Powers:
Mio's powers originate from her ability to break down her atoms and move them between the molecules of other objects. This allows her various abilities.
Phase Jump: Mio can "teleport" a maximum of ten feet wherever she can see by switching her atoms with the atoms of the space she wishes to occupy.
Phasing: Mio can phase through solid objects, up to seven feet thick.
Floating: Mio can float a maximum of 15 feet above some kind of surface.

Weaknesses:
Phase Jump: The finally destination has to be within sight. Meaning she can’t jump to the other side of a wall. Mio also can’t phase through objects while she’s jumping. There is a limited to how many times she can jump. If she does so too often within a too short amount of time, she will get extremely tired and even pass out. Limit so far is three jumps per minute.
Phasing: Mio also has a limited to how long she can phase at a time. She can only be in phase form for five seconds at a time and up to six times per minute. Mio's phasing depends on how dense an object is. As such, denser objects are a lot harder to move through. The denser something is, the slower she will pass through it. There are also a few metals that she just can't move through.
Floating: Mio can only float for about 8 minutes at a time.
Mio can take a max of 2 people with her while phase jumping or phasing or floating, though it tires her out twice as fast, putting her limits at half.


Bio: Mio’s upbringing was fairly normal. She was born to a regular middle class family. Her mother was Japanese and her father was American. She went to a private school for most her life. In school, she had exceptional grades, but opted out of sports. There were a few girls in her school that she was close with and they did everything normal girls did together. There was nothing out of the ordinary with Mio.
Until she started to pass through objects, or the other way around. She would try to sit down on a chair, only to go through it. A ball would be thrown at her and it would go through her. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, she would randomly teleport a few feet away. There were also a few cases where she would start to fall, but instead of landing, she would just float there. Naturally, it didn’t take long before ExCiv picked her up. And now she’s here, being tested for her limits as well as getting adjusted to her new life. She’s lonely and confused, hating being the center of attention.

Personality: Mio is extremely shy. She hates being the center of attention, even if it’s positive. As such, she’d never do anything to stand out. She has no problem being herself with close friends, but it’s a problem even getting to that stage with her. Mio is also a scaredy-cat when it comes to pretty much everything, from spiders to ghosts to barnacles. She hates when people talk about painful sounding stories. She will go hide in a corner, curled up with her hands covering her ears. Sometimes, her friends would tease her, making her freak out over nothing just because she was adorable when she did. Mio is, however, very talented and smart, and those close to her know that fact well. She always helps those close to her, whether it’s studying or getting a job to help them with monetary needs.

Description: Mio is a petite girl, standing around 5'4" and weighing in at 106lbs. Most everyone calls her adorable and cute. Howeber, due to her shyness, many mistake it for being adult-like, especially due to her adult-like body for someone her age.

Sexual Preferences: Mio is extremely sexually inexperienced, never having any arousal and being able to recognize it as such. There for she doesn't know her sexuality. As for playing it out, any works for me. I don’t mind rping a whole experience.

Powers:
Second Sight: David can see the energy within living things such as people, animals, and even plants however while using this skill he is unable to see anything that is not living leaving him virtually blind to the majority of the world. Study of this every has allowed David to find that the energy is largely unique to each and every individual and study of its flow he has been able to detect injuries and illnesses in other people. He has even used the skill to try and find differences in normal humans and others like him and any other advantage his skill may offer him but has so far been largely unsuccessful.

Weaknesses: Once his second sight manifest David was unable to regain his normal sight for some time. Today however with concentration he can regain his normal sight for a short time but it is difficult to maintain for long, he does however practice it daily. This leaves David blind to any inanimate objects such as walls, tables ect. David could see a person in the next room but not the wall that separates them, this needless to say has resulted in him walking into walls or appearing to talk to them while trying to converse with a person nobody else can see. Aside from his sight David is a normal person and is vulnerable to anything they would be.


Bio: David has always been intelligent and ahead of other children his age and had few friends growing up preferring instead to read or study. At age sixteen he was already nearing graduation of high school with the intention of beginning medical school. but sudden sudden migraines and a loss of all vision but vague lights and shadows quickly brought these plans to a halt. For several months David was constantly in and out of the hospital but the doctors were unable to find a cause for his sudden condition. On one such visit after an attack of particularly painful migraines left David staring at a nurse eyes tightly closed against the pain in his head asking what was wrong with her chest. The nurse thought it odd at the time but wrote it off. When He finally did open his eyes his parents were shocked to see an eerie blue glow coming from their sons eyes. Fearing what it meant they rushed him home and forbid him from leaving their house.

Several months later after the nurse was diagnosed with lung cancer she became hysterical remembering what David had said accusing him of being an Extrahuman and causing her illness. David and his family came under close watch for some time and given the suspicious behavior and lengths his parents went through to ensure he never left home their house was soon raided and David was captured, David not putting up any fight. After being captured and Davids own suspicions about his sight being confirmed it did not take long before the nature of his powers were known and it determined he was not the cause of the nurses illness.

Personality: David has always been intelligent and self sufficient. Before manifesting David was always studious, loving to read and learn grasping ideas and concepts typically considered to advanced for someone his age. This lead to a slight depression after his manifestation being unable to read normally but as he has began coming to terms with his new way of life and learned to deal with it his old demeanor has began returning.
Description: David has a slight build that become even more so since enjoying the hospitality of his new home. He typically wears dark clothing, nothing outlandish or loud. He can typically be seen wearing wrap around sun glasses to hide a nearly constant faint blue glow from his eyes. He carries a collapsible grey walking stick with him but has memorized the areas of the school he frequents well enough to rarely need to use it.


Sexual Preferences: I typically like the smut to be story based but is not always a requirement.

As such, more dense objects are harder or even impossible to go through (can make up some kind of metal element to keep her in). As such, dense metal walls would take much longer to go through. Would that work?

The characters are all really creative I am impressed with how many different types of powers people have come up with. :)

"I wanted to keep the powers interrelated in a way that made it sound like everything she does comes from a single power. I suppose they could all be done by altering/breaking down her molecular structure. If you want to do it that way, it should say under her phasing, that she can phase through 3 to 10 feet of solid matter, depending on how dense the material is, and the denser the material, the slower she passes through it."

Powers: Elias is unpowered, but as the school physician he is equipped with all the self-defense weapons afforded to staff and has access to substances extracted from certain students (such as Celeste's powder and Donovan's venom) that can be weaponized if need be.

Weaknesses: Elias is a normal human, with all the 'weaknesses' that come with that.


Bio: Elias Strecker grew up a quiet academic. He excelled in school to the point of being regarded as a prodigy, though his social life never prospered; he had the potential to be a world-renowned scientist, but his lack of charisma all but ensured that he'd never meet that potential. ExCiv began watching him soon after he started college, and they recruited him out of med school to serve out his internship and residency under their then-current head physician.

Elias didn't disappoint, taking to his new line of work with the enthusiasm expected of him. As soon as he was able, the young doctor succeeded his mentor when the older man was 'relocated', which was ExCiv's plan from the beginning. Dr. Strecker has made a name for himself in the years since as one of the leading researchers of extrahuman studies, a feat that is admittedly easy to accomplish when one has the backing of the Kelly Foundation.

Personality: The doctor is not a bad person. He's not overly social or comfortable with human interaction, but he genuinely cares for the well-being of the students and staff of the facility. As such, he takes issue with the abuse suffered by those students at the hands of that staff, but he knows full well that taking action to stop it would only get him fired and he can do more good by working to ease their pain from the inside. Unfortunately, despite his kind nature, Elias often lets his scientific curiousity get the better of him, for good or ill. He has been known to perform needlessly invasive procedures and experiments on students just to see "what would happen." This, combined with his unwillfully cold bedide manner, have given him a harsh reputation at the school.

Powers: Aleksei is in excellent physical condition and has over 30 years of military training and experience under his belt. As the self-defense instructor for the school's staff, Aleksei is proficient in multiple martial disciplines, including Sambo, Judo, and techniques taken from the United States Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. He has access to all ExCiv weaponry, as well as a unique combat suit. The armor is adept at absorbing impacts and is made from lightweight plastics, kevlar, and rubber insulation. It comes with a full-face helmet designed to impair the effects of standard-issue flashbang grenades, as well as general protection.

Weaknesses: Aside from training and equipment, Aleksei is an unpowered human.

Bio: Aleksei Kireyev was born and raised in Soviet Russia, the youngest son of a World War II veteran. His upbringing was very militant, and it was no surprise that he began preperation for a military career early. He was more than happy to attend the routine inspections and drilling required of all young men in the Soviet Union, and his enthusiasm pleased the officers of his assigned unit.

Before long, Aleksei had officially joined the Soviet Army beyond a conscripted capacity. He was dedicated, taking on as many optional regimens as possible and enrolling in an Officer's Academy where he was instructed in squad command, politics, and military history. He soared through the ranks and eventually into the Soviet Special Forces, Spetznaz. His long career consisted of several classified operations throughout the latter part of the Cold War. He never ceased to prove himself a competent soldier and commander, but unfortunately for him the USSR was in steady decline. With their territories quickly declaring independance one by one, the Union would never recover.

Kireyev opted to join the winning side of the war after the fall of the Soviet Union, the Era of Stagnation causing him to reevaluate his previous nationalism and to hold no hard feelings toward his former enemies. He transferred to the United States, where he could put his experience to use in training what was now the uncontested stongest military in the world. This transfer was not an easy one, as he was suspected by many of being a spy. However, he made a deal with the Kelly Foundation to help smooth the process from the inside, and eventually he was granted full citizenship and a job training Army recruits at an academy.

When the boarding school was founded, Aleksei made good on his part of the deal. He accepted a role as an officer and trainer of Enforcers, a position he continues to hold to this day.

Personality: Aleksei is a stern, disciplined soldier to his core. He expects everyone to know their place and fall in line, and those who don't deserve their punishment. He isn't often known to use excessive force on students himself, though he certainly turns a blind eye to his subordinates doing so. Even so, he does not tolerate the unnecessary use of lethal force on the school's wards; every dead student is a failed case, and failure is unacceptable. He doesn't personally hate extrahumans, but he does see them as potential threats requiring strict control. He greatly respects those students that go on to work for the school, seeing them as examples of success for the school and as worthy colleagues.

Powers: Crispin has some control of his own bioelectricity, which itself acts somewhat differently from that of a normal human. He has unique glands in his chest cavity that act as 'capacitors', able to store and release electric energy inside his body. This gives him some defense against electrocution; the glands will absorb an electrical current and protect his heart from fibrillation, and his skin is greatly resistent to electrical burns. These glands are capable of storing a good deal of energy, though there is a reasonable limit. Once stored, this voltage can be channeled outward in the form of electrostatic discharge through physical contact or a short circuit.

Weaknesses: Crispin can't generate his own electricity moreso than any normal human can, and he can only store enough energy to produce a powerful static shock without risking damage to his heart. In addition, the discharge requires a circuit to travel through. He is fitted with a special device that moniters the charge in his glands, and is required to submit to routine 'draining' to keep the charge at a normal level. He must also be careful not to use up too much of his charge, at the risk of not having enough left over to function his body.


Bio: Crispin Wells was born to a well-off family in New England, and his early life was easy and enjoyable. His parents could afford most of the things he wanted, he attended a private school, and he was never without a group of friends. He did fairly well in school and played for a local youth soccer team. He had nothing in the world to complain about, and he was happy. Things might have continued that way for him, had he not been born an extrahuman.

His powers manifested explosively, resulting in a house fire and in Cris falling into a catatonic state, with barely enough energy left in his body to allow his vital organs to function. He was saved by the Fire Department and hospitalized, where he gradually recovered. A Kelly Foundation associate who worked within the hospital alerted ExCiv to the mysterious circumstances of Crispin's condition, and an investigation quickly determined that the boy was extrahuman. His parents reluctantly signed him over to their custody, and with a little convincing he went along without issue.

His past two years with the school have been largely uneventful. He's never been involved in a violent incident or shown any signs of rebellion, and he has mostly kept to himself, devoting himself to classes and reading books from the library.

Personality: Crispin is friendly and very open by nature, though his time at the school has embittered him somewhat. He understands the concern about B and C level extrahumans, but he believes A level students such as himself to be mostly harmless and that their incarceration is unneccessary. He's amicable to fellow A-level students and respectful toward authority figures, but he tends to ignore B and C level students. Although he's not at all happy to be here, he is very obedient and is not prone to cause trouble, at least not for most enforcers. He has been known to give people who annoy or anger him a small zap, but never anything more than a normal static shock.

Sexual Preferences: Cris isn't very experienced, but as a male teenager he is very interested in sex. He's still figuring out his own sexual identity and preferences, but he would admit to being attracted to men as well as women. (I've yet to actually try erotic RP. I'm not against trying it, but I'd prefer to do it over PMs, at least at first. Two people I know in real life are in the game, so I'd feel a bit uncomfortable having that where they could see it, especially as a beginner.)
