Colors of names?

If I understood correctly, pink names are females, blue names are males, and blue names aren't accepted yet. If anyone is your buddy, he/she will be portrayed in bold.

But how come some names, like ladyelizabeth and elandra, are still blue, even though they have a full profile?

Ah, and I noticed the subtle difference in color between bright and dark pink and bright and dark blue.

Not that I really mind too much, but it's really subtle, and since it's the suggestion board, wouldn't it help to make the difference in color more obvious, ie. red for restricted and purple for sirens for example?

Isn't that strange? I've been here for years and everyone's names have always been the same color. I didn't even know there was supposed to be a difference.
