Has anyone been following this? I only realized they had a new trailer out yesterday, even though it was released in May.

Yes. It's either going to be horrible and cheap, or going to be amazing and awesome. The trailers look like they have good special effects, at least.

What do you think of the collaborative stuff they're doing, though?

They're still asking for fan funding to finish it (or at least that's what I read).

They've raised about 6.4 million euros out of a goal of 6.9 million so far.

If Star Wreck is any predictor of the humor it will be a gut-splitting riot.

Soundtrack looks to be awesome too.

I am so looking forward to this one too. If it was a computer game I would compare it to Bioshock. Very fun combination of 30s design and low humor.
