I have an issue that I can't bring up in the Shoutbox or the bad and ugly forum because I know the name of the person who caused the trouble. Please could someone give me a link to take it through the proper channels of E? I feel I need to bring it up, but the last thing I want to do is get castrated *crosses legs* or even be hit with the Mighty BanHammer that every Admin keeps handy in case of trouble.I want to do it *by the book* but don't know how to.
