World of Darkness: Castle Falkenstein - Discovery Bay by Gaslight

Okay, World of Darkness players! I am seeking people to join a Victorian Adventure Entertainment to be played online (on DarkMyst IRC). We will be using the Mind's Eye Theater rules for the World of Darkness setting, and available character types are Exceptional Mortals, Mages, True Faeries of the Seelie Court, Changelings, and Dwarves.

The setting is the fictional city of Discovery Bay, California, in the equally fictional Bear Flag Empire (which covers California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada in the Castle Falkenstein universe). Discovery Bay, in this setting, covers the area from the southern tip of the Marin Peninsula (Lime Point, where the northern end of the Golden Gate Bridge is in real life) north through Sausalito, Marin City, and Manzanita, and west to Tamalpais-Homestead Valley. Discovery Bay was founded by inventor Jason Chandler, who financed the construction of the city using the gold from the Big Thunder Mountain Mine in Thunder Mesa, California, and established the city as a Mecca for inventors, scientists, wizards, and adventurers.

Sorry about the delay in a response.  For some reason, I didn't get a notification that there had been a post.

So anyway, character generation guidelines are as follows:

Normal human characters are built as extraordinary mortals (World of Darkness standard characters), plus 75 experience points to balance with supernatural-based characters.

Mages are built according to Mage the Awakening character generation rules and Chapter 2 of World of Darkness: Castle Falkenstein, plus 50 experience points.

Seelie Faerie Lords are built according to Changeling the Dreaming character generation rules, modified as detailed in Chapter 3 of World of Darkness: Castle Falkenstein.  No additional experience points are awarded.

Changelings are built according to Changeling the Dreaming character generation rules and Chapter 3 of World of Darkness: Castle Falkenstein, plus 50 experience points.

Daoine Sidhe can be built as either Extraordinary Mortals or Mages, as above, and require the Merits detailed in Chapter 2 of World of Darkness: Castle Falkenstein.

Dwarves are built as Extraordinary Mortals, as above, but only get 60 experience points.  They also gain the Blessings and Curse of any one Wizened Kith.  All Dwarf characters are male.
