The general idea is a naughty version of Hogwarts and the lack of emo kids and stupid villians. Where all sorts of aspiring mages from various races and species come together to learn new magicks and naturally fuck each other senseless. Which the college administration is perfectly fine with, since that only results in children with magical potential, so they are planning long term. So reports of forced sex or rape are just shrugged at and giving slaps on the wrist and so forth.

Also there is a massive magical ward over the entire compound that converts lethal magical damage into non-lethal. This allows the students to be as aggressive as they want with their magicks without having to hurt anyone, as the worst you could do is knock someone unconscious. At which point the knocked out individual can be dragged off and tied up somewhere for later fun.

On top of teachers that are just as perverted and enjoy using their positions of power for lewd and evil evil ends. Usually involving whips and forcing students to recite chapters in class while naked.

I'm in; I'm thinking a male instructor in magical combat, with the attitude that some abuse of students who fall victim to their peers during practice duels in class is a good motivational influence.  Your clothing was turned invisible?  Mind controlled into losing your virginity?  Knocked unconscious and woke up as the star of a gangbang?  Well, you'll certainly study harder next time, won't you?  Just count yourself lucky, in the real world that spell would have turned you into a breeding hound permanently. 

Also, of course, students who misbehave in class deserve due punishment.  And an overworked, overqualified professor deserves a perk sometimes; and if the two intermix a bit, that's just good multitasking.

Standard slutty school girl outfit, with a mini skirt and a blouse that buttons up the front, that as half blouse, that way the girls belly buttons are showing. Also no panties or bras are allowed. If you do go about the halls in a different outfit, or nude, the administration won't mind as long as it is as slutty looking.

I'm thinking a history of magical beings teacher. Who actually does his best to maintain standards and do some teaching while everyone else is interested in grabbing ass around him. Of course if the students drive him to distraction he's more than happy to punish them. For that matter if one of the female students need some better grades all she has to do is show a little more skin than usual. Perhaps not even a magical user himself.

Bio:
James is a powerful innate magic-user. His family claims he may have been descended from gods and goddesses long, long ago. They actually aren't, since James is adopted. Any, by puberty, James had developed ecspecially strong magic that even adults had trouble mastering. James hadn't mastered it either, which is the point of why he is at the College. James is extremely powerful, but he can't control his powers very well.

James has had constant sexual experience since his sixteenth birthday, and has had well over 300 partners, and at least thousands of sexual experiences since that day. He is not egotistical, but he is highly sexually confident, and doesn't realize what he has gotten himself into by attending Feylorien College.

Personality:
James has a strong protector mentality. If he sees someone who needs protecting, he will risk his very life to stop that person's suffering, or prevent it from occurring in the first place.

Weaknesses:
James can be more easily controlled through Summoning magic than usual since his powers are tied so closely with Nature. He is an embodiment of Nature, in a way. In addition, as it is said, his powers are out of control, it is difficult for him to find a narrow focus.
