Justice League United

This RPG will be set in the new DC universe in cooperating the comics, TV shows and movies.

First the Man of Steel from the Stars joined us, then the Dark Knight of Gotham, The Amazon princess, the Scarlet Speedster, The Lantern, The King, The Cyborg enforcer. Superman (Clark Kent), Batman (Bruce Wayne), Wonder Woman (Diana prince), the Flash (Barry Allen), Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Aquaman (Arthur Curry) and Cyborg (Victor Stone) were the original Justice League who risked their lives supposedly facing a full scale invasion from Apocalypse and Darkseids Forces.  Just as the legacy of the Justice Society who had been heroes back in World War Two. Carrying on the Legacy of the superhuman.

Fast Forward Five Years Later and meta humans start popping up as well as new threats which require a new team. Hence the birth of teams like the Justice League Dark, Teen Titans, the Suicide Squad and the Outsiders. But will the newly elected President Lex Luhor be willing to accept an army of new heroes when he has such distaste over aliens and meta humans.  What is he secretly plotting? The man who once swore to kill Superman.

The first story arc will have Grail (The Daughter of Darkseid) as the primary villain as our heroes unite, and the action will take place primarily in Metropolis. Basically I want to say we have free reign to create new/rebooted versions of our beloved DC heroes. Such as Aquaman, Green Arrow, the Atom, Vixen, Black Canary, Cyborg, Zatanna, Stargirl, Beast Boy, Arsenal,  Raven, WonderGirl etc etc. However the big three will be absent for this game. Basing this on the fallout of Final Crisis when the Trinity went their own separate ways.

NPC`S

Superman/Clark Kent/kal El (MIA)
Batman/Bruce Wayne (MIA)
Wonder Woman/Diana Prince (MIA)

This is the Justice League United Universe and all regions that are found here are what we create and use. Listed below are cities that writers have requested for plot purposes. All role play that is to take place in this thread is free-form and sandbox. You can basically role play whatever you want but leave major events to the GM and Co-GM. silkNsatan and TheBlackThorne

VoluptuousVixen

Legal Name: Sara Lance
Alias: White Canary formerly the Canary
Age: 28
Sexuality: Bisexual (Leans towards women)
Residence: Metropolis Interstate Motel

Description:

Sara is built very well. Coming in at 5`8 in height she is no shrinking violet. Long legs and a pert round ass and large breasts. Sara is covered in freckles which she gets from her moms side of the family. Naturally blond hair which she also gets from mom. She has a rather distinct dimple in the middle of her chin that is very pounced. She has full pouty lips and deep blue eyes. She has a few scars on her body from her days as a beat cop and a few from her latest trade as the White Canary!

Persona:

Sara keeps up appearances as a free spirited trouble maker still suffering from her parents divorce. She in-fact couldn’t be more focussed since returning to Star City and becoming the White Canary. She still hasn’t fully delt with her drink problem which got her kicked off the force to start with, but since been a vigilante she has little time for booze. The irony her *day* job is working in a bar is not lost on her. Sara ran off with her sisters boyfriend Oliver Queen on the Queens Gambit and ended up on a adventure which changed her life. She was trained by one of Ras Al ghuls daughters. Dinah took all she learned from the force and Nyssa and combined it to create her Canary persona. She prefers to go after misogynistic criminals who prey on women. Sara loves her family, she has a interesting relationship with her sister Laurel who is the Black Canary. But unlike Laurel Sara doesn't have any meta-human abilities. Sara cares deeply for the Queen family such as Oliver and his sister. Sara stated she will always love Nyssa even though she cant be with her.

Powers and Skills:

1) Advanced Hand to hand: Sara is shown to be skilled in hand to hand combat. IN Wing-Chun by Nyssa Al Ghul primarily.
2) Trained Stick fighter: Sara carries two batons which can click together into a full length staff which she wields with mastery.
3) Trained acrobat/Stealth: Sara is able to scale large buildings and leap great distances. She is also able to get around without been seen or causing too much commotion. She can also use seduction and flirtation to get what she wants. Sara can be very charming to both sexes.
4) Tolerance for Pain/Torture: While her time in China was mostly horrific Sara did learn to tolerate extreme pain. Now it takes a great deal to break her.
5) Fearless: Sara is extremely brave and would die for another however this *fearlessness* could at times be mistaken for arrogance.

Weaknesses: Sara Lance has a hot temper which has a tendency to get the better of her. This can split her focus in battle. She also has a alcohol problem she never truly dealt with. She figures now she has focus in her life as the White Canary she won’t need to deal with it. Sara can be arrogant and pig headed when she wants to be and wont let things go. At times she can be a bad judge of character especially when it comes to men which leads her into trouble. If her foes ever found out about her identity they would go after both her farther and her mother. She has an estranged relationship with her mother. Sara does not work well with others or in a team which played a part in her police dismissal. Those Sara loves can be used against her such as her own family, the Queen family and Nyssa.

Background:

Sara Lance is the daughter of Dinah Drake and Starling City police captain Quentin Lance. She is the younger sister of Dinah Laurel Lance.

At one point, Sara began secretly seeing Laurel's playboy boyfriend, Oliver Queen, with only her mother aware of the affair. Oliver invited Sara to join him on his sailing trip with his father, Robert Queen, on their yacht, the Queen's Gambit. Against her mother's wishes, she agreed. That night, while they contemplated the consequences of their relationship, the sabotaged ship began to sink. While Sara seemed to have been the first casualty, with Oliver unable to do anything as he watched her sink and apparently drown, Oliver, Robert, and a third crewman were able to escape in a life raft.

As it turns out, Sara survived in the wreckage, and, after a stay on Lian Yu with Anthony Ivo that led her to ally with Oliver and his allies. Eventually, she was found by Nyssa al Ghul some time later, and trained by the League of Assassins in Nanda Parbat under the new name "Ta-er al-Sahfer" (yellow bird). During this time, the two became lovers.

Six years after the incident, Sara has returned to Starling City, wanting to make sure that her family was safe after the earthquake that hit the Glades, and also wanting to leave her life as an assassin for the League behind while she still could consider herself a good person. Teaming up with the Arrow, who she knew to be Oliver, she killed Dollmaker, Al-Owal, and various other members of the League of Assassins before leaving to protect her family. It was then she learned her sister had developed meta human powers and was the vigilante the Black Canary.

When her sister, Laurel, was poisoned with snake venom by the League of Assassins, Sara returned to Starling City, where she met with Nyssa once again, who was under orders from her father, Ra's al Ghul, to kill her former lover. However, Nyssa's true goal was to bring her ex-girlfriend back to Nanda Parbat and the League. Kidnapping Sara's mother while her sister was recovering in the hospital, Nyssa gave 24 hours for her to come back to the League or she would kill Dinah. Nyssa released Dinah when Sara arrived with her father. She was happy to see Sara back, only to be shocked to see Sara had taken the same venom given to Laurel, which was also a poison on the League of Assassins members with Nyssa in case of capture. In the ensuing battle, the Arrow overpowered and nearly killed Nyssa, but the dying Sara pleaded for her release. In return for her would-be final act and the apparently continued love she had for her savior, Nyssa released Sara from her vow to be with the League, and left Starling City. Not long after, Sara was nursed to health with herbs from Lian Yu, afterwards meeting with her family (including Laurel, who rejects her), and apparently beginning a relationship once more with Oliver.

After aiding in the fight against Slade Wilson's Mirakuru army, Sara returned to Nanda Parbat and the League of Assassins, giving Laurel her jacket as a remembrance. Laurel inspired Sara to use her skills to be a heroine and the White Canary was born.

== Character Bio ==

== Personal Information ==
Legal Name: Lexcorp Asset Bravo Blank
Alias: OMAC - the One Man Army Corps
Age: Physically and Mentally mid-20's, but he was only actually activated very recently.
Sexuality: Currently Asexual, but Adapting
Part of Gotham Residing In: Lexcorps Advanced Ideas Lab

== Physical Description ==
By design, Bravo "Buddy" Blank was built to be of average height and with a build suggesting an average weight. There does seem to be a passing resemblance to the Lex Luthor. Not enough to suggest that OMAC is a clone of Lex, but enough to suggest that they might be related. The original OMAC uniform looks like body armor but with a blue top half and red pants, possibly as some sort of corporate marketing plan that never quite reached fruition. The gold bands around his wrists and yellow shinguard seem to support this theory. A stylized eye pictograph also features largely especially on the center of his chest. He is experimenting with casual clothing and has so far shown a surprising affinity for a more punk aesthetic, hence the mohawk.

== Persona ==
"To be honest, I am nothing like you've ever seen. I am the sum total of humanity's greatest hopes and aspirations. The living embodiment of its dreams for a better tomorrow. OMAC lives, so that Man may live."

In the surface, OMAC seems to be like a post-cyberpunk nightmarish fusion of Frankenstein's Monster, the Terminator, and Lexcorp's Marketing Department. He was built deep within the labyrinth of Lexcorp, supposedly as an artificial super-soldier to ensure world peace. The problem is that the World Peace OMAC was built to enforce was World Peace as envisioned by Lex Luthor; a thin, plastic, shallow, G7 version of World Peace which requires the extermination of all meta-humans. Programmed to think and speak in corporate buzzwords and marketing slogans, OMAC was built to kill members of the Justice League at Lex Luthor's command without showing a hint of emotion then give a faint smile for the cameras.

Funny thing happened though, when you create synthetic life-form smart enough to think for itself and feed it words about Peace and Hope - it can't help but start thinking about what those words actually mean. Lex Luthor might of built a Warrior, but he accidentally gave it the soul of a Poet. What if he quietly begins to rebel against his creator, not with a violent uprising but by simple and quietly deciding that he'd fight for the real World Peace instead?

== Key Skills ==
Open Minded - Genuinely curious of the world around him, OMAC rarely rejects ideas outright and instead mentally dissects them as thoroughly as he can manage. He's also surprisingly well read for a machine-based intelligence that's so young. This often results in him finding novel solutions to problems despite what his programming would suggest, and when he does have to fight his tactics can be surprisingly unconventional.
Tactical Programming - When forced into battle, OMAC has been programmed with a large array of combat techniques ranging from unarmed hand-to-hand, to melee weapons, to the most modern technological weapons available. His programming is so extensive that he often can predict the next move of his opponents.
Machine Affinity - Being an artificial life-form himself, OMAC is very comfortable with being surrounded by technology and using technology to fulfill his objectives. He often tries to learn how machines work just because he was curious. His affinity often extends into full-blown cyberpathy.

== Advantages ==
Adaptation - There's a reason Lex Luthor thought that OMAC could, at least eventually, kill the original Justice League roster. At the start of a conflict OMAC begins with physical attributes about on par with a normal human with perhaps a small healing factor, but with each passing moment his "Brother Eye" scanners would feed him data about his opponents and obstacles to which the nano-tech infused neo-genetic structure that makes up his body will adapt. As the conflict continues and he gets more data on his opponents OMAC gets stronger, faster, tougher - he even begins copying skills and sprouting new temporary powers in the evolving battle as he collects new data to further refine his battle form.

== Disadvantages ==
Computerized Mind - OMAC's artificial neuro-network does, at least in theory, make it possible to "hack" his mind or to implant a computer virus of sufficient complexity. This also means that there could be, and probably is, secret directives planted by Lex Luthor for him that he has to obey.
Magic Blind - OMAC's "Brother Eye" sensory suite has extreme difficulty collecting data on things that are explicitly magical in nature, too the point where he often just can't perceive magic. He can adapt to the enhanced strength of an opponent that gains super-strength via a magical spell, or the fire generated from a "create fire" spell, but the actual spells themselves will slip right past his sensors.
Flow of Data - His Adaptation power is not an instantaneous process. While he gets more powerful as the conflict continues, the rate of which he gets stronger is dependent on how much data he can collect on his opponents. As such it's entirely possible to end the fight before OMAC has enough data to truly be a threat to an enemy.
Reset - He was originally created and programmed as an anti-Justice League weapon, so he's programmed to reset his adaptations between conflicts for a theorized future battle against the original Justice League roster. As a result, the vast majority of his adaptations will be temporary and it's entirely possible to trick his programming into resetting his adaptations prematurely through careful control of the battlefield.

OMAC Lives
"Thank you for coming to this press conference, Members of the Press and I thank the GPA for allowing me this opportunity. I am Lex Luthor, CEO of LexCorp - and I want to present to you a Quantum Leap forward in Peacekeeping advancements. This gentleman beside me is a little something we call OMAC - the One Man Army Corps. An artificial soldier completely dedicated to fostering and protecting World Peace. Intelligent, Loyal, Uncorruptable, and when needed a powerful force for Human Decency and Order around the World. Say something OMAC."

"I will be like nothing you've ever seen. The sum total of humanity's greatest hopes and aspirations. I will be the living embodiment of its dreams for a better tomorrow."

An Artificial Warrior

"I thought that went excellently, Dr. Ivo - though OMAC seems to be a bit prone to flowery language."

"Yes, running some software disgnostics - the adaptive software/hardware intelligence has been running some extra cycles on side projects lately. It shuts off in combat situations though so it won't effect performance."

"Good, want to give a demonstration to General Kafka on Monday."

"The Dictator? Seems sort of counter to OMAC's mission statement."

"Can't have Peace without Economic Stability, and he is a major producer of the world's crude Oil, among other things."

Created by a Corrupt Billionaire to enforce his horrifying vision for World Peace

"Your artificial man looked impressive in training, I want to see him in action first Mr. Luthor. I expect a peasent uprising at one of my labor camps - let's see him put down some rebels."

"Of course, General."

"Um, sir - you do realize you're asking OMAC to defend a Death Camp."

"Peace has a price sometimes, Dr. Ivo."

What Happens when he makes a choice?

"Why is OMAC not attacking the Rebels, Dr. Morrow?"

"It's his code, Mr. Luthor - he's running through his programming in extra cycles - he's. . .making a desicion for himself!"

"But he's a robot, he shouldn't be able to do that!"

A choice to instead fight for the Real Thing.

OMAC Fights, so that Man may Live.

"Dr. Ivo, OMAC is attacking our client!"

"This is incredible! This code I'm seeing! Mr. Luthor - OMAC has been thinking behind our backs! There's code here for attempts to understand Peace, Love, Hate, Human Rights - We're watching a soul being born, Mr. Luthor."

"SHUT IT OFF, DOCTOR IVO!"

Where does Technology end and Humanity begin?

Evacuate this Facility, I'm going to Destroy it.

We no longer know.

OMAC

OMAC was created by Lex Luther and some of the specialists under his employ, supposedly to promote World Peace. Unfortunately, it's World Peace as envisioned by Lex Luther - a world peace where he rules humanity and all the metahumans of the world are exterminated by an army of robotic, perfectly obedient OMACs. OMAC himself was constructed as part of a plan to kill the members of the Justice League in Luthor's perverse Crusade to "end the Metahuman threat". To Luther, it was almost a shame that Darkseid killed the big names first before his OMAC was complete. You might remember the press conferences from a few years ago of the incomplete OMAC, Luther shelved the project as pointless without a Superman to kill.

It's been 5 years since OMAC was mothballed, and with the rise of the new Justice League and other metahuman teams LexCorp has completed OMAC. Now complete and trying to act on old programming that no longer applies, OMAC has decided to continue the mission given to him by Lex Luther, but with a twist. To build a better world, but not as Lex envisioned it. Lex Luthor built a Warrior, but accidentally gave him the soul of a Poet. Lex Luthor may not realize, or not acknowledge out of his own legendary Pride, that the warrior-poet in OMAC has decided to learn about what Peace really is and fight for that instead.

#3
Legal Name: Raymond 'Ray' Palmer
Alias: Atom
Age: 32
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Residence: Ivy Town, Connecticut

Description: Ray Palmer is a handsome, well built man. He stands at 6' even and weighs in at 180 pounts of lean muscle. Dark brown hair and light brown eyes that hold great intelligence behind them stare back at you as he's always inquisitive. Ray tends to wear tailored business suites when not in costume.
Persona: Ray Palmer is a hard-working, dedicated man. In fact, "dedicated" is hardly the word for it; "driven" is a little closer to the truth. Once Ray starts working on a problem or puzzle, there is absolutely no stopping him. This single-minded pursuit of his goals is more than a little responsible for Ray's shattered marriage, though it has occasionally come in handy to Ray the crime fighter. In spite of his obsessiveness, Ray is a level-headed hero and a likeable human being.

Powers and Abilities
Powers
Microscopic Stability: For some reason, Ray's physiology allows him to not explode when he is miniaturized unlike other living things which explode after a short time of being miniaturized.

Abilities
Judo: Ray Palmer often finds himself in situation where physical violence become necessary. As such, he has developed a proficiency in the martial arts form known as Judo.
Physics: Dr. Palmer has a Ph.D. in physics and was a full professor at Ivy University.
Swordsmanship: The Atom used a long sword as a weapon while living among the Katarthans, gaining considerable skill in its use.

Equipment
Bio-Belt: Originally, Ray's size/weight controls were located in his belt buckle.[178] However, he later moved them to his gloves for greater accessibility and swifter transitions,[179] and in the costume he wore after his days in New Morlaidh, had an encepholpathic grid in his mask that allowed him to do it mentally.
* Size Alteration: Able to shrink his body to varying degrees (including the subatomic level), achieved by storing most of his mass in a pocket dimension. As the Atom, Ray can assume any size from his normal six-foot stature down to sub-microscopic, although he generally deems a height of six inches as most functional.
* Mass Alteration: Able to instantly alter his molecular density to whatever degree he desires. Ray can also assume any weight at any height — up to his full 180 pounds.
* Flight: He is able to glide on air currents and stiff breezes. A favorite travel method Ray had, was to call some location on the telephone; when the intended phone answered, he could shrink down enough to literally travel through the phone lines in seconds to emerge out of the answering phone.
*Superhuman Strength: By shifting all his mass into his fists he can punch with incredible force.
