Horror Story *incest, NC, mul* Skilled writers wanted

I want to write or play a horror game inspired by HP Love Craft mythos.  Especially based off Shadow over Innsmouth, Call of Cthullu, and Trail of Cthullu.
Now I writers that know their grammr and can be detailed and descriptive with their writing.  I'm not asking you to write a novel with each post, but I expect two to three average size paragraphs.  Please read my Ons and Offs to see what I want in a writer.

Story:

In the 1930s, while the country was suffering the devestation of the Great Depression, the Sanders family had been fortunately to retain their wealth by the shrewd and intuitive actions of Matthew Sanders.  And reveling in this stroke of luck was Kairi Sanders, Matthew's only daughter. 

Kairi is a lovely youg woman who lives in a world where struggle and labor could not touch.  Her every whim is fulfilled, and nothing is denied or kept from her when she pouts or sits on her father's knee.  Though Kairi is spoiled, one thing that can be said about her is that she is good natured.  She is not cruel to the servants, helped care for her father whenever he was ill, and kept in touch with her school friends.

One dear friend, Catherine Ridge had left to extend her studies across country and writes regularly to Kairi.  Each letter at first was filled with her fascination for the literature taught at the college she attended.  And then spoke of a certain young man she had met and fell in love with.  Gradually, the letters become less about school and Catherine and more about the man, Douglas Redder and his hometown Innsmouth. 

At first, Kairi believed it to be a young woman in love with a man, but then she notices that each letter sent from Innsmouth and not from the dorm room of the college.  And the letters were filled with strange details about sea gods and a cult that Douglas Redder was acolyte for.  The letters become stranger and stranger until Kairi began to fear for her friend's sanity.  Then, the letters stop.

For a year, Kairi would make attempts to contact Catherine, but no response.  Not even Catherine's own parents nor the college knew where she had gone and had no knowlegde of Innsmouth.  Then, a year later, when Kairi had forgotten it all, a letter came for her, with a sender's address.  On the page, in Catherine's handwriting was a single message

Kairi instantly makes arrangements to go to Innsmouth.  Matthew Sanders would only agree to permit Kairi to go and provide funds if her estrange step-brother, Richard Sanders would escort her. 

Determine, but very naive and ill prepared for what awaits her in Innsmouth, Kairi sets off to the silent little town with her half-brother who gazes at her with a lustful eye.

Innsmouth...Innsmouth...That name sounds so familiar, especially with the cults and whatnot. Was Inssmouth in a story by H.P. Lovecraft?

It was in several, a sleep coastal town with a knack for being overrun with old ones and the like  ::)
