Horny vampires? (Need a GM please)

So I don't have a very complex idea yet, but I am looking for a hardcore group rp where everybody is either a human or a vampire (Maybe more races if it pleases the fans?) and the basic ideal is that the vampires are dying out, and their leader has tasked them with raising their population by turning humans into vampires. But instead of just having to drink their blood to turn them, they have to have sex with their victims (Whether by force or consensual). I hope you guys will play with me :) If anybody wants to add on to this idea, I'm all ears.
