Looking for something inspired by Fallout (or Skyrim) mods. F for M. NC/Ex

Hello,

I have returned after a few months away and would like to try and get into things once more.  The current idea that is at the forefront of my mind is based on mods for Fallout 4 and to a lesser extent Skyrim that I played around with awhile ago.  I wasn't hugely impressed with the mods when I tried them (mostly for story/frustration reasons), but they did get the gears spinning.

I have an On/Off list in my signature, I haven't updated it in awhile however so there maybe small changes.  I am generally open to anything with discussion (and within site rules), so I am not opposed to people asking.  I might decline, but I won't be offended.  In general however I am looking to play a female character, preferably with some sort of strength/power, who ends up facing non-consensual situations.  The details otherwise are open to discussion.

Fallout (mod) Inspired

I am looking for something with a similar setup/intro to Fallout 4.  It may or may not be in the Fallout universe, I might slightly prefer it is but not strongly enough for it to be a huge deal either way.  The main thing is to have a post-apocalyptic wasteland fought over by various factions, and a main character that is a woman out of time.

I wouldn’t mind using a system (I have a few that might work), but I could also see it being freeform or freeform with randomness through limited dice rolls.  Either way the goal is to combine plot with smut.

For the plot I don’t have too many specific ideas in mind for, it could follow Fallout 4’s plot, or it could be something more original.  I do want a plot, but the general setup is more important to me than any specific plot.

The inspiration came from mods such as Raider's Pet (the raiders slap an explosive collar around your neck), Abductions (you are sold off), and Deviant Devices (restraints are slapped on your character).

The idea is inspired by a mod of the same, or a similar, name unless I am mis-remembering.  However as above it is more the general idea that attracts me rather than any specific plot or setting.  It could certainly be moved to many other fantasy settings, and could easily be done with Pathfinder.  I would probably prefer a system over freeform for this idea, with you taking the role of GM (overall, we can discuss details).

The basic idea is that while the main character is off adventuring, the town institutes slavery and rather misogynistic laws.  The exact details we can discuss.  What comes to mind for me, though certainly not the only option, is that all women are declared property and not allowed to leave the city without an escort.  As a result the main character has to sneak in and out of the city, and find ways to evade notice when in the city.
