had to spend a few minutes finding the one I was going to use for this character.

It's a similar philosophy...I just do it ahead of time and keep them in lists....but then again, I've not written in awhile so I had to go search for everything.

I only have a list of retired names. Depending on how good the role play is or how attached I get to it, I will retire the name of the character in  that role play.

The amount of people I role play with depends on how often they post really. If they only post every couple of days then I can have a few. If they post multiple times a day Then I like to keep it down to only a small group of people ^_^ *snuggles*
