So I was just sitting and musing about poems and I thought about "Antagonish". The opening stanza of that poem would make a really good horror movie or story.

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today,
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

I know that poem is quoted rather heavily in a movie I saw a few years ago. 'The Haunting' I think it was called.
