~~Rogal Dorn~~

Rogal nodded his head at Alex's question of him being worried. "Extremely. Adolphus is a cruel man who sees himself as always being right and tries to demand total respect from everyone and those who don't usually end up harmed or killed." he said as he started to follow her to wherever she was going. "I just hope for both Lyk and Adolphus, that they both change very soon or things are gonna get a little hairy around here." Rogal was, however, more worried about Alex. If his old master was here, then he might try to do something to her and Rogal wouldn't be able to live if she was harmed in anyway.

~~Adolphus Von Carstein~~

Adolphus ignored the glare from Bahadir as he introduced himself and explained why he was there. "Adolphus Von Carstein, of the Von Carstein bloodline and I am here to teach them. I am, however in my eyes, not in the slightest bit in abusing my position. I could easily be trying to manipulate a bit of a war between the Vampires and the Werewolves here but I'm not, and the boy had it coming. He did attack me unprovoked after all. I did nothing to harm him, only restrained." Adolphus explained, knowing that Bahadir would see things differently, everyone else did.

Adolphus slightly froze up when he saw that the man had rested his hand on his sword while mentioning that he was a vampire that was much older than him. "Indeed, I wouldn't want one of you after me, unless of course I had a plan that would make sure that you couldn't hurt me, but considering the circumstances such a thing would only bring me more trouble than good. I will yield, for now, but will retain the right to defend myself if they should try anything."

I turned quickly looking at Rogal "Was your masters temperament well known? Did people know of his hatred?" I asked twisted my hands together I could feel something on the edge of my mind that was making me edgy. If I was in Paris I wouldn't second guess it I'd just accept that one of my blood line was close by, really close by but there was no reason one of them should be here and if one of them was here it was very very bad, Adolphus would have gained a powerful ally.

Samantha smiled as he suggested a long walk.  It would be nice after so much exercise. "Yeah, a long walk sounds good. In fact I think a short run would be nice too." She looked at him, waiting to see what he was going to say.  She wanted to show him her wolf side, something that she rarely let anyone see.

Nate grinned. "I try to run every day. Let's see if I can keep up with you."

Samantha grinned too.  She almost had a giddyness to her step.  She grabbed his hand and pulled him through to the back wooded area.  She pulled him down a little path before she took off in a slight run.  She disappeared through the trees, leaving him behind.  She appeared a few moments later in her wolf form.  The change was gentle and easy on her, unlike the last few had been.

Bahadir smiled briefly "If you should be attacked without provocation on your end, you wouldn't have to chant a word before the child is subdued. I've been trained being told that werewolves are criminals to nature... that makes me a law enforcer... I'm as likely to defend you as to impale you, with all due respect, depending on your actions" he said, inhaling deeply, catching the boy's scent "He wants to mate, naturally he's very protective of his choice of companion..." he sighed, shaking his head "The girl better stay away from him when he realizes an undead can not carry children".

He moved his hand away from the sword's hilt as he added "I am no daddy to any of these young vampires..." he shook his head in disbelief "Thank Dracula's fangs, not to any werewolf either" he said, smiling once more "But I think manipulation and use of power in pursuit of it should be left for later, otherwise you're looking at supernatural war here" he nodded politely.
I'm not new. I just... lurk...

Nate nearly panicked when he lost sight of Samantha, just in case there was some hidden danger here. He couldn't do anything to protect her if he couldn't see her.

But she appeared again quickly--only as a wolf. Nate caught his breath at her strength, power and grace. He was grateful that she trusted him enough to change when he was present. And even after all these years, it was still astonishing when someone who looked as human as himself transformed. G-d, how he admired Samantha for that ability . . . and almost envied her.

He smiled, pushing that twinge of envy aside. He was content to be her servant; he didn't have to be her equal. And, truth be told, he would have made a lousy werewolf.

He grinned at her. "Wow," he said. "Ok, there's no way I can outrun you now!"

Samantha responded by wagging her tail.  She was graceful in her movements. She walked over to him and nuzzled his hand in an attempt to get him to pet her.  She enjoyed the feel of his hand against her nose.  She couldn't remember a time she didn't like being a wolf.  She sprinted in front of a short ways then returned, still nudging him for a pet.

Nate laughed and dropped to his knees in front of Samantha, so he could pet her and scratch behind her ears. "Ok, Mistress, I'll admit it," he said, still smiling. "I'm madly envious of you right now. And, G-d, you're graceful and beautiful in all forms."

He paused, giving her a questioning look. "What next? Would you still like that walk?"

She barked at him and hoped that he would still take her.  She licked his hands to get him to go.  She had to admit to herself that she liked his sent even better as wolf.  Being able to really breathe him in without making it look weird.  She did just that, taking a few sniffs at him before stepping out to take that walk.

Rogal nodded his head again in agreement. "Hey made sure to let it be known, of both his temperament and his hatred for Werewolves. Those who didn't soon learned it." he said as Alex wrung her hands together like she felt that something wrong. "A penny for your thoughts?" he asked of her.

~~Adolphus Von Carstein~~

Adolphus smiled at Bahadir's. "I thank you for the offer of helping me should I get attacked by the students and I might take the offer but I'd like to see how things go first and no offense taken. One mustn't be too careful, even when dealing with ones own kind." he said as he started to like the guy, but his comment about Lyk wanting to mate with Eva threw him off. "The boy wishes to mate with one of the undead?" he repeated before he started to chuckle softly to himself, "the boy is indeed in for a grave disappointment."

"I'm merely here to help them, as long as they don't give me any trouble. Abusing my power is one of the last things I would do, but I'm also here to observe how one of my old servants is doing since I sent him here." Adolphus said as he started to loosen up a bit once Bahadir moved his hand off of his sword.

Nate smiled and joined her on the walk, treasuring the fact that Samantha trusted him and wanted his company whether she was in human form or wolf form.

Besides, he was relieved that she was in wolf form right now. If she had been right before, and someone had been watching them, she'd be even more likely to pick it up with the heightened senses of a wolf.

"It's just a feeling but..." I hesitated it was normal to be able to sense your blood line but the 'release' policy I was under was far from it. I didn't feel like explaining it yet. I sighed "I think one of my blood line is here, I think the Weres being here brought her here and that she will be a powerful ally to Adolphus." I said looking a bit saddened thinking about Eva and Lyk knowing they were perfect for her perposses.

Kiryu spent the rest of the day looking for the stray cat he had been fond of.He walked down the hall until he felt a intense tug at his stomach. It crippled him badly as it forced him to the ground. He tries to make it to the boy's bathroom but a lone female restroom. He blushed and crawled into the restroom. From outside the door, growling could be heard and snarling was widely prevalent. After the transformation a dog sized wolf saunter out of the ladies room.It has a green bandana tied around its necak and two earrings in one ear.It looked as if he was a dog and a wolf combined. He was Kiryu.

She didn't smell anyone following them now.  She was enjoying the walk with him. As much as she was enjoying the walk there was something inside of her that was stirring.  She could feel the need to mate rising, and knew that anyone in the nearby area would be at risk. Her head started spinning.  She knew she was going to change, but she just had to control it.  She turned to Nate and growled at him, baring her teeth.  She liked him and wanted him to get away from her, but inside she was being ripped apart by her actions.  She wasn't sure if she was going to be able to forgive herself.

Shoshana

Nate was stunned by the change in Samantha. He hadn't done anything, as far as he could tell, but suddenly she was snarling at him. He even looked over his shoulder, in case some enemy was behind him. But no, he was definitely the object of her anger.

But why would she be angry with him? No, something else was going on.

He backed up slowly. "Ok, Mistress," he said, "It's ok. I'll leave if you want me to, but I need to know that you're all right first. I won't go anywhere until I know that you're safe."

She was starting to change.  She focused on keeping herself human.  She was one of few werewolves that she knew could change into a sort of half-human/half-wolf form.  She stood taller than most humans and was quite muscular.  This was the form that was usually the most violent, and least controllable for her. She used at much focus as she could to turn back to her human self.  The change was sudden and she was left kneeling in the dirt.  She put her hand up to her head.  It hurt and she couldn't get it to stop spinning. She moved her hand and held it up to him. "Please, go! Just leave!" she shouted at him.

Dreamers Sand

~Cerise & Vexen~

Cerise had slipped off into a daydream about the vampire that killed her protective friend and so called brother. The dream was of Striker, the tall dark haired vampire who wore a suit of pure white and murdered in cold blood, even killing off Aces without getting a fleck of a crimson stain on his attire. Of how he attacked Cerise afterward, spoke of a payment, of a host, and soon disappeared. But her dreams ended on her knees in the darkness, crying over the blood-soaked body of her brother.

She was awoken suddenly at a soft breeze, an air of danger. Her eyes rose quickly and she spotted a tall lithe vampire; Vexen. He turned and met her eyes, and the thoughts that she quickly picked up were horrid. Images of roses, blood, pale skin and a blankly faced woman. He turned and continued, a smirk on his lips.

Cerise jumped to her feet, and began to race after him. But she wasn't fast enough. Her human legs could not carry her as fast as his vampiric legs glided across the floor. She wanted to stare into his eyes again, feeling out what was in his head. Something snagged her mind to him, and she wanted to stop him, hit him even. Seeing into Vexen's crimson eyes ignited rage, but she was unsure how.

But soon, he was gone. Disappeared. She gasped and finally stopped before the restrooms, hands on her knees as she doubled over. Her fedora toppled into the floor and she grunted. She knelt, gripping her fedora and coming back to a stand. Her fingers traced the brim and she quickly flipped it back onto her head, then turning to notice a... dog... wolf... thing.

Werewolf? Possibly?

Who put bandannas on their dogs? Or piercings? Definitely had to be a werewolf. Her eyes met his and she tried to capture some surface thought, but she only found 'Kiryu'. Maybe it was someone's pet. She could not be sure in Blackwald.

She knelt down and reached out her hand, palm up.

"Hey you." Cerise said, her voice slightly tainted with a Jersey styled accent, though it was regardlessly soft. "Care to be petted, or..." What do you do to dogs or wolves, she'd never had a pet before. So she just made an awkward smile, before keeping her hand extended to see if he stepped forward to be touched.

“Oi Im not a dog!"
The way he spoke was telepathically. They could hear him even though his jaw remained shuy.He eyed her with a wierd look even for a werewolf.

~Cerise~

She raised an eyebrow, slowly withdrawing her hand and coming back to a full lean stand over the werewolf. She pushed her dark brown waves of hair behind her shoulders and took a moment to let this sit in her mind, studying his eyes and thinking it was humorous to run into any form of telepathy with her ability to creep into the mind. But when she looked into his mind now, she did not shuffle through Kiryu's thoughts or images. She instead just studied the shade of his hues.

"Well, then you are a werewolf, right?" Cerise said. "Werewolves don't like being petted, I suppose, do they?" Stupid question, but her full lips pulled into a smile as she rubbed her neck with a deeply tanned hand. "And what might you be doing in front of the girl's bathroom? Using your powers for the greater evil?"

was the closest place I could do it."he said a her pass her a“You pet me and your losing that hand"glance"

~Cerise~

She watched him, stepping back. Yes, there was something to be frightened about when it came to werewolves, knowing it could jump up and eat her face literally, if he wanted to. But she slipped back and shrugged.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to piss you off any more than you already are, Kiryu." She said, chuckling internally.

He looked at her for an instant and then suddenly he was on his hind legs, his jaw at her throat, breathing ever so lightly.“Your going to tell me how you know my name.Dont and theres gonna be a bloody heap in this hallway."his eyes all the serious. He became alot more threating as a werewolf than a human. He was working on that.

Dreamers Sand

~Cerise~

In a matter of seconds the joke was on her. She stepped back twice, used to casino fights and alleyway brawls. But this was out of her experience. She backed up til her back was pressed tight to a wall and she was pinned, no one else in the hallway. Where was that stupid vamp, by the way? He probably wouldn't help if he was there regardless.

"I..." She leaned her head back, her silver eyes meeting his once more. "An ability; I can look into the eyes of people and read things about them." She said quietly, her fingers gripping the wall as one slipped towards her pocket, feeling the shape of a switchblade hidden there. "My name is Cerise, now we're even."

~Cerise~

She watched him back down, and she felt the tension leaving her now trembling fingers. But her face showed no signs of fear; she had a perfect bluff. Cerise watched him shake himself off, her body coming off the wall. The young woman stepped towards him, but one foot turned towards the end of the hall. She had nowhere in particular to go to, class, sooner or later. But until then, what? Brawling with werewolves and hunting vampires?

Cerise had a bad feeling she might turn up either dead or severely wounded in time. The thought made her wince visibly.

So I've already had one vampire give me the unbearably creeps, and a vampire threaten me because I'm such a smartass. School is going to be great. Don't know how I've got my life without it.

Cerise raised her hand and turned her head, keeping the brim down so that she could not look into Kiryu's eyes as much as her curiosity pushed her.

"I'm sorry about it, don't know how to make it better. If you've got any options, then tell me. Or I can just go."
