On Level3 versus Comcast, or: Why Comcast sucks

This is a pretty nice discussion about what is going on. Net neutrality isn't ending (any more than it already is under attack), Level3 isn't innocent, but Comcast isn't playing entirely honest either - all traffic that isn't peered with them is forced through a pair of 10 gigabit links, which tend to run at capacity, causing interruptions to places that don't have peering arrangements with them.
