Snatched and feminized abroad (m or f)

Three more ideas came to mind, ones that I hope I can find partners for, so here goes. I'll be playing a male character, as what happens to them has more shock value to it than if I play as myself.

1. Temporarily working overseas, England, or perhaps somewhere in Europe, I start a hidden relationship with a woman, whos husband turns out to be a crime boss. Caught in the act, he kills her, but decides to turn me into her duplicate, to punish me.

2. Passing through a city in England or Europe, I help a prostitute to escape her life, providing her with money to get home. Her pimp, furious when he or she finds out, snatches me and has my body altered by surgeries and hormones to take over from her, as punishment.

3. Lost in a bad part of an unfamiliar city, I'm caught by a street gang, whos leader decides to turn me into his or her companion and stress toy, altering and feminizing me as much as possible.
